The hotel was clean, the staff was very accommodating, and the breakfast was also good, which was included in the price of the room. Within the hotel there is a restaurant and a bar which was nice if you want to step out for a drink or quick meal. Free parking on the hotel grounds. Overall, it was a good experience.

At first I was a little nervous about the location as it was directly at the beginning of the motorway. I was worried that as we were on foot , it would be difficult to access without a vehicle, and that but would also be noisy with the traffic. I needn't of worried however, as there wmis a perfectly safe pavement from the hotel all the way into Valmontone (a little dodgy trying to cross the roundabout...

A beautiful oasis of calm in the middle of nature and yet only a few minutes' drive from any infrastructure. Paolo and Julia are very attentive hosts and started our day with a delicious and varied breakfast. I have been here for 5 days for a yoga retreat and I can't see any drawback whatsoever. It was clean, the food awesome and the family running the house is incredibly kind and hard working people. There is a pool, a hammock and a lot of green spaces around you. Whenever you want to escape the city, the noise and commotion, head towards Chez raz you will not be disappointed.

We only stayed for a few hours for a rest on a long journey. Very convenient for the location close to the motorway exit. The people at the reception were very nice. Overall it fully met our expectations with excellent value for money.

I found the lack of a window in the bedroom which inconveniences and perhaps especially if the room had been made up and towels changed I would have definitely given a five.

Far away from city life and with very friendly staff, it offers a great value for money way to relax. Great decor also makes it very comfy and pleasant.

Comfortable rooms, great food and drink and service. Only drawback was the noise from other rooms. Many people seem to leave between 04:00 and 05:00 and despite warning in English and Chinese to be quiet during nighttime hours, unfortunately it’s the Italian guests who don’t know how to behave. Not the hotel’s fault so 5/5 from me.

Hotel for those who have to work nearby. The simple rooms need some light maintenance/attention (in my room the air conditioner fan was constantly ticking and I had to sleep without it, luckily it wasn't summer). Breakfast quite well provided.

Exceptional service! Only took one minute to check in. Everything was ready. Room was very spacious but no microwave nor kettle. Fridge was very small. When we arrive in our room, it was 28 degrees. (Hotter than outside). AC was very week so the receptionist came in to take a look, he said it will take 5 minutes to cool down. But it took 2hrs to reach 27 degree and after 6hrs, got to 25 degrees lol...

Stopped for dinner quite large parking possible to take a shower (very clean like the services). Among the various first courses there was the really good minestrone with pasta and then a varied choice of second courses. The place is a little dated but really clean and tidy. In 24 hours the owner Stefano became a friend. He allowed me to do the laundry even if it was not an "expected" service and he accompanied me to Anagni illustrating the beauties of this town, enriching the tour with interesting details. This hotel looks impressive from the outside and in the common areas. The rooms are very simple and could do with some renovation (walls were dirty with big cracks, shower was moldy). Room service (cleaning) is thorough and very friendly. To me, the food was disappointing. The outdoor pool was out of service. All in all, my stay was okay but I will not be back.

Great place to stay, especially if you are driving. Tranquil setting, quiet rooms. No pool. No restaurant, but Bar will fix you up a tidbit if you request it. If WiFi is important for you, then request a room with good WiFi, not all rooms have it.

An absolute stunning hotel! With views to die for! My room is perfect! Very clean and cleaned daily if you want. Breakfast is included and everyone's tastes are catered for. Awesome coffee too!
