We had an exceptional stay! From the moment we arrived, Lucrezia and the rest of the team made us feel incredibly welcome. The hotel itself is stunning, with a blend of historic charm and modern luxury, and the views of Venice are breathtaking. The whole staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. We only wish we could have stayed longer!
A great hotel, and a great location. At first, I was a little doubtful whether to book a hotel on the island. But I was wrong to be afraid. The boats are very fast and comfortable. The schedule is convenient. It seems that thanks to the planning of my day, I managed to do and see everything I wanted to. I had a view of Venice from my room, and it is gorgeous. The island where the hotel is located...
We absolutely loved this hotel! Our room was fantastic & staff were very friendly and welcoming. The lounge is only open from 10am to 7pm which makes it more difficult to use as people are usually gone during that part of the day. The breakfast was amazing! Everything you could want and more! Kids would love the chocolate fountain and candy bar! Rooftop lounge and restaurants are a little pricey. Definitely...
This hotel was amazing. You get the incredibly nice rooms and finishes while not losing the historic atmosphere of the building. We booked a deluxe king with a view and had an incredible sight across the lagoon towards St Marc Square. The hotel is on a separate island which adds a little time but I think for a stay longer than one night is worth it to escape the narrow streets and canals of Venice...
Wonderful hotel for a short as well as long holiday stay. The service including concierge and on site staff was first class at the highest level of profession. The rooms we stayed in were professionally cleaned and prepared prior to our visit accordingly to our needs and expectations especially for my birthday!! They have given us complimentary champagne and balloon decorations which was very special...
Awesome views, helpful staff. Wonderful breakfast in the morning and the executive “happy hour” was nice. Only drawback is that it’s not on the same island as the main Venice. While transportation is easy and there is a shuttle, it’s not quite as convenient as being on the main island. That being said, when it was time to check out, it was easier to leave than it would be for many other hotels...

We stayed four nights at Hotel Luna. Every staff member we interacted with was extremely welcoming and helpful. The room (junior suite) was very comfortable, well equipped and maintained daily. Beyond the welcoming spirit and exceptional accommodations, we enjoyed the superior location...
We are enjoying a deluxe room overlooking the Grand Canal. It’s lovely. Great staff looking after us. Beautiful bathroom with amazing lighting and a gorgeous bath. The bedroom is not large but the decorations and lighting are superb. Really quite different. Breakfast is yummy and the Bar, excellent.
We recently enjoyed a family vacation in Italy and stayed at the Baglioni Hotel Luna, which quickly became our favorite hotel. The food was exquisite, the cleanliness impeccable, and the location unbeatable. But what truly set it apart was the exceptional service. As a travel agent who is constantly on the move, I can say this hotel exceeded all my expectations.
Absolutely breathtaking views hotel, beautiful classic rooms, very clean and comfortable. Antonio , the concierge is super friendly , patient and helpful. I had an incredible custom massage with Daniela and she is the best to go to after jet lag . Daniela is knowledge, attentive and knows how to heal body. I highly recommend to book massage with her . Thank you for taking care of us.
I booked as a last minute change of plans and had no expectations. It truly is the best decision I made during my stay. First the hotel can be reached easily by water taxi directly from the train station. It’s located near the luxury brands and touristy area. The rooms are spacious and immaculately clean. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure guests have...
Very helpful and polite employees, excellent service, nobody can help the rooms that are tiny, (in such an old building) of course is located in a prime spot right next to San Marco square

Fun room. Gorgeous canal views. Great breakfast.
Older but stylish hotel. The hotel has an excelent locatopn if you want to enjoy Venice. From the parking there is either a cablecar or taxi-boats so you end up just a few steps from the hotel. The staff is professional and did everything for our comfort. The breakfast was rich and fresh, and the dining area was nice, both indoors and outdoors. Strongly recommended.
Book the Room 102 and you will have the best possible experience in Venezia!!! Magical athmosphere and gorgeous view from the balcony! The staff is amazing and the breakfast a good start into your day!
Hot water in the morning was gone, the evening was.Place fussy.
Room was beautifully appointed and the staff were right on top of it. We had breakfast available every morning and quite a diverse selection. Location was close to rr and ferries. Could easily walk to anywhere in town.
If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can see them on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around... In very busy area of Venice, you can say just on mouth of Venice and near railway station. Old hotel but comfortable. Electric kettle to make tea coffee was missing in the room. Rooms just adequate not so spacious. Bathrooms were not what I would prefer...

