Still my fave hotel on med coast of Italy. Service is outstanding, free breakfast is delish, private beach and Olympic pool are delightful. I have seen lots of group events here and everyone seems to be quite satisfied

We always enjoy staying here right on the beach with a beach bar and massive swimming pool that is never packed out with people.

English speaking staff makes this a great option for Camp Darby visitors. It’s also right on the beach, has a large parking lot (at least by Italian standards), and is surrounded by restaurants

We loved the location of this hotel. The views from our balcony were beautiful! We kept the window open at night and could hear the waves from the sea all night

This hotel is tied for the finest hotel I've been in with the Mandarin Oriental in San Francisco. The location, on the beach, is second to none

It was walking distance to the bus stop, so I was easily able to go anywhere I wanted. If we ever return to this area, which we hope to some day, we will be staying here again

Room was modern and clean, staff was friendly. However, this is not a 5-star hotel! 3 stars at best: Lousy service, no beach/pool towels, mediocre breakfast, gotta pay extra for everything, very disorganized at times

The hotel is new, beautiful, the food is delicious, the staff is friendly, especially Alessandro, there is a swimming pool for adults and children, its own beach, I really liked everything

This Resort is a lovely place for people who want easy going holidays on the beach. We were lucky to have a very big and nice room with balcony

Nice hotel, room was spacious and clean although perhaps a little bit dated (a refurb would make it even better). Restaurant was great, I really did enjoy the food. Outdoor swimming pool was nice

Special mention to Franco who has been serving my family magnificently and to Davide at the bar whose single macchiatos are unrivalled. Lots of green and always ventilated - even when it is very hot you hardly feel it

Rooms were comfy and well cleaned. Negatives: not much to report aside the somewhat sluggish process in serving the food and cleaning the rooms. Bottom line: highly recommended

Unfortunately the spa was closed because of the covid restrictions

The cleaning service had no fixed hours, so you could hear them cleaning from 7 to 16. No way to plan your stay during the day. The hotel was “new and nice” 10 years ago. Now it should have 2-3 stars instead of 4

Dated hotel but nothing really wrong with it. Stayed in apartment for one night. Hotel has beach club 10 minutes walk away but umbrellas cost extra. Hotel has tennis court and small but nice pool

Probably a good place for recreation of pensioners. "A noble old age" permeated every detail. Good sea view from the sixth floor. There is a certain amount of noise from the rides nearby. The Breakfast is reasonable.

It is not the first time that you participate in an event with lunch. The structure is elegant, practical for the conference/awards, and refreshments with lunch always quality and served without loss of time.

The room is not new, but it is in good conditions, clean and spacious. The bathroom is large as well and recently renovated too. Breakfast is fine.

The place is very suitable for a vacation with small children, the room was wide, the bathroom too, the breakfast was nice. In the evening there is a program for children. It has its own pool and exit to the beach

The dinner they serve is excellent, breakfast is large and full of options, the rooms are large and clean, bathrooms could have better lighting but are otherwise excellent, and it’s near a nice sandy beach

Two sunbeds with an umbrella on the first line are paid 35€ per day. A quiet place for a family holiday

Staff is friendly, they recommended place to eat with discounts. I I would recommend that the upgrade the patio furniture - one broke on us

We traveled in late September, after the summer season. so many of the restaurants are closed for the season. we enjoyed the quietness of the area, across the street is the beach

Very nice location by a number of beaches. Rooms and baths are on smaller but super clean. They have an affordable buffet breakfast for 7 euros per person (no take out) We enjoyed our stay

There are several entrances across the street to the beach and a small town down the road with a few things to do. The drive to Pisa is not bad at all making the hotel a great location

we used the bicycles the hotel offered to ride to the market square and down to the marina to shop and eat. there are buses not far from the hotel to get around also, we rode the bus to get back to train station

It was awesome! Everybody is really friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautiful and there are flowers and plants everywhere. They helped us with our car as too, that where we can find a car service

In December the town does feel a bit empty, with most of the businesses there awaiting the summer season by renovating, running a reduced service or closing down for the winter

Nice selection of cable channels to compensate for not having a balcony! Not sure it is as child friendly as the advert suggests, pool is basically for adults, rooms are designed for adults and the breakfast is really just for adults

Locally a co-op for essential shopping and ready made lunches. Breakfast buffet has just about everything, and a selection of freshly made coffee to order

Apartment in a very welcoming residence, close to the beach which is also very beautiful. Swimming pool with sushi and poké counter. 2 weeks stay at the top.

Nice renovated resort, but keeping the building as it was when it was built!! Beautiful swimming pool, efficient staff and reasonable prices!!! The food experience for the moment has not been satisfactory but we strongly trust in a future improvement

A nice place with a beautiful pool. We were at a party with a buffet in the pool, the bathroom at night and the next evening dance.

Two steps from the sea, with a beautiful zen garden. Structure logistically perfect, between the fine arts of Pisa and the sea and the hills of Livorno.

This is an affordable hotel very near the beach with a friendly staff. The place is a bit worn, but it's clean and spacious. The breakfast is typical Italian with a lot of sweet pastries, one type cheese and salami

You'll also find buns and yogurt. The coffee machine made ok coffee. You'll get free Wi-Fi, parking and air-condition. There are also an discount for hotel guests at Bango Maddalena beach just across the street

Simple accommodation right along the beach front. The service was really nice - and very flexible when it came to changing rooms because one had a strong after smell of smoke

Some of the staff is friendly, a part of sullen. The breakfast is poor, coffee add. The rooms are not very big. But close to the sea, Pisa is 20 minutes by car.

Good Hotel great for extended stay customers, big mini fridge, microwave in the common space wifi. It is still close to the beach. The staff is very accommodating and they let us grill out back

Breakfast is available until 10 but by 9:50 it was already finished according to the front desk, the staff is very helpful and the hotel is located close to a bus stop

I will start with the positive things for Continental resort - The resort is very close to the beach, there is pool which is another option for fun water day. Rooms are little bit old, but they're clean

The place is really wonderful, and the staff there are very helpful and kind. They provided a great place to stay with easy access to the beach. I only stayed at the resort but the experience was great nonetheless.

We had room on the first floor with small backyard which was bonus for the kids. It is a quiet place, but during weekends a lot of people are visiting the pool, so the parking is overcrowded

The rooms are old and need renovation. The same for the kitchen and A/C. However, the place is beautiful and the beach is amazing. Unfortunately the beach is closed in the evening.

Location is great, 5 minute walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. 10 minute drive from Camp Darby, 15 minute drive to the airport, and 20 minute drive to the leaning tower of Pisa

My residence favourite in Tuscany belonging very clean, very central, close to the sea not more than three hundred meters there is a swimming pool and parking.prices are average for a four star

The location is fantastic walking distance to beach and some great places to eat. Had some difficulty with WiFi at first but Michele kept working on it until he solved the problem. Enjoyed our time there very much!

Cozy room in a nautical style,has a good choice of wines,the staff is very attentive and fast. Try the pizzeria,take-away food. The reservation is recommended

The kitchen was at the height of some upper class, from the neapolitan by birth, I have found a good pizza. The family is characterised by abundantly the organization. The overall grade is certainly above satisfactory
