Absolutely beautiful! It’s like staying at a palace, beautiful rooms and superb location! Dining at the terrace was magnificent. Highly recommended.
A lovable hotel that felt like home. Enjoyable space for guests during breakfast dining and drinks on terrace. Rooms are small as expected but comfortable and well appointed; overall experience was classy and memorable.
Although I have had wonderful stays at the Westin Europa & Regina in the past, it should be noted that the hotel has been renamed the St. St. Regis Venice after a major renovation in 2019.
Although I had a wonderful stay at the Westin Europa & Regina in the past, this is a note that the hotel as been renamed St. Regis Venice after a major renovation in 2019.
With a great location, this hotel makes it convenient to enjoy the most out of Venice and its channels. Really disappointed with the service and staff, not even close from other 5 stars hotels I have experienced, and also below other Westin hotels (eg. Westin Grand Berlin). For similar price, I believe it is possible to find hotels in Venice which provides better service and overall experience while...
Stayed here the week after 9/11/01 wonderful proximity to everything in Venice and had super accommodations overlooking the grand canal what else could you ask for? Perfectly priced superb service!

The room is so clean and the bed sheet is replaced everyday. They also give you 10% discount on department stores with luxury lounge of free coffee at the shopping mall. Highly recommended!
This is the best place to enjoy Venice. A historic building transformed to a hotel. We experienced friendly people welcoming us as guests. Many thanks to the reception. Definitely a place for highest recommendation. I have to add off course my thanks to the staff in the restaurant. It was such a beautiful experience enjoying breakfast in front of the hotel at the canale. The breakfast was extraordinary...
Very nice hotel with great service!!
Great hotel ! Very luxurious & customer service is superb! It started raining during my stay and they offered an umbrella which was handy! Everyone went above and beyond to satisfy me! The hotel is right next to canal so if you take a private speed boat from VCE you can get dropped off right at your hotel, great experience!!!! However on 2 occasions I was charged for things I didn’t pay for, the first...
Amazing hotel. Everything is brand new and truly luxurious, with an excellent blend of technology and tradition. A hidden gem, in one of the most authentic areas of Venice.

Bar Dandolo - Hotel Danieli, Venice - what an amazing experience! Aperitivo at its finest! Perfect drinks, wondering setting and the service was fantastic! We originally had planned to go to the rooftop terrace but the weather wasn’t great so opted to have a drink at Bar Dandolo. We are so happy we did!
My mom and I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Danieli. Everyone was so nice and helpful. The location is great. The food is wonderful. We highly recommend.
gorgeous hotel with a lovely lobby bar. we came for martinis and small nibbles - service was amazing! the air conditioning was perfect on a hot summer day.
We came here for coffee and sweets at the rooftop bar at around 4pm. The bar was not crowded but we had to wait a bit to be seated. It wad worth it because they gave us a table central to their spectacular view. We got some espresso, cappuccino and tiramisu. There were 2 waiters attending our table, one scared me a little because he only responded in Italian while the other was very friendly, welcoming...
Went to go eat at the rooftop at this hotel. Service at the restaurant was amazing. Food was delicious, hotel was beautiful. The only bad thing I have to say about this hotel is a black male that works by the reception complained because we were at the lobby. Even though we had already gotten permission to be there by the front desk.
The location of this is perfect . The rooms were OK after you can find your room. The place is a maze with having to use stairs and elevators. Third floor room numbers on the first floor. Restaurant on 4 but the one elevator says 5. Very frustrating and no one gives any instructions. Unless you are dripping in diamonds or fur, expect to have the front desk look down their nose or ignore you completely...

