I booked this for my mother and sister, both of whom are celiac. The hotel made this very easy and it really made the visit for them. The manager didn't know what was available so asked the chef to come and consult them. He then made a delicious meal according to their limitations. Breakfast also had a wheat free station. The hotel is incredible and very luxury. It's that extra effort that made their stay exceptional.

Relaxing your soul at the lowest point on earth... Great experience! Perfect hotel... Excellent diversify breakfast... Friendly and well trained staff... it is our second consecutive visit with my wife and we did enjoy everything especially the SPA and the infinity pool... in summary: all our stay was amazing :)

Dope hotel. Beds are comfy. But let's be real, no one comes for the beds. Pools are great. One is really deep and for adults only. The others are populated by kids who scream a lot. Food is fine-- breakfast is actually really good. Dead Sea access is nice, private and simple. Life guards are attentive.

Really large everything, from the lobby, rooms to the gym and spa. The property has a ton of swimming pools and a lot of different levels which will keep you busy for most of your stay.
The main attraction is the Dead Sea, that's why we're here to begin with isn't it? But funnily enough, the private beach for the Dead Sea is TINY and tucked away in a corner - the allocated swimming space in the sea is also quite small and can get crowded really fast. Despite the hotel infrastructure being fantastic, the infrastructure for the Dead Sea/beach is not that great and a surprisingly lacking for such a prestigious hotel.

Location is great, establishment offers plenty of space and nice facilities. Breakfast is simply one of the best of all Kempinski hotels we have been to (and guests abuse it so much...). The pools are nice and the restaurants good. The rooms are spacious, the bathroom was very nice too. We had a great time, and would have done more massages/treatments but the prices are quite high (everything is expensive in Jordan really...)

Gorgeous hotel. The facilities are stunning, the pool area and the sea view magnificent. There are several pools, and they all have their own charm, from a quiet pool to the fun infinity pools by the bars, or the separated children’s area. It has direct access to the sea and they have staff who can help you and explain how to do the mud treatment in the Dead Sea (a wonderful and unique experience). The staff is very professional and super friendly and they’re constantly checking if you need anything. Also, the restaurants have delicious food with great variety. It’s a wonderful hotel that deserves 10 stars.

On the outside everything is great. Beach is nice polls are great , restaurants are plenty and good variety. But the room lack the attention to details for a 5 star hotel. And looks like some of the furniture needs updating. Looks like 5 star but feels more like 4.

I had a great and relaxing day away from my work. It’s fourth time in this beautiful spa and hotel. I had my skilled therapist Emie. Who really know how to pamper the guest. Amazing skilled she has. Wet area team was also amazing. Cherry on the top was spa reception. The way they take care of you worth every single JD.

Truly one of the best places I have ever stayed - a little slice of paradise in Jordan and the perfect way to end a trip exploring the country. Rooms were great, food was good but most of all the pool and views were amazing. We also had massages at the spa which were brilliant. A little pricey so make sure you budget accordingly !

We had an amazing time at your hotel and really appreciated your hostility. Especially the Lebanese restaurant was outstanding and the best Arabic food that we ever had.
