This hotel was a dream! Do not hesitate to book your room! The breakfast with the lake view was exquisite and the hotel rooms and shared areas were so inviting. But what we loved the most was the attentive staff, who went out of their way to make us feel welcome! Thanks to you all for making our trip so special!

Happiest moment of my day was walking into Hotel Eden and being greeted by the staff. THEY ARE LOVELY and treat you like gold. The rooms are spotless, the bar is nice, view of the lake…beautiful location…but it was the people who we will remember the most. On our motorcycle we were welcomed warmly. Shower was so hot and wonderful. Wine on the lake was a perfect way to see the sunset. Highly recommend.

Hotel Eden was nice, but not worth the money. We paid 300e per night. Rooms were clean and nice, but bed/mattress was worn out. Not good night sleep bc it was like sleeping in a hole. We informed the receptionist about the matter but nothing happened in our 5 night stay.
Bikes you can borrow from the hotel are without maintenance. They are free tho.
Hotel breakfast was decent but had much better in 3 star hotel at Riva.
Swimming spot front of the hotel was big disappointment, it was full of water plants. Not pleasant to swim. We went to the beach quite many times for the swim.
In the evening and night the view is very beautiful.
Last evening I almost lost my jewelry. We went to the beach and walk so I left my jewelry on the side of the table. When we came back they were gone. Luckily I found them under a coffee cup. It was very odd since I didn’t put them there.

Start to finish an excellent experience. The hotel is a little challenging to arrive at if you are coming by car, but the staff was friendly, helpful, and were able to help us navigate the process with ease.
The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. No notes at all. The lake view was, of course, exceptional.
The breakfast was fully delightful, with quality offerings of all sorts. It was honestly difficult to not gorge ourselves on the delicious spread.
The service was, bar none, some of the best I have experienced in many years. From the service desk, to every staff member I encountered, they were kind, helpful, and conscientious, not to mention exceptionally competent.
And of course, we were recommended a restaurant that may live in my memory as one of my favorites by the front desk.
We will be returning to Sirmione in large part thanks to our experience at Eden Hotel.

We had the best stay at hotel Eden for our honeymoon. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The rooms were lovely and clean. If you are wanting a stay in Sirmione, I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Very good hotel. But I have to take one star off for the very average breakfast for a four star hotel - both in terms of quality and spread.
Friendly staff. Recommended. Take the prestige room, hands down the best.
Location wise, its right beside the ferry and balconies of the rooms are right by the lake. They also have a lake front seating area for breakfast.

Beautiful location. Reception staff friendly and Robert in the bar is fabulous. Lovely Hotel.
There is a kettle in room but coffee/tea is not replenished on a daily basis for free. Each sachet of coffee is 1 euro. Never had to pay for this to be replenished anywhere else.
We stayed in Room 208 which was great. I think the mattress would benefit with a topper as very firm.

Wow! Absolutely superb in every respect,I can not fault it. A perfect location, it is an oasis of calm in the midst of all the hustle and bustle. There is so much to see and do, you just have to step outside the door. There are dozens of excellent restaurants within a few minutes walk, from simple trattoria to two with Michelin stars.
The hotel is clean, bright, modern and spacious and the staff, without exception, are friendly, helpful, courteous and professional.

This place was amazing! The staff were super helpful and went out of their way to make your stay great! We were only there one night but would have loved to stay longer. Of all the places we stayed during this trip to Italy, this was the best staff! Our room was beautiful and clean. The breakfast the best! A spritz with the view priceless.
One note, no need to drive through the castle. Park in the lot before to check in then go to Grifor parking and take the golf cart in.
