Friendly staff, good location and clean room! Would visit again

Clean, warm, and cozy room with hot water and air con keeping my warm all night. There was no loud noise at night. The hotel is very close to the bus stop. The staff is super nice! Very kind and helpful.

A place I had to book in a hurry due to the Italian train strike. The reception was very friendly, and the size and cleanliness of the room were all top-notch! The only regret was that the windows were a bit lacking in soundproofing. Overall, I was quite satisfied, and this is a place I would book again!

The location is good. Room is big with scented woods smell. But no lift. Have to cross the bridge with heavy luggage too from train station. We have nice welcome drinks from the fridge daily with beer and juice. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful to give us information about the city.

We had a family holiday in August in this hotel, Santa Lucia station is across the bridge, ideal location, I really liked the breakfast and service, just like in the 19th century.

Very good place to stay during your stay in Venice, clean, cozy, very friendly and attentive staff. The breakfasts are very good and the beds are comfortable, and there is hardly any noise, which is appreciated when you arrive to rest. I recommend it without a doubt. If I return to Venice I will stay here again.

We stayed at the Primula A3 apartment and were very satisfied with everything. Fresh and clean, in a quiet neighborhood with a lot of restaurants/bars (where mostly locals frequent) only 5' away. We used the S. Absolutely wonderful. Unfortunately Expedia messed up our reservations, but the staff was extremely helpful and cheerful (Shout out to David, and the young lady who we met initially who spend so much time on the phone to reconcile the situation). The apartment and complex themselves were clean, spacious, and in a great location (quiet, but close to everything). Couldn’t have asked for better housing

Clean, fairly quiet, kitchenware we needed to prepare meals. Near Vaporreto stop. Need more towel racks.

Courteous and helpful staff. We slept in their apartment (Ca' Bareteri). Clean, warm and very quiet apartment. Clean linen. Only problem a couple of times with the electricity breaker. But otherwise all ok

Amazing place to stay while we were in Venice

Great place in a quiet street. Little over ten minutes walk from the parking garages and train station. Studio is clean and well furnished. Owners are helpful with getting around and tips for sights and places for food.

Very nice location in central Venice walkiing distance to many sites and to transportation. Carefull with the photos on Booking since they show different apartments and not only the one you will get. We missed out on the terasse which was on the photos but not part of the apartment we got! Friendly staff eager to help. Helped with a suitcase on the many, many stairs to the apartment (no elevator)....

Rooms are new and clean. Everything was working fine. Good shower. Comfortable beds.

Great overall experience! The room was clean, everything worked as expected, good internet. The staff is very helpful and friendly. When we come back to Venice, we'll be staying here again! 🙂

Such a beautiful hotel! You get to stay in a palace. A bit out of the way, but at the same time due to the size of Venice everything was walkable. Our rooms were amazing, we had a little balcony in our room with a beautiful view.

Not only the room was looking great but stunning courtyard and building. The staff were amazing and helped every way possible. For those who need to back up and share their pictures; the WiFi was also really good. A strong signal and fast enough to be useful.

The hotel apartment is amazing; three bedrooms, two bathrooms, AC, a huge dining area and a kitchen. The staff member that was here when we arrived was very friendly and recommended a few local places to eat. As part of a touring holiday in Italy we wanted 1 night in Venice. We found this on the internet it sounded fine so we booked it. It is exactly as it says. Very close to St Marks Sq, very easy to find, the management were there to greet us & could not have been more helpful. We booked a room overlooking the Canal. It had two windows overlooking a busy Gondola pick up point. So with the windows open...

Great service. Great value. Rooms were spacious, like a small apartment, which is pretty unusual for Italy. Bathrooms were"American" size. They even excited is to a top local restaurant.

This place has balconies overlooking a small canal. The interior looks to be original to the building and is gorgeous. No kitchen, no washer, no breakfast, but still worth it. The staff are cool and know where to eat well and reasonably priced.
