AC can only be used when they say it can be used. So it isn't available like they say. Having to have the porch door open at night sucks, it lets in all the outdoor road noise and I have to open and close the door throughout the night to help regulate the temperature in the room. Theres no screen so bugs can come in at night with the door open. I personally sleep better cold. The filter on the AC is clogged and the vent on the top has black spots. Whether this is mold or not I don't know. Walls are thin. You can hear the rooms all around you. The evening restaurant is the only good part.
Upon arrival, our check-in process exceeded 45 minutes due to the receptionist's inadequacies in basic arithmetic. Additionally, on the first floor, a malfunctioning vending machine resulted in a loss of 30 euros, met with indifference from the reception staff, who failed to address the issue even with a simple "out of order" sign.
Furthermore, one of the rooms exhibited severe mold, necessitating a room change. In conclusion, opting to roam the streets of Rome would likely offer a more satisfactory experience than at this hotel.
