Very nice hotel, perfect for a shorter (>= 1 week) stay in Venice. The rooms are very tiny, but incredibly nice and clean, with everyday room service. The bathroom was very large (almost as large as the bedroom :)), and it was also very clean - I didn't feel afraid to step into the shower without some flip flops, which isn't a guarantee for cheaper hotels anywhere, but especially in old cities like Venice.
The hotel staff were very friendly and smiling, which is ALWAYS a good sign for a hotel.

Very nice located hotel. Inside small rooms but it’s perfectly enough space to sleep, leave your stuff and spend your day outside in the city ❤️

First off all, room was so small that we felt smothered inside room. Second one, we can't AC works. It did not work. Even though we work fan at the Toilet, it had has a smell.

Very small room and bathroom. Little furniture (Table, stools and open dress hanger). No food service. Very good location since there is no taxi or bus inside Venezia ( boat and water taxi is expensive) and hotel is very near to central train station Venezia Santa Lucia and central bus station. Very near to boat stations at the Central Station and another one just across the bridge to the left.

Kind and helpful staff. You can also leave your luggage’s after the checkout to their storage room. Location is pretty cool and rooms are good enough.

Nice little Hotel with a fantastic position! We wore lucky to have a room with a small balcony with view to the square! Friendly staff as well!

I got a room on the 3rd floor with a magnificent view of the church and square. There's no elevator, but I felt less guilty about eating tirmasu with those stairs.

Small hotel, which has been renovated inside. the rooms are small but comfortable. the location is very convenient as not far from the train station, buses and vaporetto. it'S in a beautiful place.

We booked Double Room for 2 people. The staff at reception are quite helpful. Location of hotel is quite near (walkable) from the Train station and Bus station at Piazzale Roma.
The Hotel is also nearby two major water bus stops, Guglie and Ferrovia. Room was quite decent for two people. Bathroom was also quite OK. They keep your luggage in luggage storage room before check-in or post check-out incase if you need it.
