Good hotel with good location for the right price. Staff were extremely accommodating making our stay excellent. The rooms were clean and spacious but not fancy. A/C is extra which made for some uncomfortable nights, but for the price this was a great stay.

Excellent location for visiting the vatican or central Rome being only a 15 to 20 minute walk. However there was a daily charge of €10 for air-conditioning (unexpected) but with the heat it had to be paid, the tourist tax is €5 euros (expected) per person, so our 5 day stay cost us an extra £100 euros and we were told it has to be in cash, no room cleaning unless requested (we didn't) other than that its an alright place and a good location

The location is absolutely great! You can walk easily to really nice areas, the staff is nice and there is a nice area on the roof HOWEVER, it was very disappointing when I knew you have to pay 10€ more per day if you want to use the air conditioner! And it’s very warm, and if you leave the windows open it’s very noisy outside, I couldn’t rest!
They don’t clean your room! We spent 3 nights there and nobody cleaned the room and bathroom or change your sheets and towels! You have to ask for clean towels!
During the first night, my skin was sooo itchy, I don’t know if they don’t clean the beds properly but it was just annoying.
The room smell like “clean” but the floor was dirty, and there’s dust!

Overall a good experience- the front desk person was kind and very accommodating. They let us check in a bit early and let us stay in the patio lounge while it was being finished

The one thing that killed it for me was the insane amount of perfumed fabric freshener that was sprayed all over the room and on the comforters. I had an allergic reaction to it and my nose would start running upon entering the room. A week later and my belongings still reek of the stuff.

It's a hotel that's less than 2 stars. I made a reservation a month ago, but the reservation was canceled due to a credit card problem, so I paid in cash at the counter on the same day, and it was ridiculously expensive. The room is too narrow and the topological ecology is bad and dirty. I stayed for 3 days straight, but they didn't even clean it. The blankets are not clean, so my body is itchy. It's also noisy because it's not soundproofed. I regret staying here. It's the worst hotel I've ever stayed in my life

Just checked with with a nice friendly reception. Room is clean and surprisingly large for the good price. We have an adjoining washroom. Lovely door handles and doors in this classic building. Rooftop terrace has nice views and lots of tables, chairs and ashtrays for smokers.

They are having trouble keeping up during the pandemic. I feel at home and comfortable in the Borgo.

Downtown Rome. Small, very affordable hotel. Bilingual staff, clean rooms. AC for 10€ extra.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Hotel Adriatic. Perfectly located, it is easy to get to all of the major sites, either by foot or public transportation. The neighborhood has plenty of restaurants and grocery store options. Borgo Pio is a pedestrian street just a stone's throw away from the property and offers all sorts of restaurant options. Side note, stay away from the mini-marts - they are completely overpriced. There are three grocery stores within a block of the property that will have everything you need.

Marino is top notch in the service department. He communicated quickly in regards to all of my needs. My flight was delayed and he stayed late to get me checked in. (Note, the check in is currently only open 8 am - 8 pm due to covid, so plan accordingly). He helped me with the quickest way to get from the airport (take the SIT bus - fast and cheap!). He was friendly throughout my stay.

My room was perfect. I had a double bed. It was rather firm, but I was okay with that. The bathroom had a rainfall shower head that was heavenly after traipsing around Rome all day. The water was hot and the water pressure was great. My window opened up to a side street, giving it a real Roman feel. There is a TV with quite a few stations in Italian, a desk, and a wardrobe. The property also has an elevator, making it easier to get to your floor. There is a rooftop patio. Grab a bottle of prosecco and just hang out up there for a bit of relaxing time. The wifi was strong enough and worked well for most of my stay.

Yes, all of the rooms are loud - you are in Rome. Rome is loud. This will be the case 90% of the properties in Rome, so just know that ahead of time.

I would recommend getting a room with your own bathroom, but that's really a personal preference. They do have both options.

The price is right for the location and amenities for this property. If you want to spend more and have a nicer place, there are plenty of options. But if you are in and out and primarily just sleeping here, just book it already!
