We only stayed for a few hours for a rest on a long journey. Very convenient for the location close to the motorway exit. The people at the reception were very nice. Overall it fully met our expectations with excellent value for money.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights with the playground package. The managers are nice, the rooms are large, clean and with toilets. Comfortable rooms, great food and drink and service. Only drawback was the noise from other rooms. Many people seem to leave between 04:00 and 05:00 and despite warning in English and Chinese to be quiet during nighttime hours, unfortunately it’s the Italian guests who don’t know how to behave. Not the hotel’s fault so 5/5 from me.

Its good for European standards. Don't expect too many extras. Swimming pool was amazing. Do your best in Italian at front desk to ask to adjust the central air conditioning. When checking in your push the red button and take a photo of the wifi.

Hotel for those who have to work nearby. The simple rooms need some light maintenance/attention (in my room the air conditioner fan was constantly ticking and I had to sleep without it, luckily it wasn't summer). Breakfast quite well provided.

Exceptional service! Only took one minute to check in. Everything was ready. Room was very spacious but no microwave nor kettle. Fridge was very small. When we arrive in our room, it was 28 degrees. (Hotter than outside). AC was very week so the receptionist came in to take a look, he said it will take 5 minutes to cool down. But it took 2hrs to reach 27 degree and after 6hrs, got to 25 degrees lol...

New structure but no longer very modern furnishings even if clean.

We stopped for work a couple of days: the rooms are quite spacious and clean. The bathrooms are ok, the showers a bit old. You sleep well and the service is punctual. Friendly and helpful staff, reception open all night and internal parking.

Stopped for dinner quite large parking possible to take a shower (very clean like the services). Among the various first courses there was the really good minestrone with pasta and then a varied choice of second courses. The place is a little dated but really clean and tidy. This hotel looks impressive from the outside and in the common areas. The rooms are very simple and could do with some renovation (walls were dirty with big cracks, shower was moldy). Room service (cleaning) is thorough and very friendly. To me, the food was disappointing. The outdoor pool was out of service. All in all, my stay was okay but I will not be back.

Great place to stay, especially if you are driving. Tranquil setting, quiet rooms. No pool. No restaurant, but Bar will fix you up a tidbit if you request it. If WiFi is important for you, then request a room with good WiFi, not all rooms have it.

An absolute stunning hotel! With views to die for! My room is perfect! Very clean and cleaned daily if you want. Breakfast is included and everyone's tastes are catered for. Awesome coffee too! It's ok. Location is quite remote, you only take a taxi which is expensive. I didn't really have warm water. AC is nice, beds are good and breakfast is ok.

I got married in June 2012 in Monte Porzio Catone and having family and friends scattered around Italy, I chose the Poggio Regillo hotel as a base for them to stay in there during the week-end double. The organization was complicated of course, because of the high number of relatives and invited friends, in spite of this the hotel staff proved to be perfect: always available, very organized, friendly...

The rooms are okay. The hotel is obviously quite old and fixtures such as the mirror in the bathroom are rusted up and gross. The shower heads were clogged and the tub was not draining properly. The mattresses were also way past their prime. The hotel does not have a lift. The location is excellent, near the bus stops and train station, and close to restaurants and a Carrefour.

Hotel Colonna, Frascati can not be faulted. The owner, JeanFranco, and Gido, the lovely breakfast organiser, enable customers to feel “welcome and at home”. We highly recommend this establishment. A wonderful place to stay. We can not thank them enough.

We stayed at the hotel for a couple nights, attending a wedding nearby. The valet parking was extremely useful and the staff was kind, helpful, and welcoming. The rooms are older, but charming. This is the best hotel in Siena. It is a mini hotel with a parking and a pool. It has nice breakfast and nice rooms. Everything is clean and nice. My and my partner really enjoyed the room view, the breakfast and the hospitality of all people working at the Villa. The place is mainly a weeding event venue, we stayed 1-night when there was not any event at the villa, so we were the only guests and we had a very intimate experience!!!!

Incredible scenery once you get to the top, the breakfast is enjoyable as is the dinner. The waiters are prompt and friendly. The rooms are modern and comfortable. However there is a quirk with the bathroom that has you hitting your knee on the sink when you squat down to do your business.

Attention! The plugs are of Italian type which is not compatible usual European plugs, and there is only one adpater available for rent for the whole hotel from the front desk. Breakfast has little choice. Room facilities are old. Front desk is frienly though.

In fact this is not anymore an Hotel. This is an hotel appartement totally refurbished with all commodities. Only issue is the position with 2 school nearby and traffic jam every morning. The hotel is nice. Frascati is In a walkable distance but there are not many things you can do on foot. You better have a car from here if you want to explore the surroundings.

Unfortunately our booking was somehow made for 1 person even though we always book for 2 adults. When we got there they charged us 25 euros per night for my wife. Otherwise the staff were nice. Breakfast is disappointing.

The location of the Hotel Vitti is a ten minute walk from the Metro that takes you directly into the city The hotel's baked goods are excellent. The staff was very helpful and tolerated my attempts to speak Italian.

My experience in Vitti hotel It is not a bad place to stay, if you want to spend more time in Rome, you will need to take into consideration that is far, around ~45 minutes. If your flight back is too early you will need to arrange a taxi which will cost you around 60€, otherwise, you will need to take a couple on buses during a night before to be closer to the airport. Outside room is very noisy...

Staff comes only at 2PM, so you cannot come earlier to leave your luggage and potentially walk/tour around. It seems the checking in system is slow. Lastly, when it says sleeps 4, it is regardless of the age. Thankfully, the staff can speak and understand English even not fluent but good to communicate. She is really lovely and will go above and beyond.

We booked this hotel as it was outside Rome at the same side as the Marco Simone golf course. The hotel room was small, but perfectly reasonable for the little time we were going to spend in it. Breakfast not very good But still okay!

The hotel is outside the centre of Tivoli but it is very reachable from highway as well as the center of he city. Rooms are clean on confortable and the people are by nice. I stayed with my family and each of us (kids included) enjoyied the stay.

Good to stay if you're visiting Tivoli gardens or villa Adriano. Exceptionally clean rooms, with plenty of good quality towels. Extra pillows & toilet rolls would be an idea. A warm and friendly welcome from the lady of the house. There's a really good restaurant about 300 mts walk away called Nobel, set in lovely gardens, tasty home cooked food ,good value for money .

Good hotel with private parking. Although there is no restaurant they recommend one at only 0.5 miles distant with good food which additionally gives a discount. Only 2 miles from downtown and near the magnificent Villa Adriana.
