I personally didnt like this place. There was literally nothing to eat for breakfast when in fact I paid for complementary breakfast! No cold water or drinks. Plain croissants that were packaged were pretty much everything you could eat.
The owner will be only kind to you on the very first day and after that he doesnt smile much. He lacks English that you might not fully understand what he tries to say.
Free wifi in the room was a lie. It was so f slow in the room that I had to come out in the kitchen to use it. Everyone was. Not just me. You know how difficult that is when you are tired from travelling.
Also I saw some rooms had a separate bathroom - meaning the bathroom was across the hallway not in the room. That seems bad.
Lastly so many mosquitoes. God. I was bitten like 6 or 7 when I had no problems before I got there.
Only good thing about this b and b was the beds. They were comfortable and i felt well rested. Other than that.. No. Just no. Ive never been such a bad B and B in my life.

The room is 20' walk from the centre of Florence. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the breakfast is Italian style, sweet and there is a good choice. The only downside is that the building overlooks a main road quite busy even at night.

Very nice B&B. Very good location, close to the train station and 15 min walk to the main attractions of the city. The owner is pleasant and helpful.
There is some street *parking* available and, just over the bridge, there is a large city paid underground parking.
The place is basically a large apartment with a nice kitchen and a few large rooms each fitted with AC, modern shower, balcony, TV and fridge. A great B&B for the price. (60€ - 80€.)

Badest B&B ever
Noisy.very very cheap bed. Very hot beceause the cooling system didnt work. No parking. No service beceause the property don't live there. Breakfast with only croissant in plastic, no breakfast service no fresh fruit no cheese no ham nothing, i never saw that before this one i prefer go to the camping. Zéro zéro and very expensive.

Great little guest house. Immaculately clean, good continental breakfast, ten minutes walk from main attractions and exceptionally welcome host. We will be back.
