Wonderful Stay at Hilton💕🙏🏼 I recently stayed at Hotel Hilton Ben to celebrate my birthday, and it was an unforgettable experience! The room was absolutely spectacular, spacious, and offered amazing views that made every morning feel special. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety, and the service throughout the hotel was exceptional. I want to give a special mention to Herlane and Anyely...
We enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is in an old pasta factory and it’s beautifully restored and decorated. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was similar to those offered at other international Hiltons although there wasn’t a ton of hot food options. Linens were on par with a five star hotel, but other amenities were not. There was no coffee maker, bottled water, or other small delights that usually...
The hotel itself is typical European style. The history is interesting and even though a water taxi is needed to get to the “main attractions” it was very convenient and free. Also, the concierge was great-he set us up on a glass blowing tour to Murano for free. This issues are the staff are not welcoming and we felt like we were a nuisance. They were vey kind to upgrade our room; however the room...
Fantastic location, if a little inconvenient and the feeling of being too posh for other folks (need a shuttle boat or water taxi to access hotel on that island). Room was spacious for Italian hotels, modern and flash, big bathroom with shower and separate tub (and clothesline!) Service from the friendly staff was really good. I appreciated how luxurious the breakfast buffet is. I did not have the...
This was our second stay at a Hilton Hotel, and it exceeded all expectations. We thoroughly enjoyed the breathtaking lagoon view, which truly enhanced our experience. The staff impressed us with their exceptional friendliness and professionalism. Choosing the executive package was undeniably a brilliant decision—every penny was well spent. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the shower was outstanding...
One of the best options if you are good with stay in other island in Venice. We loved Giudeca island and the Hotel.

It's OK, it can't be compared with domestic hotels, but it's pretty good abroad
The property is unique in that it occupies a total island; however, the building needs to be electrically updated to accommodate new IPhones and other devices. There was only one USB outlet in our room, which was located in an outdated clock/radio. Restaurant Dining was limited in the evening; however, room service was excellent.
A lovely property away from the business of venice town. The shuttle was perfectly ran and all the staff are super polite, welcoming and friendly !
Excellent, pleasant and quiet hotel and service Nice hôtel on the island. Lovely garden. Confortable room. Quiet :) food is expensive but you are in Venice … spa needs to be booked and quite expensive even if you are staying in the hotel.
My stay at the Marriott hotel in Venice left a very positive impression. The room was spacious and elegantly designed, with a stunning view of the lagoon. The hotel’s convenient location deserves special mention: it is situated on a private island, offering a sense of seclusion and tranquility, yet the main attractions are easily accessible via a free shuttle that runs regularly. I also want to highlight...
Our family’s stay at the JW Marriott Venice was truly enchanting. From the moment we stepped in, we were surrounded by luxury and a welcoming atmosphere. The private island location provided breathtaking views and a serene environment that felt like our own slice of paradise. The accommodations were stylish and modern, making sure we all felt comfortable and relaxed. My daughter and I particularly...

We've had our honey moon at the San Clemente and it was magical. The staff was amazing, especially Ellen and Navid. They did everything they could to make our stay as carefree as possible, by helping us with surprises and dinners. The apartment was spacious and clean, no noise whatsoever. The island is a perfect relaxation spot, after a busy day in crowded Venice. We've enjoyed the Acquerello restaurant...
What a wonderful experience that the team at San Clemente Palace bestowed upon my wife and I during our honeymoon! From the second we arrived we were treated like valued guests and shown the utmost attention. Michael at the concierge desk was beyond helpful, nice, attentive, and professional; for our whole stay he was on top of his duties with precise detail. He even would go as far as seeking us...
Located on a private island in the lagoon about 10min away from San Marco square by complimentary hotel shuttle boat. Service is excellent, Restaurant and Bar are great and the pool is very nice to relax after the tourist crowds in Venice. Rooms are a bit dated and TVs are small.
Myra and Micheal with the Concierge were amazing! They answered all of our questions, gave great recommendations, and helped us plan our visit to Venice. Victoria with reception was very welcoming and always had a smile on her face. Beautiful property and will be the only place I stay when visiting Venice next time. Record breaking heat wave made the trip a bit more difficult, but the crew at the Kempinski...
An amazing, unique and exclusive hotel full of charm, understated beauty and history. Managed by impeccable, attentive, kind and considerate staff. Try the spa, the gym, massage, restaurant and all the other available services and amenities as we did. You will not be disappointed. The breakfast is the best selection of delights that we have experienced anywhere in the world. A courtesy boat takes you...
With San Clemente Kempinski you get the best of both worlds. City trips to beautiful but busy Venice via the regular quick shuttle boats as well as relaxing atmosphere at the pool or within the beautiful green of the island. The staff seems sometimes a little chaotic but very friendly nevertheless! The concierge did an amazing job and every recommendation was a highlight!

