I booked a room,received the confirmation, went to the reception and the guy didn’t speak English, he said I have no reservation. I showed him the confirmation email and the booking confirmation on the website. They didn’t know what is booking! Ended up at 1 am on the street because they don’t speak English and they are disorganized.

Very cosy rooms, everything very clean. The stuff is very accommodating, especially people from the kitchen and the persons who serve the food. They are so gentle and do everything to make you feel good. Excellent service!

Centrally located hotel, spacious and clean rooms. It's a shame about the minimalist bathroom equipment and the absence of the bathrobe and classic slippers: they would be useful for the spa. Swimming pools are more than decent and well equipped with hydromassages, on the sides of the outdoor swimming pool (rectangular, about 20 m) you can even swim. The real flaw is the breakfast, completely insufficient. A little would be enough: a couple of self-service coffee machines, a variety of fresh croissants and some properly made desserts.

I usually don't write reviews, but I want to protect people from what happened to us. Our room was old and the bathroom unkempt. In addition, it was very noisy and we could hear our neighbours as well as all the noises from the street. After sleeping maybe 4-5 hours the first night, we were looking forward to breakfast. Next disappointment, the staff seemed stressed and the food was not good/fresh. We even saw people not being able to get a seat. We had enough, after not even 12h in the hotel we asked if a checkout was possible. I had never done that before. The staff at the reception was friendly, but they did not ask why we left the hotel so early. I honestly believe that they are used to customers being unhappy and accept this. So we paid around 385 euros for the one night and the checkout and left the hotel.

It was great..the ambiance is simple but elegant..the staff are all accomodating..i like the most is the food and the service..it's my second time with them and i found the family atmosphere...thank you all guys..all of you are very nice..

Excellent hotel in the center of Abano Terme that has nothing to envy to others of a higher category. The indoor / outdoor pool is large and very clean, as are all the hotel premises. Exceptional staff for competence and kindness.
The only problem is the food .. you eat so well that you go home with more kg!

We chose this property on site by chance ... for its central location, then inside despite being a bit old as a hotel we found absolute cleanliness and courtesy. The restaurant has an excellent cuisine and I recommend it to everyone, delicious and varied dishes in the full board .. as well as the room service, waiters and top head nurse. Good and honest prices. Congratulations!!! and I hope See you soon!
