The showers weren't very clean. Otherwise it's an alright place to stay. Big rooms

Nice spot to pass by. There are not a lot of things to do. I would say the hôtel is quite an old one and overall I suggest it to be only a passing by point if you did not find anything else. Staff is polite.

Very nice location by a number of beaches. Rooms and baths are on smaller but super clean. They have an affordable buffet breakfast for 7 euros per person (no take out) We enjoyed our stay

It was walking distance to the bus stop, so I was easily able to go anywhere I wanted. If we ever return to this area, which we hope to some day, we will be staying here again

I will start with the positive things for Continental resort - The resort is very close to the beach, there is pool which is another option for fun water day. Rooms are little bit old, but they're clean

The rooms are old and need renovation. The same for the kitchen and A/C. However, the place is beautiful and the beach is amazing. Unfortunately the beach is closed in the evening.

I have had the pleasure of staying at the Cosmopolitan Golf & Beach Resort several times over last few years, and it has always been a great experience! Swimming Pool: The resort's swimming pool is a true oasis, surrounded by lush greenery and offering stunning views of the surrounding landscape

Beach Club Access: Having access to the nearby beach club was a major bonus! And, with Tirrenia just a 10-15 minute walk away, we had plenty of opportunities to explore the local area for food

With its stunning pool, well-appointed apartments, and access to a beautiful beach club, this resort has everything you need for a relaxing and rejuvenating getaway

Ample parking! The only drawback is that even if you're only staying for a few days or a week, there aren't any paper towels, sponges, or cleaning soap provided

Thankfully I was able to purchase those items and then take them home with me, since I live in Italy & was driving home. Beyond that, there are plenty of plates, utensils, and cookware

Don't bother bringing an Amazon firestick to use with the TV - the settings on the TV have HDMI connections blocked. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to others

The dinner they serve is excellent, breakfast is large and full of options, the rooms are large and clean, bathrooms could have better lighting but are otherwise excellent, and it’s near a nice sandy beach

Huge and beautiful building, but less working electricity/technics in the rooms. Cleanliness is improbable. The features of the apartments vary greatly. (positive and negative)

Cool animators, good location, breakfast was not bad, bar doesn't accept cards, dirty sea,friendly persanal.

The breakfast was delicious, and I had plenty of space in the 10 bed dorm, and my bed was very comfortable. The hostel is in an ideal location, near the beach, nature and also shops

Spacious rooms, friendly staff, a first class dining hall with professional chef and waiter, five minute walking distance to the beach, air conditioning, bicycle storage, and expansive lawn around the building are what characterize this facility

Very convenient and good stay option with garden. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Beach is at 5 minutes walking distance.

This upgraded hostel facility is an excellent venue for accessing the beach and local cycling trails in the area

The service was excellent, the environment was quiet and beautiful, and the view of the sea and boats outside the window was truly stunning. The next morning, we even went to the hotel's beach

As we couldn't enjoy the breakfast after our second night, she made all arrangements to have us the food in the room from the night before. Beautiful view of the sea could be found on their solarium on the 3rd floor

Although it was a bit far to drive, the free parasols and lounge chairs were provided, which was definitely worth it. However, the breakfast was relatively simple, nothing special

Nice hotel, room was spacious and clean although perhaps a little bit dated (a refurb would make it even better). Restaurant was great, I really did enjoy the food. Outdoor swimming pool was nice

The cleaning service had no fixed hours, so you could hear them cleaning from 7 to 16. No way to plan your stay during the day. The hotel was “new and nice” 10 years ago. Now it should have 2-3 stars instead of 4

During the 3 days of our stay, the maid did not vacuum the floor, as the hotel is near the beach and there was quite a lot of sand in the room

Went there to see the beach and enjoy the sea, when I checked in I brought big suit case and the guy at front desk was pointing his finger at me and asking whether I'm alone, I honestly felt very much offended and the guy needs to be well trained again his manner as this is absolutely not favored by any guests who will visit there other than him all the staffs are kind and nice but he's the face of...

breakfast was great , very spacious and many menus so I literally have enjoyed well and then I walked out to the beach side and saw many people are walking alongside the beach, location is good one last thing, why the wifi passcode is every 6~7 hours being changed?? this is absolutely unnecessary and made me really irritating as I did not know why the internet is not working, please change this for...

Nice property a few steps from the beach. But come early because when we arrived it was nearly no place to park a car. We were lucky to grab the last one.

Very good, the staff is very friendly and attentive. Unforgettable breakfasts. A lot of cleaning in the rooms. Wi-fi available. Air conditioning. In short, was excellent.

Two steps from the sea, with a beautiful zen garden. Structure logistically perfect, between the fine arts of Pisa and the sea and the hills of Livorno.

The hotel is well kept inside, it is very close to the sea and beaches. The rooms are complete with every comfort, Wi-Fi will truly come in the room and the breakfast is very GOOD

There are bus and train links or you can hire some transport ( we hired a scooter from Pisa). The beach was clean and there is a nice beach bar if you want a lazy day

Two sunbeds with an umbrella on the first line are paid 35€ per day. A quiet place for a family holiday

the structure is fair, the swimming pool is 9am/7pm, the sea is not memorable at all (being the sandy upper north tyrrenian sea…), food is also average, so what makes this holiday memorable? the animation team, able to be pres et but not intrusive, very inclusive, smiling taking care of adults and kids and within them all a special kudos to Vanessa!
