The hotel was clean, the staff was very accommodating, and the breakfast was also good, which was included in the price of the room. Within the hotel there is a restaurant and a bar which was nice if you want to step out for a drink or quick meal. Free parking on the hotel grounds. Overall, it was a good experience.

At first I was a little nervous about the location as it was directly at the beginning of the motorway. I was worried that as we were on foot , it would be difficult to access without a vehicle, and that but would also be noisy with the traffic. I needn't of worried however, as there wmis a perfectly safe pavement from the hotel all the way into Valmontone (a little dodgy trying to cross the roundabout...

Nice hotel, good location. Poor breakfast (no eggs, no omlet, no, no...). Noisy area, from 6:30 in the morning...wherever you'll have the room!

A compliment to Angelo and Lavinia for the welcome in their B&B. Quiet place in the middle of the green, well furnished rooms complete with everything. Hearty breakfast with fresh products, including products for celiacs. We will definitely be back

Excellent cleaning of very spacious rooms in a very quiet area. Equipped and cozy kitchen. Excellent breakfast, and great hospitality of the lady who welcomed us with a homemade cake. about 15 minutes from rainbow magicland.

I give you some advice .... go to Castagneto and you will thank me. I had a great time lovely, quiet and mostly welcoming place. The added value was the education and friendliness of the owners who welcomed me, my family and my friends as if they had known us for a lifetime. Believe me such good people today it is a great fortune to meet them. Well done.

Fantastic place surrounded by greenery ... a structure equipped with all comforts welcomed us. The room overlooks the garden and therefore our 4-legged friend also fully enjoyed the stay. Highly recommended

We stayed in the structure for two days to visit rainbow MagicLand and Zoomarine. The structure is in a very convenient position as it is just a few kilometers from the motorway exit but also surrounded by greenery. The room was clean and equipped with the essentials. The excellent and varied breakfast, with homemade cakes and various drinks. Overall absolutely recommended !!

Quiet location, beautiful villa, secure internal parking with automatic gate, new furnishings, air conditioning and all the comforts for the stay. Francesco as a Host is superlative and spares nothing to please us. Really nothing to say about anything really deserved 5 stars. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Beautiful well-kept structure, pleasant garden, well-furnished rooms too. With direct access from the garden or terrace. In the room TV, kettle with you and cafe. They don't provide breakfast but just off the street there are bars and a supermarket. Kind welcome. Thoughtful, even a small problem was solved by Alba in a kind and immediate way

Nanni's hospitality was the added value to the holiday in Ibla. We doubled the days of stay thanks to the heat we found in the Earth of the sun. We were captured by the breakfasts on the terrace and the attentions of Nanni who suggested us the excursion program every day.

The place is lovely, worth a visit for at least a weekend. Yes it is located in the center of several villages to explore and the owners are hospitable and kind, they offered us an incredible homemade breakfast. Highly recommended!

A beautiful oasis of calm in the middle of nature and yet only a few minutes' drive from any infrastructure. Paolo and Julia are very attentive hosts and started our day with a delicious and varied breakfast. Our children also felt very comfortable and could play in the tree house, enjoy the pool and garden - as we did, of course. We are very happy to come back to this place!

Very well-finished with the atmosphere of "being at home" - the room and bathroom. The breakfast made with love in a beautiful room. In front of the house there is a garden full of flowers and plants, the Bed & Breakfast looks like a corner of Paradise! It is easily accessible from the station, and even if the road has no sidewalk for a small stretch, I managed to get there in no more than 5 minutes...

I have been here for 5 days for a yoga retreat and I can't see any drawback whatsoever. It was clean, the food awesome and the family running the house is incredibly kind and hard working people. There is a pool, a hammock and a lot of green spaces around you. Whenever you want to escape the city, the noise and commotion, head towards Chez raz you will not be disappointed.

I found this lovely B&B because my girlfriend and I went one weekend to Velletri for the grape festival on the first weekend of October. A residence in which I stayed two nights. Very impressive place, very kind owners. Excellent breakfast. The particular room as a whole. I found the lack of a window in the bedroom which inconveniences and perhaps especially if the room had been made up and towels changed I would have definitely given a five.

Far away from city life and with very friendly staff, it offers a great value for money way to relax. Great decor also makes it very comfy and pleasant.