We were upgraded to an amazing room with a view to the grand canal which changed my experience. They have an amazing concierge name Alvise that was extremely helpful and nice ( I have to say one of the others wasn't at all) I am grateful for his professional and behind the ordinary service.Valentina, the room division manager, was the turning point, from bad experience to a very good one. Insanely amazing experience. It's in an ideal location, has amazing rooms, views of the canal, an incredible breakfast bar, and top tier service. I will definitely be coming back here again.
I would like to thank all the staff for their hospitality.. Going through a medical emergency away from home is very scary but all the staff was so helpful and kind.. no other words can describe our experience other than superior.. 1000 thanks yous Grazie mille!!
5 star service, no question. Concierge was so helpful in getting us a rental car at the last minute. Breakfast is amazing.
Great hotel located in the middle of Venice about a 1-2 minute walk to San Marco. Room(s) was very nice and spacious and additional requests were done without hesitation. Breakfast was alright, service was nice. The bar is very good and the bar tenders were extremely friendly. Concierge was extremely helpful and friendly regarding any help we had about the city or transportation or any other information...
Very luxurious hotel. Friendly service. Rooms have to been renovated at some corners. That doesn't fit to a 5 star hotel. Good location at Venice, perfect view from the roof top bar. Good restaurant, very food breakfast (but please more bio food instead of American corn flakes).

My flight arrived at 6 AM, and a water taxi took me directly to the hotel pier at 7 AM. I was worried the hotel might not give me a room because it was so early, but they were very nice and checked me in immediately. I originally booked the St. Regis because the Aman Resorts were fully booked, but when I arrived, I found the St. Regis to be absolutely gorgeous—I was very satisfied!
A bit disappointed with the hotel as our grandfather was hospitalised in taiwan. Everything is in mandarin and they only accept English memo. No refund for our hotel fees. Will reconsider this hotel next time
The St. Regis Venice was the most satisfying hotel of my trip to Italy. The staff were friendly and the service was excellent. The restaurant was delicious and the location was convenient. The St. Regis Venice did not disappoint. I was very satisfied.
We went a long time ago but you come to a dock and busboy comes to grab luggage from it boat taxi. You enter right on the grand canal and if you walk out the back you are a minute from St Marks Square! Excellent location.

No superlatives will do the Cipriani Venice justice - every aspect from beautiful elegance through the hotel, to wonderfully professional, charming and helpful staff to bespoke Cipriani boat taking guests across the lagoon any time day or night; sumptuous breakfast on the elegant terrace must not be forgotten with Cipriani’s own hawk keeping away seagulls and pigeons. The room was the smallest one, and the balcony ceiling was leaking. It was obvious that the rooms given to Chinese tourists were all on the side, and the three better rooms in the middle of the same room type were given to Europeans and Americans. Moreover, it has been 10 days since I checked out, and the pre-authorized deposit has not been refunded. I don't know what the problem is.
The location is great, the breakfast terrace is beautiful, and it's a few minutes' walk to the Grand Place. Rooms with terraces have direct lake views, and the retro decoration in the lobby is beautiful.
Beautiful place. You can feel the deep history of this place. Hotel has lots of beautiful art, beautifully renovated, kept it’s original charm from the past centuries. I would suggest to visit at least for a drink or coffee
So just about everything about this hotel is wonderful. Excellent service from the second I checked in until now. We are enjoying a deluxe room overlooking the Grand Canal. It’s lovely. Great staff looking after us. Beautiful bathroom with amazing lighting and a gorgeous bath. We recently enjoyed a family vacation in Italy and stayed at the Baglioni Hotel Luna, which quickly became our favorite hotel. The food was exquisite, the cleanliness impeccable, and the location unbeatable. But what truly set it apart was the exceptional service. As a travel agent who is constantly on the move, I can say this hotel exceeded all my expectations.

