Friendly staff, good location and clean room! Would visit again

Clean, warm, and cozy room with hot water and air con keeping my warm all night. There was no loud noise at night. The hotel is very close to the bus stop. The staff is super nice! Very kind and helpful.

이탈리아 기차 파업으로 급하게 잡게된 숙소.. 리셉션은 너무 친절했고, 방의 크기, 청결도 모두 최고였습니다! 아쉬운 점은 창문 방음이 좀 아쉬웠습니다. 전반적으로 꽤 만족하고, 또 예약할 숙소입니다!

The location is good. Room is big with scented woods smell. But no lift. Have to cross the bridge with heavy luggage too from train station. We have nice welcome drinks from the fridge daily with beer and juice. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful to give us information about the city.

We stayed at the Primula A3 apartment and were very satisfied with everything. Fresh and clean, in a quiet neighborhood with a lot of restaurants/bars (where mostly locals frequent) only 5' away. We used the S. Alvise stop for reaching the main bus station and Murino and otherwise used the Marcuola Casino and Guglie stops which are a 10' walk from the apartment. 4/5 because we were asked to share our...

Absolutely wonderful. Unfortunately Expedia messed up our reservations, but the staff was extremely helpful and cheerful (Shout out to David, and the young lady who we met initially who spend so much time on the phone to reconcile the situation). The apartment and complex themselves were clean, spacious, and in a great location (quiet, but close to everything). Couldn’t have asked for better housing

Clean, fairly quiet, kitchenware we needed to prepare meals. Near Vaporreto stop. Need more towel racks.

The hotel room here good and clean but quite far to find the eating restaurant.

Courteous and helpful staff. We slept in their apartment (Ca' Bareteri). Clean, warm and very quiet apartment. Clean linen. Only problem a couple of times with the electricity breaker. But otherwise all ok

Amazing place to stay while we were in Venice

Great place in a quiet street. Little over ten minutes walk from the parking garages and train station. Studio is clean and well furnished. Owners are helpful with getting around and tips for sights and places for food.

Accueil très sympathique en langue française. Très bonne situation proche de la scuola dei schavioni, de Zanipolo, de Cannaregio, de l'embarcadère pour les îles sans parler des lieux de Sur tourisme San Marco et le Rialto. Aimé ce quartier vivant, supérette juste à gauche de l'autre côté du pont et à droite après passage sous un ravissant sotoportego, fruitier, charcuterie, boulangerie ( pas terrible...

Good place. Good location. Comfortable. Clean. Supermarket really close by. Small 24 hour supermarket a few mins walk. Staff were friendly and helpful. Choice of pillows. Quiet. Has a garden to chill in. For the money it felt like good value. Had a view of a canal. Note that we had a 3 bed apartment and one bedroom was accessed by stairs from the living area - didn’t have a door. Also the elevator...

Very nice location in central Venice walkiing distance to many sites and to transportation. Carefull with the photos on Booking since they show different apartments and not only the one you will get. We missed out on the terasse which was on the photos but not part of the apartment we got! Friendly staff eager to help. Helped with a suitcase on the many, many stairs to the apartment (no elevator)....

Rooms are new and clean. Everything was working fine. Good shower. Comfortable beds.

Great overall experience! The room was clean, everything worked as expected, good internet. The staff is very helpful and friendly. When we come back to Venice, we'll be staying here again! 🙂

Great place, comfy beds, very roomy good central spot but very blunt staff who are not very helpful.

Such a beautiful hotel! You get to stay in a palace. A bit out of the way, but at the same time due to the size of Venice everything was walkable. Our rooms were amazing, we had a little balcony in our room with a beautiful view.

Not only the room was looking great but stunning courtyard and building. The staff were amazing and helped every way possible. For those who need to back up and share their pictures; the WiFi was also really good. A strong signal and fast enough to be useful.

The hotel apartment is amazing; three bedrooms, two bathrooms, AC, a huge dining area and a kitchen. The staff member that was here when we arrived was very friendly and recommended a few local places to eat. As part of a touring holiday in Italy we wanted 1 night in Venice. We found this on the internet it sounded fine so we booked it. It is exactly as it says. Very close to St Marks Sq, very easy to find, the management were there to greet us & could not have been more helpful. We booked a room overlooking the Canal. It had two windows overlooking a busy Gondola pick up point. So with the windows open...

Such a great place tucked away from the crowds, but close to everything. The staff was super helpful and friendly.

Great service. Great value. Rooms were spacious, like a small apartment, which is pretty unusual for Italy. Bathrooms were"American" size. They even excited is to a top local restaurant.

This place has balconies overlooking a small canal. The interior looks to be original to the building and is gorgeous. No kitchen, no washer, no breakfast, but still worth it. The staff are cool and know where to eat well and reasonably priced.
