You can enjoy breathtaking views of the town's historic center from the highest rooftop bar in the city, The breakfast served was one the best breakfast buffet we every had, with a lot variety of food

It seems that thanks to the planning of my day, I managed to do and see everything I wanted to. I had a view of Venice from my room, and it is gorgeous. The island where the hotel is located is very quiet

My visit began with a pleasant meeting with Ksenia. It was she who told me about all the secrets of the hotel, gave me recommendations on how to get around and recommended an incredible restaurant near the hotel

After you walk a lot in the noisy streets of Venice, it's a pleasure to come back to it. The staff deserves special attention. The people there really cared about making me feel comfortable

A great hotel, and a great location. At first, I was a little doubtful whether to book a hotel on the island. The boats are very fast and comfortable

We stayed four nights at Hotel Luna. Every staff member we interacted with was extremely welcoming and helpful. The room (junior suite) was very comfortable, well equipped and maintained daily

I had an incredible custom massage with Daniela and she is the best to go to after jet lag. Daniela is knowledge, attentive and knows how to heal body. I highly recommend to book massage with her

Book the Room 102 and you will have the best possible experience in Venezia!!! Magical athmosphere and gorgeous view from the balcony! The staff is amazing and the breakfast a good start into your day!

Bathrooms were not what I would prefer, shower area not water proof so water leaked on floor. Rooms on top had Oriental decor which didn't add to comfort of guests. 3 rating is for location otherwise would have rated 2

Room was beautifully appointed and the staff were right on top of it. We had breakfast available every morning and quite a diverse selection. Location was close to rr and ferries. Could easily walk to anywhere in town.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Bellini. We were greeted in a way that made us feel very comfortable and welcomed. Erika helped us get situated and showed us a few popular things to do while we were there

She drew on a map how to get to these places and even helped us with our transportation after our stay. We would definitely stay here again (and recommend to others) the next time we come to Venice

The room was cleaned well everyday and everybody from housekeeping staff to hosts were courteous at all times. Free and good breakfast everyday

Great location in Venice, 10 minutes from Rialto and Academia bridges. Hotel is lovely, staff helpful and friendly. Rooms with all comfort and good breakfast. Would definitely recommend, very good value for money.

The Palazetto Madonna has a great location, close to a vaporetto(water bus) station. It's close to many interesting places worth visiting The staff are friendly, the rooms clean and modern

The hotel did their best to limit this in the bathroom and closet areas, but in the bedrooms you may hear some noise from those in the room above you when things are relatively quiet

Loved the experience at Ruzzini palace. The place is walkable distance from the top touristy places and the service was very good

Also we got boat service from the hotel at the service desk to the train station which was super helpful! The room was lavish and spacious with required amenities! Thanks for the hospitality! If we ever come to Venice again we will definitely stay at this place

If you arrive by private water taxi you will step off the boat straight into the hotel lobby - a very novel experience. The reception staff are professional, friendly and happy to help with any query you might have

We stayed there for four nights for our anniversary. First and foremost the staff and the service are truly impeccable and make all the difference. Our suite was the Formosa, overlooking the square and boasting a balcony

We stopped at the Ruzzini Palace Hotel which was about 10 minutes walk to Piazza San Marco and the Rialto Bridge. Our room was very nice and clean, reception staff very friendly and helpful

Beautiful and spacious bathroom. Rated 4 star but on par with 5 star. All staff from front desk to servers were fantastic. All very polite, courteous and very willing to assist

Great hotel apartment for the family. Not noisy, and has coffee tea and washing machine (but you need your own detergent). The rooms are super spacious and the pillows are super comfortable! Would definitely go again

The breakfast was good, but not with much choice. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The hotel is at good location, 3-5 minutes from Rialto. Many shops and restaurants are within walking distance

We arrived in Venice to find our pre booked accommodation had been cancelled. A team member at a nearby restaurant suggested trying St Stefano. Luckily for us they had a room for 3 of our 5 nights

The best part is the hotel has seating on a beautiful square. We had breakfast and apperitivo there every day. The location was also excellent

We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights. The room itself was not too big, but for Venice that's quite common. The bathroom with shower was modern and working very well

Excellent hotel close to the train station and on the main street which is very convenient. The rest is at walking distance. My room was small but the bed was big and comfortable which is more important to me

They were so kind, showed us around and Daniele gave us great hotspots for during our 24h stay. Furthermore the hotel is very clean, nicely decorated and offers a good breakfast

