With San Clemente Kempinski you get the best of both worlds. City trips to beautiful but busy Venice via the regular quick shuttle boats as well as relaxing atmosphere at the pool or within the beautiful green of the island. We came here as a large group. We didn't stay in the hotel, but we did have a lunch for a group of 23 vegans. As we are a luxury vegan group travel company, we needed to have a very high quality lunch and they delivered a beautiful lunch with some Venetians specialities made vegan. This review would have been 5 stars were it not for the mix-up with us booking the deluxe frescoed suite. Upon arrival we were taken to a room 106 which looked nothing at all like the room we had booked based on their website. We stayed here on our recent trip to Venice. The entire staff was welcoming and helpful. The concierge helped to arrange a variety of experiences, meals, and boat transfers. The spa, bar, and hotel restaurant were all excellent as well.

What can you say? This is one of the top hotels in Venice and it is truly amazing. The service is impeccable and the rooms are beautiful. It leaves nothing to be desired except you must stay here. I think it is wonderful to come in the off-season. The prices are better for one.

My husband and I came to Venice for a trip over the summer and this hotel was AMAZING! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. They helped us setup activities to do from glass blowing to shopping at the Piazza San Marco. I would highly recommend this hotel! We can’t wait to come back!!!

A great place close to the Ghetto. Beautiful garden. Service not entirely the one expected from this category of hotel but people very helpful. Quite and refreshing, close to nice and casual restaurants with terrass very close by. The hotel is just two minutes to the vaporetto for the airport that is the next stop (30 min.)
