The hotel was clean, the staff was very accommodating, and the breakfast was also good, which was included in the price of the room. Within the hotel there is a restaurant and a bar which was nice if you want to step out for a drink or quick meal. Free parking on the hotel grounds. Overall, it was a good experience.

At first I was a little nervous about the location as it was directly at the beginning of the motorway. I was worried that as we were on foot , it would be difficult to access without a vehicle, and that but would also be noisy with the traffic. I needn't of worried however, as there wmis a perfectly safe pavement from the hotel all the way into Valmontone (a little dodgy trying to cross the roundabout, but once across, it's not a problem......just have your wits about you!) The windows in the room kept out any noise created byvthe motorway too.
The atmosphere of the hotel was fabulous, and the restaurant was excellent. The food was spot on and the prices were fantastic. The meal portions were large, so one meal shared between my husband and I was more than enough. Our average bill for an evening meal with an alcoholic drink and a dessert was €25. Breakfast was also good, if a little basic (but something for everyone). A few choices of meats and cheese, different pastries, cereal, yogurts and juices. Coffee was amazing!
The roo.s were basic, but had everything that was needed. Aircon didn't work however, and also the shower didn't do most of what it should. I was quite excited when I saw it, as it had all sorts of jets/lighting/spray options, but o lgvthe basic shower head was available.
Room was cleaned everyday, and there was also a very reasonably priced mini bar in the room which was restocked daily.
There was a lovely patio area to sit outside, and also a large sun terrace on the first floor with a few smallbtables and chairs. Perfect for relaxing in the early evening sun.

Hotel overall is average, but ok. A bit dated given we are in 2023. It definitely needs to refurb done soon. Beds are hard but acceptable. The main concern is with shower unit. Very small and full of limescale. Definitely not the most comfortable shower I had on my travelling experience.
Breakfast was again ok, limited in availability of products as no eggs, omelettes etc provided.
Location is convenient to highway but can be a bit noisy if you’re a light sleeper.
The main concern really was the shower and dated design inside for the price - 110€ a night is a bit pricey

Only 2 members of the staff were hospitable, a gentleman in reception who works on nights and a lady who works in the restaurant at early 6am. The rest of the staff who face the guests .... plain awful, the two bold men in the restaurant one in the morning at the bar and one in the the afternoon/night in the restaurant are very unhappy with their jobs, miserable hospitality to their clients in the restaurant and guests of the hotel. They do not give a damn. The internet was less than poor in quality or disconnected for 2-3 days, definitely not recommended for business trips. The breakfast is certainly not good, not satisfying at all. This is one of those hotels I will never come back, ever.

Nice hotel, good location. Poor breakfast (no eggs, no omlet, no, no...).

+ Personale cordiale e disponibile, stanza pulitissima, colazione perfetta. Ottima posizione, proprio adiacente lo svincolo dell'autostrada. Non ho trovato nulla di negativo. Nel prossimo viaggio ritorno nello stesso hotel
