Start to finish an excellent experience. The hotel is a little challenging to arrive at if you are coming by car, but the staff was friendly, helpful, and were able to help us navigate the process with ease.
The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. No notes at all. The lake view was, of course, exceptional.
The breakfast was fully delightful, with quality offerings of all sorts. It was honestly difficult to not gorge ourselves on the delicious spread.
The service was, bar none, some of the best I have experienced in many years. From the service desk, to every staff member I encountered, they were kind, helpful, and conscientious, not to mention exceptionally competent.
And of course, we were recommended a restaurant that may live in my memory as one of my favorites by the front desk.
We will be returning to Sirmione in large part thanks to our experience at Eden Hotel.

We had the best stay at hotel Eden for our honeymoon. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The rooms were lovely and clean. If you are wanting a stay in Sirmione, I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Very good hotel. But I have to take one star off for the very average breakfast for a four star hotel - both in terms of quality and spread.
Friendly staff. Recommended. Take the prestige room, hands down the best.
Location wise, its right beside the ferry and balconies of the rooms are right by the lake. They also have a lake front seating area for breakfast.

Beautiful location. Reception staff friendly and Robert in the bar is fabulous. Lovely Hotel.
There is a kettle in room but coffee/tea is not replenished on a daily basis for free. Each sachet of coffee is 1 euro. Never had to pay for this to be replenished anywhere else.
We stayed in Room 208 which was great. I think the mattress would benefit with a topper as very firm.

Wow! Absolutely superb in every respect,I can not fault it. A perfect location, it is an oasis of calm in the midst of all the hustle and bustle. There is so much to see and do, you just have to step outside the door. There are dozens of excellent restaurants within a few minutes walk, from simple trattoria to two with Michelin stars.
The hotel is clean, bright, modern and spacious and the staff, without exception, are friendly, helpful, courteous and professional.

This place was amazing! The staff were super helpful and went out of their way to make your stay great! We were only there one night but would have loved to stay longer. Of all the places we stayed during this trip to Italy, this was the best staff! Our room was beautiful and clean. The breakfast the best! A spritz with the view priceless.
One note, no need to drive through the castle. Park in the lot before to check in then go to Grifor parking and take the golf cart in.

Great location inside the castle of Sirmione. Super clean rooms, and the staff is super friendly - helping to reserve restaurants, trips. Very good experience overall, there are 4 bikes for free a nice bar and terrace to the lake

Very nice hotel a 3/4* with every commodity, great breakfast, solarium and lake accessibility. Clean and well looked after. Location is right on the Piazza!! But was never loud, enjoyed our stay very much.

Very nice location inside the city walls. Own parking as well as access to the lake. The breakfast was also good quality. The price is a little high, but its within the range of prices of 4 star hotels in Sirmione.
The only BUT, are the rooms which are very noisy, you can hear the sound from the alley and even when the room upstairs flushes the toilet. Not the best for people with light sleep.

What a cool hotel, thank you so much ! The staff is friendly and we could get an amazing boat tour thanks to you, It was the best idea to sleep there to discover Sirmione !