City trips to beautiful but busy Venice via the regular quick shuttle boats as well as relaxing atmosphere at the pool or within the beautiful green of the island

It was absolutely outstanding- the beautiful evening outdoors on the terrace, the entire meal was delicious! But the evening was made truly memorable by the excellent service provided by Marco and Stephanie B

We came here for coffee and sweets at the rooftop bar at around 4pm. The bar was not crowded but we had to wait a bit to be seated. It wad worth it because they gave us a table central to their spectacular view

There were 2 waiters attending our table, one scared me a little because he only responded in Italian while the other was very friendly, welcoming and took godly pictures of my mom and me

gorgeous hotel with a lovely lobby bar. we came for martinis and small nibbles - service was amazing! the air conditioning was perfect on a hot summer day.

The only bad thing I have to say about this hotel is a black male that works by the reception complained because we were at the lobby. Even though we had already gotten permission to be there by the front desk

Absolutely beautiful! It’s like staying at a palace, beautiful rooms and superb location! Dining at the terrace was magnificent. Highly recommended.

They even had the best breakfast I had in Italy. The bar and bartenders were wonderful (also the best cocktails I had in Italy) and I really enjoyed spending time outside on the patio area between the two dining areas

The Bauer Palladio was away from the maddening crowds of St Marco's square. After 2 weeks on the cruise ship and crowds in Rome and Athens a bit of peace and quiet appreciated before our flight home

this property is a botanical heaven and is like having Versailles in the middle of Venice!! This is a beautiful hotel whose sister property is across the canal with free private boat shuttle back and fourth throughout the day and evening which drops you very close to Piazza San Marco

Our second time staying at this INCREDIBLE property. This trip we had an AMAZING villa in the garden section with our own private patio. Tranquil, quiet and relaxing

Nice rooms and friendly staff, beautiful setting. However food could be better and pool was too cold to swim in.

A SPA treatment with Angela and Roberta is a MUST!!! 14 year veterans who are incredible and have become good friends!! If you are going to Venice this stay is a must or at the very least an appointment at the SPA!!

The staff were excellent. The breakfast was good. The location perfect.

The pool bar in the evening was empty while we were there, as its has no ambience. There is no historic original hotel bar. That being said, breakfast service was excellent and a nice part of the hotel

They seem to have embraced maximizing profit by downgrading quality. A dangerous game for a brand that built its reputation on being the best of the best

Everything about this place is great-rooms, views, gardens, wellness, pool, location, food, restaurants, the cloud like pillows, toiletries … Thank you very much for looking after us so well and making it really special and memorable occasion for us

A little note for the customers: all restaurants in the hotel have a dress up code which we were not aware of. Only travelling light, no long trousers, just linen formal shorts, which are not allowed

Some areas like rooms and gardens are just retaining their olde worlde charm and other bits like the silly glitzy, almost shopping mall area, are out of place. There is a lacking attention to detail

A great place close to the Ghetto. Service not entirely the one expected from this category of hotel but people very helpful. Quite and refreshing, close to nice and casual restaurants with terrass very close by

Staff is awesome. The attention to detail is top notch. The rooms are wonderful. But I love the fact that it's in a quite out of the way spot. It feels hidden and exclusive. We have had a wonderful stay.

Maintenance, service, meal on top. With its pier and great for Venice garden. The place is quiet and romantic. Was from 14 to 17 December 2017, very few people. Lucky with the weather +6 and the sun)

Old world charm with modern amenities. Love the grandeur of this place. There is a restaurant and bar on site. The glass chandeliers, ornate crown molding, and opulent furniture are charming

It's old school in both good and bad ways. Good: The decorations are marvelous (see pics). Bad: - Only one standard EU power outlets if you don't unplug lamps. The rests are all old Italian style with smaller holes

- Wifi is too weak to be connected - Poor soundproof. Our room faces the grand canal and we can hear sounds from the ferry, people yelling, etc. Nice room, great view, convenient location

And all the power outlets are so close to the floor that we have to put devices on the ground. - The shower head is so old that the water goes in many different directions

Lovely service from the front desk and breakfast staff. Rooms felt amazing and like a snap shot in time. Good location, close enough to sights but area it’s in isn’t too busy.

We spent most of the time touring Venice so the setup was amazing, however if you’re looking to stay in a complete hotel and expect more from the service, them this is not a good option

;) A note for the staff- perhaps consider refreshing the carpet (there were several stains here and there). Also wifi from the room was not working during the entire stay (worked fine elsewhere in the hotel)