A truly museum-like stay. From the first minute of the check-in Laura, who checked us in, made us feel like Doge Gritti’s special guests. The location on the Grand Canal is perfect, the lobby feels regal yet inviting, and our room came with marble bathroom plus a lovely welcome of cookies, chocolate, and wine. Canal-side dining was unforgettable, and the staff were warm and attentive throughout.
We came to The Gritti Palace to begin celebrating our wedding anniversary, and from the very first moment we felt truly special. Our second time staying here and it was just as great as we remembered! It’s a beautiful property, with such an incredible history. A great stay on the grand canal. While there are several nice hotels in Venice, the Gritti Palace is special to us. Enchanting building and amazing staff. From spa services, to delicious coffee and hot milk, the rooms and furnishings, and the care of the staff, everything was perfect!
The Bauer Palladio was away from the maddening crowds of St Marco's square. After 2 weeks on the cruise ship and crowds in Rome and Athens a bit of peace and quiet appreciated before our flight home. A converted 16th century convent. An architectural gem.
Nice rooms and friendly staff, beautiful setting. However food could be better and pool was too cold to swim in.

Lovely hotel on pier front. Very accessible by water taxi to hotel front or water ferry to Marco polo stop and short walk down pier side. Lovely food. Service perfect. Sky bar amazing for views. Fabulous. Lovely shutters on windows for total blackout.
Wonderful hotel! Nice location on the grand canal and the views from the rooftop bar are amazing! Highly recommend a water taxi from the train station as the walk includes so many bridges without ramps for rolling luggage (the distance is not so bad without luggage, but the up and down with several bags got old). Great place to stay and explore the city!
Fantastic family run hotel the staff were really friendly and attentive. The room was beautifully styled and clean. Breakfast was a classical European style. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend. Great location not too far away from main attractions, yet just far away for a peaceful stay coupled with fantastic views of the lagoon.

