During my visit to Rome, I stayed in this hotel. The staff is professional, kind, always ready to help, really at a high level, which caused a great surprise on my part. The rooms are very clean from a hygienic point of view. The food is of high quality, which is truly commendable.
I will gladly recommend the Pineta Palace Hotel to the citizens of Montenegro who are planning to visit Rome.

The rooms are old fashioned and the bathroom was dirty and there was a bad smell. The location is not good too far from the city. I had to take two or three different public transports every day. The breakfast was just okay and the service was polite

ATTENTION: this hotel is not designed to accommodate large three-axle buses, for this reason our driver was forced to look for parking on the motorway and spend the night on the bus! outside the city, near the airport, there are a lot of good hotels with convenient access by large buses!

Unacceptable behavior. In the booking I saw photos with a renovated and beautiful room and when I cam to Rome everything was horrible. The bathroom was smelling dirty, there weren’t warm blankets only a dirty in the cupboard. There was no heating and I woke up several times due to cold in the night. The breakfast was okey but I had to take buses and trains to reach the center of Rome. Change everything immediately

when a hotel is rated with 3.7 stars there are some requirements. I tell you how I woke up at night from the cold while the heating was off and you give me cheap excuses. I also forgot to mention that there wasn't even a switch to adjust the temperature in my room. If you read past reviews they all say the main problem is the heating. However, I don't see any change. By the way I did this process every day : pass bus and then take train . Admit that the location is not good ( but you are not responsible for it ) Correct your mistakes it is not bad. We don't just respond to bad reviews and then make no improvements. A month before I came to your hotel I was reading reviews that were posted 3 to 4 months before I visited you and they all mentioned the same problems. The result is no change. First change your whole attitude and improve mistakes you hear and then come tell me about what I'm doing right and wrong when I write a review

Pay the extra to get an upgraded room. The basic ones are fairly basic, but still very good value, none the less.

Bought this stay on Priceline. Not worth it in the end. Although very friendly and helpful staff and breakfast was good and included. But the location was not convenient, place was difficult to find. The room was not like the pictures at all. Our king bed was two twin beds they put together. AND there is a €6 per person per night fee at the end that we had to pay because it was a 4 star hotel, but felt like a 2 star. Good thing we only stayed two nights. Would not recommend unfortunately.
