Thank you for staying with us for three nights.

Grazie!

・Room ◎
Clean
Good green color
There is a window facing the street, so it feels open
The queen bed is spacious enough for two people to sleep in

・Staff ◎
It seems like it was a daughter and father?
They were both funny and laughed a lot.
They were kind and said, "Ask me anything you don't understand!"

・Safety ◎
There are many restaurants and Castel Sant'Angelo is nearby, so there are people around even at night.
It's away from the center of Trevi and other places, so I was worried about whether I could walk at night, but I was relieved.
The staff also said that this is a very safe area!

・Cheap ◎

・Location △
10 minutes from Ottaviano station, 3-5 minutes by bus
I walked from the station to the hotel while pulling my suitcase. The roads are bumpy so it's a bit difficult
Rome's buses are unreliable

The location is simply fantastic! Just a few minutes' walk to St. Peter's Basilica and Castel Sant'Angelo. The airport shuttle is also just two streets away. A bus stop is almost on the doorstep, but you can also reach many things on foot. A parallel street away are several small restaurants, shops, and small supermarkets.
We couldn't get into our room right away, but we did a little early. It's basic, but everything was fine. The terrace is also nice, just the view isn't great. We were also able to store our luggage until our departure. Thank you so much for everything!

Excellent location, next to the Vatican and the Holy Angel Bridge, 500 m from the metro station. There is a minimarket and a cafe nearby. The hotel has an elevator and an open terrace for relaxation. The room was not cleaned for 3 nights of stay. The hotel is budget, ideal in terms of price-quality ratio.

The room area and bed size were beyond imagination. It was a king-size bed room, not two small beds put together, which was quite comfortable. Please note that check-in is closed before 8pm. I contacted the hotel email in advance to explain that my flight was late, and they specially arranged for me to check in at night. Free luggage storage was provided after check-out on the last day.

Thank you for a great 2 day stay in your hotel. I particularly liked that I could open my window and terrace doors to the sounds, sights, and smells of Rome. I do hate closed down hotel controlled atmospheres. It was particularly advantageous with a Roman mid night electrial storm.
Everything was very clean, a credit to your cleaning staff, and your reception staff were very professional and helpful.
The location was superb. Very convenient for the Vatican, the Airport Express bus, many tourist restaurants. And additionally close to authentic, local Roman venues, coffee shops, shops, churches, restaurants etc. It is an easy walk to the Spanish Steps, and the Trevi Fountain.
Again, thank you.

Good hotel with good location for the right price. Staff were extremely accommodating making our stay excellent. The rooms were clean and spacious but not fancy. A/C is extra which made for some uncomfortable nights, but for the price this was a great stay.

Excellent location for visiting the vatican or central Rome being only a 15 to 20 minute walk. However there was a daily charge of €10 for air-conditioning (unexpected) but with the heat it had to be paid, the tourist tax is €5 euros (expected) per person, so our 5 day stay cost us an extra £100 euros and we were told it has to be in cash, no room cleaning unless requested (we didn't) other than that its an alright place and a good location

The location is absolutely great! You can walk easily to really nice areas, the staff is nice and there is a nice area on the roof HOWEVER, it was very disappointing when I knew you have to pay 10€ more per day if you want to use the air conditioner! And it’s very warm, and if you leave the windows open it’s very noisy outside, I couldn’t rest!
They don’t clean your room! We spent 3 nights there and nobody cleaned the room and bathroom or change your sheets and towels! You have to ask for clean towels!
During the first night, my skin was sooo itchy, I don’t know if they don’t clean the beds properly but it was just annoying.
The room smell like “clean” but the floor was dirty, and there’s dust!

Overall a good experience- the front desk person was kind and very accommodating. They let us check in a bit early and let us stay in the patio lounge while it was being finished

The one thing that killed it for me was the insane amount of perfumed fabric freshener that was sprayed all over the room and on the comforters. I had an allergic reaction to it and my nose would start running upon entering the room. A week later and my belongings still reek of the stuff.

It's a hotel that's less than 2 stars. I made a reservation a month ago, but the reservation was canceled due to a credit card problem, so I paid in cash at the counter on the same day, and it was ridiculously expensive. The room is too narrow and the topological ecology is bad and dirty. I stayed for 3 days straight, but they didn't even clean it. The blankets are not clean, so my body is itchy. It's also noisy because it's not soundproofed. I regret staying here. It's the worst hotel I've ever stayed in my life