It was very convenient because you could take a water taxi directly to the hotel. You can also take a gondola right in front of the hotel, and it is very close to St. Mark's Square. There was an Italian who could speak Japanese, and the staff were all very kind. There was no conditioner or toothbrush, but I didn't mind. The room was very nice.
Truly 5 stars. Literally one of the most amazing hotels I’ve ever been to in my 63 years of traveling the world. The location, the food, the artworks, the rooms, the staff! Everything was superb. I was with my mother and aunt, both are very particular about their standards and we were all equally impressed.
I came here 20 years ago as a kid with my parents and remember having a great time. Came back with my partner and had a wonderful experience. It’s romantic and the oriental bar and breakfast are amazing. Have fun!
The Metropole offers a sumptuous interior -- plush velvets, stunning flower arrangements and a collector's treasure trove on display -- in a perfect location. Best of all the staff is impeccable in their courtesy and efficiency. We have been coming for five years now and cannot recommend this hotel more highly
Amazing romantic hotel, very clean with high standards, spacious rooms with good menus and food, and a great location for venturing out and going on walks. Perfect for a city break. views, all in all - 'excellent'!
The art collection and history still make this a fantastic experience, but definitely getting a bit tired. Would benefit from a bit of restoration and detailing (but not modernization or renovation - those would ruin the charm). The hotel is very upscale, the rooms are spacious, and there is a large garden leading to the back door directly to the lagoon. Breakfast and dinner can be served outdoors or indoors. However, there are mosquitoes outdoors due to the dense greenery. It takes 20-30 minutes to walk to Piazza San Marco, but passing the main street, there are shops on both sides, so it is not monotonous.
Wonderful hotel with truly lovely courtyard and amazing gardens. The environment is very good, but it is just that you need to go up and down 4 stairs to get to the train station. The hotel booked a taxi boat to the station for 80 Euros per boat. If you are not physically fit/have a limited budget, it is recommended to choose a hotel closer.
The hotel is beautiful and well-decorated, with an elegant blend of classic and modern styles. However, its location is a bit far from the main attractions. The highlight of the experience was undoubtedly the staff, who were extremely polite and attentive. Unfortunately, the Valentine’s Day dinner was a major disappointment. Overall, it's a lovely choice for experiencing Venice's charm, with a few areas needing attention
One of my favorite hotels in Venice, hits a great balance between price, location and room levels. A beautiful old style palace boutique hotel. It has some amazing fresco and the state room is worth the entry fee alone. The hotel is centrally located and convenient to arrive by Water Taxi. BEST HOTEL WE HAVE EVER STAYED IN. What a wonderful hotel to stay at. We had such a nice time e=we actually changed our flights and stayed another night. Service was the best - team members were wonderful. The front of House team were outstanding. Sophie / Sophia was so lovely and really looked after us. All the team on the front desk and porters were brilliant - thank you. Food and drinks service...
Phenomenal experience. The hotel is gorgeous filled with Murano glass and artwork. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and willing to assist. When we did ask for a few items, they were delivered to our room within minutes. I don’t think I can ever stay anywhere else when I go back to Venice.
My husband and I stayed here for our minimoon in Venice directly following our wedding. We were blown away by how amazing our experience here was. The Presidential suite was spacious, expertly decorated, with a large balcony and canal views. It was easily the most beautiful room we've stayed in, in the most beautiful hotel we've stayed in. The staff were warm, congratulatory, and quick to help (including...
The hotel is housed in a stunning 15th-century building that makes a great first impression from the outside. There’s also a charming courtyard where breakfast is served each morning, which was a nice touch. The staff were absolutely wonderful—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, which made a big difference during our stay. That said, the rooms were much smaller than expected for a property...
Hotel Nani Mocenigo Palace is truly the gem of Venice! From it's location along the canal to it's exquisite decor this place is amazing! Right at check in I was greeted by the most friendliest staff who made sure I received the best accommodations for my stay! And let's not even talk about the room! Magnificent!! Breathtaking! To say the least! Even the bathroom was beautiful! Words can express how...
I had great time in this palazzo Hotel, I consider it a rare gem in Venice (plenty of space, very interesting combination of old architecture and modern comfort). Great services and marvelous breakfast!

I wish I could give 7 star to the hotel. Everything was beyond expectations.
Beautiful hotel with the most welcoming personnel. I stayed in the apartment part of the hotel with the separate entrance. Apartment was super clean, housekeeping impeccable, noice level zero. Main points of interest are within 15-20 walking distance. Would def recommend for your stay in Venice
A gem. Slightly off the beaten path of the main touristic areas which provides added quiet. The staff is remarkably friendly offering a personalized experience given the small size of the hotel. The rooms are beautiful classic Venetian style. Michelin starred restaurant on property so the food quality is top-notch. Recommended.
5 star experience. Attention to detail and staff friendliness exceeded expectations.
A true Venicitian experience. A 15th century building with every modern luxury. From the moment you arrive at the hotels private garden boat dock the staff is first class. Our check in was personalized and private situated in the hotels 2nd floor sitting room. Where else can you have breakfast included in a two star Michelin restaurant. I can't recommend or praise the staff enough for allowing us to...
The most beautiful hotel we have ever stayed at!!! The biggest thing is all the staff, they couldn’t do enough to help us, they really are a credit to the hotel! We would recommend a stay next time you are in Venice
