Cosy hotel in the famous thermal resort of choice for recreation. You can expect comfortable rooms and a pleasant procedure.
Location: Central street of the resort of Abano Terme, 60 km from Venice airport Marco Polo.
Consists of a 4 storey building.
The hotel has 129 rooms.
On the hotel territory: 2 thermal pools (indoor and outdoor), bar, restaurant, terrace, Desk
Attractions: Bicycle rental, beauty centre, beauty treatments, thermal inhalation/spray, massage, mud, thermal grotto, gym, water gym
Mini-hotel opened in 2000.

A bad experience. At the check in I understood that I have to pay for bath robe and pool towel. The room was very narrow and the bath even more with the bide' sharing the same space with the showet tub. Any shelf of any tipe in the bathroom even to put a comb or a toilet paper. No possibility to recharge a cellular phone. No electrical outlet. The heater was no working. They took 2 days to fix it! The air conditioner was disharging water into the balcony that no body was cleaning. It was no possible take sauna, it was no cleaned. Internal pool too little, external pool ok as the common space and the restaurant. Very little and crowed the breakfast room. Food ok. Service people very nice and polite, no the same for the property. Never again I will stay at Hotel Terme Bologna in Abano.

There are some things that work: courtesy of the room and restaurant staff for example.
A nice little park with deckchairs and a thermal pool. The position.
However, there are more things (in many respects) that do not work and in my opinion deserve 1 star overall because they are serious:
- at the end of May, alternating hot days with uncertain days, we suffered from the heat in the room because "the Management had not yet decided to turn on the air conditioning"!!! and there was no way to get it to turn on. It seems to me that the website and the booking mentioned "rooms with air conditioning", perhaps it should have been added "at the discretion of the Management"...
- out of 3 rooms (my parents', mine and my brother's) we had to have all 3 changed the first time, due to broken shutters, broken locks, etc.
- I asked for a cake for 4-6 people for my parents' anniversary, and one for 8-10 people arrived, served still frozen... (€38)
- "homemade" food (with pros and cons of this).
- for a burn (definitely our fault) on the top of a table in the room (not absolutely valuable) they made us pay €250.
Price/quality ratio in general I would say is absolutely unsatisfactory.
I would NOT recommend this hotel. Look elsewhere.

It's the second time I've come to this hotel and like the first I left satisfied!!!!
Super honest value for money, excellent food but above all the waitstaff of rare kindness.
I really appreciated the availability and friendliness they showed towards my daughter!!!
Rooms a little dated (like most in Abano) but functional. We had a nice spacious shower in the room which was a very positive note!!!!
Outdoor swimming pool with beautiful garden where you can also sunbathe and enjoy a bit of relaxation!!!
I will definitely come back because there is no two without three 😂

12 nights of pampering.
A relaxing holiday between spas and good food
We stayed here for the first time and found it almost by chance while surfing the internet.
Extremely positive experience.
What can I say ... the comments would be limited due to the professionalism and friendliness shown by any of the staff.
Really clean hotel, impeccable staff and always available for any kind of request.
Kitchen? Excellent and abundant! I recommend it to everybody!
It is truly vacation!
The thermal pool surrounded by greenery with a hydromassage corner is certainly an added value.
Its proximity to the center makes it convenient, facilitating shopping and visiting characteristic places.
We will definitely be back next summer.

In a beautiful town of Abano Terme, this hotel is convenient in the position with swimming pools full of whirlpools .... Unfortunately it would need to be modernized in the rooms and a little in general throughout the structure ...
The restaurant with simple but well cooked dishes, I just want to point out the unfulfilled promise by the property to a customer who in a previous review complained about the lack of appetizers in Buffett (the fault of the covid), the answer was that it would be served at the table the appetizer ...
but it didn't happen ...
also the poor breakfast, and with coffee and cappuccino at the machine that seem to be made with barley ...
A positive note was the waiter who served first, second and desserts at the table, nice professional, competent and kind ....

Hello everyone I have just moved from this hotel, very nice, a little to modernize in my opinion, and above all there is no fridge in the room, and this is the first time that happened to us.
But nothing to complain about, we had a good time, the swimming pools were wonderful, the staff were really kind and well trained, and very professional.
We enjoyed eating well and also as very honest prices.
I repeat they should modify the room a little and remove the mochette from the floor but for the rest I would already like to go back 😍

We stayed for 2 nights full board, I must say at a more than fair price, in proportion to the service received. The structure is dated, as are the rooms, but I have to say that overall it is comfortable.
Indoor parking with abundant parking spaces, lifts to access the floors, large dining room, room dedicated to breakfast, beautiful indoor / outdoor swimming pool with sulpho-iodiobromic thermal water typical of the area, large, very shady garden.
The pool is equipped with water features and really pleasant hydromassage areas and is warm enough, at least in early August, unlike other structures in the area.
The rooms are not large and perhaps they are a Po the weak point of the whole structure, the bathroom was recently renovated but to enlarge the shower they also included the bidet, the bed all in all comfortable and we had the balcony even if it was a Po too dirty to hang towels and swimsuits on.
The restaurant cooks discreetly, the breakfast room provides a breakfast with a not very wide choice but a good quality product, the bar is small and has slightly high prices.