Location is great for me as a quieter area. The room was nice, bit small and the air conditioning was not great. Breakfast was really nice. Eggs n pancakes made to order. Staff lovely.
A charming small hotel with great staff. Nice central location, easily accessible by water taxi. Delicious breakfasts! We had a room in the back building which required walking through the small courtyard and up an old, uneven stone staircase. It was unlit at night and required our phone’s flashlight for safety. Great hotel to be at! Breakfast was really wonderfully prepared with both savoury and sweet croissants, served with coffee/tea and fresh fruits with orange juice. We will come back again if we visit Venice in the future!
Great location in Venice, 10 minutes from Rialto and Academia bridges. Hotel is lovely, staff helpful and friendly. Rooms with all comfort and good breakfast. Would definitely recommend, very good value for money.
Excellent hotel for your stay in Venice. Close to all major tourist attractions, railroad station and waterways. The room was cleaned well everyday and everybody from housekeeping staff to hosts were courteous at all times. Free and good breakfast everyday. 5/5 Recommended.

We stopped at the Ruzzini Palace Hotel which was about 10 minutes walk to Piazza San Marco and the Rialto Bridge. Our room was very nice and clean, reception staff very friendly and helpful. We booked breakfast with our stay which had a reasonable choice of food and drink to choose from. The hotel is located in a quiet area with a few restaurants nearby.
I booked the Ruzzini Palace because I was attending the 2024 Biennale. It proved to be a great success. Absolutely beautiful hotel with an amazing water entry directly off the canal on one side and the public plaza on the other. We had a wonderful stay in Ruzzini Palace. It was in an amazing location near the main square, but far away from all of the crowds. An absolute gem of a hotel in beautiful Venice, the staff are exceptional and the rooms very comfortable. A good breakfast is on offer as well. I heartily recommend this hotel
The location is excellent. Our suit was perfect for us. Our party had other nice rooms also. The view was lovely. The breakfast was great with the appropriate level of offering and service. We would stay here again, and that is a big compliment.
We arrived and departed by water taxi. The staff was attentive. One of our traveling party was disabled and the hotel staff were helpful. The rooms were updated but had old European form factor. The bar was excellent and had a great view of the canal. The breakfast was the best that we had in Italy. The Hotel is located near shops and restaurants and is an easy walk to San Marco Square.
Beautiful hotel, the room was clean and nice. The service desk person was so really nice and welcoming. Offered to store our luggage if needed. The breakfast area was so small and crowded. There wasn't much of a variety of food. It was such a small area, and very hard to navigate when there were others eating as well. Overall a good stay but I would not do the breakfast.
Staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean. Very central location. There's even an umbrella for use in the wardrobe which I thought was a lovely touch. Fabulous cocktails and a lovely breakfast. Would 100% recommend.
Great location, great breakfast, and great staff! Stayed for two nights and was very impressed. Would stay again. Only down side is the beds are a little old (at least in the double room) and the comforter was very small, although the concierge was happy enough to provide extra comforters when I asked for it!

