ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL! Enjoyed staying in a non touristy area. Our room was amazing and transportation was easy. We enjoyed the local cafe food and the ease and safety of walking in the area

It is ridiculous that the only way to have coffee in the morning was to pay for the very expensive breakfast buffet. 30 dollars a person!!! We left on a Sunday morning and no cafes were open in the area

Our stay was almost perfect except for one thing. I wish that the hotel offered some type of coffee service

But what's up with the sewer smell inside the hotel? Just an issue for our 3 day stay? Or is it just a little bit more extra Venice for the guests? Might want to call the hotel first to confirm if this issue has been resolved

the smell of donkey extends from the front desk, to elevator doors 2 and 3. At times you get a whiff of it during the breakfast service

A great hotel! The staff were great. We just loved the hotel and spent most of our time in the bar lobby and on our balcony. We have seen Venice a number of times and Hotel Danieli is close everything

San marco is a luxurious square. We took the train to venice and requested a boat from the hotel for pick up from the train station. We walked entirely throughout the 2 day stay

They did everything they could to make our stay as carefree as possible, by helping us with surprises and dinners. The apartment was spacious and clean, no noise whatsoever

40 euro for a cheeseburger is a bit ridiculous even for a high end establishment, but this is a hotel first and foremost and I do not think it should be valued highly in my consideration for giving five stars, as it did not detract from my overall experience for more than a few minutes

He even would go as far as seeking us out during breakfast to inform us of our plans for the day, which we found terrific and personal. The only thing that I found less than perfect was the food pricing

The only slightly bad part was the room service menu, which had only 2-3 mediocre options. Overall, our honeymoon was great, and we'd be extremely happy to return to San Clemente in the future

They even had the best breakfast I had in Italy. The bar and bartenders were wonderful (also the best cocktails I had in Italy) and I really enjoyed spending time outside on the patio area between the two dining areas

I came here 20 years ago as a kid with my parents and remember having a great time. Came back with my partner and had a wonderful experience. It’s romantic and the oriental bar and breakfast are amazing. Have fun!

The service was amazing, treated like family when you walk in the door. The bartenders are masters of their craft, some of the best drinks ever. Giuliano is one of the best consigliere’s.

Breakfast is good and the breakfast rooms and courtyard are gorgeous. We got a canal view but this was pointless - couldn't see out without putting our head out and not much to see

First of all, you’re in Venice, so… you know… that’s an awesome starting point right there! This hotel, though, makes the whole experience better! The rooms are spotless and the breakfast is so good! But I think what sets this place apart is the staff who are warm and welcoming! I highly recommend this place!

Service was excellent, helping us to arrange our water taxi and walking us to where it was, as the normal port that the hotel uses out back was unusable due to high water levels. Rooms are unique and charming

I had my breakfast at the restaurant as well as in my room and they were so good, chef’s kiss. I didn’t have the chance to use the tennis court but I did spent afternoons at the pool

It was def a highlight of the Belmond Cipriani. You can tell how much effort is put into maintaining that pool and providing pool experience. My experience with Belmond Cip was amazing, 10/10

We stayed four nights at Hotel Luna. Every staff member we interacted with was extremely welcoming and helpful. The room (junior suite) was very comfortable, well equipped and maintained daily

Being on a smaller island was not as convenient as being on the main island but the bonus is the food and drink on that island was better priced than elsewhere and none of the places we ate within walking distance overcharged the service fee

The Bauer Palladio was away from the maddening crowds of St Marco's square. After 2 weeks on the cruise ship and crowds in Rome and Athens a bit of peace and quiet appreciated before our flight home

All the folks at the Reception and even at the bar are very courteous. Porter had a lovely smile on his face too. Rooms are bit old but nice as it gives a village vibe. Breakfast is good too.

Great service very friendly staff! Our room was beautiful and had a small sofa which they made up as a bed at our request. Breakfast everything you could imagine including espresso and cappuccino

We also took a cab to the airport which was a lot cheaper than the water taxi. A nice steward helped with our bags to the former cruise terminal to a waiting taxi

The nights in Venice are so quiet due to the lack of cars, and it's a perfect spot to relax after a long day of travel. The staff were very kind and helpful

Location near Railway Station is excellent. But amenities inside room are a bit old. Shower area without door makes water leak out of it, causing slippery and wet floor

It is wise to book hotel next to the train station as the Venice pavement is uneven. Quite hard for you to drag your luggage or even take the river boat when is fully crowded

The hotel is located extremely near to Venice Centrale station and the ferry stops. There a lot of breakfast around so no need to get the hotel breakfast

Wall between room is thin such that I can hear other room people talking. One good thing is on the breakfast which provides a variety of food. that said, the scramble egg is a bit hard