Absolutely breathtaking views hotel, beautiful classic rooms, very clean and comfortable. Antonio , the concierge is super friendly , patient and helpful. I had an incredible custom massage with Daniela and she is the best to go to after jet lag . Daniela is knowledge, attentive and knows how to heal body. I highly recommend to book massage with her . Thank you for taking care of us.
I booked as a last minute change of plans and had no expectations. It truly is the best decision I made during my stay. Very helpful and polite employees, excellent service, nobody can help the rooms that are tiny, (in such an old building) of course is located in a prime spot right next to San Marco square
Great hotel. Very quiet. Perfect location. Customer service was wonderful. Rooms are very clean.
Excellent location, friendly staff, kudos to front desk manager Marco, include breakfast in the most beautiful elegant hall every morning, service impeccable. This hotel brings "wonderful" to a new height. The rooms felt very elegant but not overdone. Best of all, roomy for such a space constrained area. You cannot beat the access to St Mark's plaza from here, nor the access to water taxis, vaporetto, or gondolas. Everyone was very polite and helpful. Best hotel of our trip to Italy. Awesome views, helpful staff. Wonderful breakfast in the morning and the executive “happy hour” was nice. Only drawback is that it’s not on the same island as the main Venice. While transportation is easy and there is a shuttle, it’s not quite as convenient as being on the main island. That being said, when it was time to check out, it was easier to leave than it would be for many other hotels...
We had a wonderful stay. The staff were very attentive and always willing to help if needed! The location was great and the water taxi to the various locations in town made the city just accessible enough to keep our stay peaceful. The facility itself was beautifully redone with a complete historical aspect portrayed throughout the halls and the spa was equally as lovely with GREAT service (and I'm...
Breakfast was excellent and varied. Room was large enough but lacked comfortable seats. Great view from the room over the lagoon towards Venice. Helpful they had a ferry to take you to the main Venice island which was cheaper than a water taxi. Prices in the hotel were high but there were some nice local restaurants within a few minutes walk.
Great hotel with views of the ancient city! Rooms were good sized, large bathroom. We looked out towards Venice. Gorgeous looking at the city and boats going by. Shuttle service to St Mark's Square is wonderful. Breakfast buffet was outstanding. Fruits, meats, cheeses, honeycomb, breads, eggs, bacon, candy section. Something for everyone.
Amazing hotel! The shuttle boat service was very convenient and always on time when we used it. The concierge service over email & the desk were so helpful. Our room was gorgeous with views of Venice & the Canal!! The rooftop views were nice too. Got to use the Executive Lounge as a Hilton Gold member. Would recommend this hotel!!
Beautiful hotel. Both the interior and exterior is magnificient. They charge 40euros for sauna/hot tub which is quite expensive The staff were rarely smiling and seem unwelcoming. The breakfast didn’t have vegan option especially the dessert. The staff present at breakfast were least interested in the guests and hence poor experience.

With San Clemente Kempinski you get the best of both worlds. City trips to beautiful but busy Venice via the regular quick shuttle boats as well as relaxing atmosphere at the pool or within the beautiful green of the island. The staff seems sometimes a little chaotic but very friendly nevertheless! The concierge did an amazing job and every recommendation was a highlight!
A perfect hotel in an awesome location. You have to love and will never want to leave it.
Beautiful hotel on its own island and reachable by taxi boat. Lovely style, lovely staff, lovely landscape. We really enjoyed everything
It's a hotel-island experience, which is definitely unique. It has a decent size pool and very extensive grounds. The staff is very professional and polite and definitely is trying to deliver five-star service, however not working A/C or sloppy maintenance is not as uncommon, as you would expect at the level of pricing.
We had the most memorable meal in Acquerello Restaurant while staying at the San Clemente. It was absolutely outstanding- the beautiful evening outdoors on the terrace, the entire meal was delicious! Beautiful location! 🥰
Enchanting building and amazing staff. From spa services, to delicious coffee and hot milk, the rooms and furnishings, and the care of the staff, everything was perfect!
The Bauer Palladio was away from the maddening crowds of St Marco's square. After 2 weeks on the cruise ship and crowds in Rome and Athens a bit of peace and quiet appreciated before our flight home. A converted 16th century convent. An architectural gem.
Nice rooms and friendly staff, beautiful setting. However food could be better and pool was too cold to swim in.
Our second time staying at this INCREDIBLE property. This trip we had an AMAZING villa in the garden section with our own private patio. Sadly we found the hotel quite disappointing. The hotel needs a large overhaul, investment and a fresh pair of eyes. The super famous hotel has lost her way, and with it her iconic identity. Beautiful property with lovely rooms but unfortunately the food and service no longer live up to the high standards they once set. Just had breakfast on a few occasions at the Cipriani and toured the property. It is totally spectacular and well worth a visit. The service, ambience and food are all a dream. Very well-trained, hospitable and genuine staff.

Outstanding service, great location — quiet while still being right where you need to be and the boat trip across the canal is a delight, great bar and pool service. Overall the service was top notch. We had a 10pm flight and both had unavoidable work calls to take and they gave us a smaller room to use until 7pm even though checkout was obviously midday. Nice hotel, staff is very friendly, they even offered me to keep my luggage during my stay in the city, as you could not put it in your car, but a few minors were missing, the charger 🔌 plugs in my room were all broken, only one in the bathroom worked, I didn’t have a night lamp in my room, but other than that it was fine
July 2019. Quiet and off the beaten path from the touristy heart of Venice. Beautiful property + very convenient for transportation to the airport.
My husband and I came to Venice for a trip over the summer and this hotel was AMAZING! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. They helped us setup activities to do from glass blowing to shopping at the Piazza San Marco. I would highly recommend this hotel! We can’t wait to come back!!!
Amazing hospitality and staff! Located quietly but just 2 canals away thriving nightlife and good bars/restaurants. Free shuttle to St. Marks square which I would really recommend. It's a shame the hotel will exit Marriott Bonvoy end of August!