Great location and style for this Hotel. I liked the style of the hotel. It suits to Venice and makes you feel you are in the centre of Venice. The staff was friendly and professional. The location is great as well. I’ve seen good comments about the breakfast. I think it’s ok, not great. Overall in my opinion this hotel is great.
Perfect location if you want to be close to Piazza di San Marco. Rooms a little bit small but cosy and sparking clean. When we visited the afternoon tea service was cancelled and the breakfast offer was varied.
Nice hotel, good location. Very helpful staff. Good choice and quality of breakfast. An enjoyable stay.
Very well located REALLY 4star hotel with nice staff. They take care of details, setting bed and tables as it should be. Nice and neat environment, polite workers. Big variety of delicious breakfast. You pay for location and not hotel. Breakfast was ok. Rooms are not upto the mark but very close to Rialto Bridge
Small pleasant hotel close to city centre and Rialto Bridge. Pleasant staff and nice breakfast. Restaurant for evening dinner also quite good with good service and reasonable prices. Room (and beds) very small and bathroom really not up to acceptable standards. Value for money? Hard to say, as Venice is so expensive, but - by Venice standards - probably okay
Very central but very tired. Some cute features but needs a lot of maintenance. Very basic amenities.
great hotel and great value for money it was super close to Rialto bridge and only 10 minutes away from piazza San Marco it was close to everything and had a lot of shops and good restaurants near. We arrived in Venice to find our pre booked accommodation had been cancelled. A team member at a nearby restaurant suggested trying St Stefano. Luckily for us they had a room for 3 of our 5 nights. A gorgeous boutique hotel. Everything was perfect. All the staff were super friendly and very helpful. Spotless clean and comfortable. Excellent location. Great service. Would highly recommend.
Loved this hotel. The location was great, the service was fantastic. The rooms are a bit smaller but it probably normal for Venice. Although the hotel has an older Venetian look, everything was modern. Bathrooms and shower were nice and updated. Was central to anything we wanted to see within walking distance. Loved our stay. Perfect location. We got great tips and suggestions from the staff. The room was very basic. It was the triple bed one, but I'm not sure if it fits 3 persons. You may not be able to lock the bathroom doors (in room and down in lobby) but not too bad. The bed was comfy and it had good AC.
Super clean, great prices, friendly staff, modern and clean interior with air conditioning, comfortable beds, prime location, good and cheap breakfast spots nearby. All together a great stay. Definitely recommended.
Excellent hotel close to the train station and on the main street which is very convenient. The rest is at walking distance. The staff is very polite. My room was small but the bed was big and comfortable which is more important to me. Quiet, clean and beautiful design of the rooms and bathrooms. Very nice hotel, perfect for a shorter (>= 1 week) stay in Venice. The rooms are very tiny, but incredibly nice and clean, with everyday room service. First off all, room was so small that we felt smothered inside room. Second one, we can't AC works. It did not work. Even though we work fan at the Toilet, it had has a smell.
Very small room and bathroom. Little furniture (Table, stools and open dress hanger). No food service. Very good location since there is no taxi or bus inside Venezia ( boat and water taxi is expensive) and hotel is very near to central train station Venezia Santa Lucia and central bus station. Very near to boat stations at the Central Station and another one just across the bridge to the left.

Location is great, but be aware the rooms (at least the ones we were in) were in a different building. The "24 hour" front often either had no-one or someone who didn't speak English. Room only had one power point in the bathroom. Use it as a place to sleep and nothing else.
Pretty nice hotell in a good location with a charming old style but the rooms were a bit old in other ways as well, with wear like cracks and signs of mold in the bathroom, loose power outlet, one broken light switch. Amazing location, close to the boat stations and st.Marco square. Room on top floor-4 (every time I claim there, wanted to kill it). The building is historical. The room comes the view of a big square and the shopping alley, it is big, clean. There are also two balconies (porta finestra) and a big walk-in closet. More than expected for the price! It took 1min from the Santa Lucia train station. Great for staying one night.
The location is amazing and the rooms and big and very clean. The staff is also very nice. The only reason I give 4 starts is because we went in summer and it was incredibly hot in the room and the ceiling ventilation was too loud. In any case I would stay again.
This was exactly what I expected! Be aware of no elevator and one bathroom per floor, but that is to be expected in this city. Room was plenty spacious and clean. The wifi worked great and you cannot beat the location. Those who worked the front desk we're very nice and very helpful, it was a wonderful stay and not too pricey. Would stay again.
