My friend and I had such an amazing stay here!
The service was amazing and we felt like we were taken care of from the first minute we got there till check out!
Special thanks to Ms. Rawan Fakhouri at the front desk who made our stay all the more enjoyable and comfortable!
Breakfast was great, the entire staff was friendly and very welcoming, rooms were clean and room service was quite prompt when needed.
We had dinner at Luigi’s which was perfect after a day at the beach, very good food while enjoying the live music that was there. Very satisfying dinner!
Would definitely come here again next time I visit Dead Sea.

Had the warmest welcome! Special thanks to the receptionist (Wejdan) for her smooth check in & for their guest relation for taking care of us (Dana &Rawan) for their great hospitality. Such a great hotel for a long vacation.

The check-in was busy, and additional staff would have helped accommodate the waiting guests. The rooms require renovation as they appear dated. Access to the pools, spa, and Dead Sea is convenient, with buggies available every 15 minutes—a handy option after a day of sun-floating.
Neveen at the Spa provided excellent service, offering suitable treatment recommendations and showcasing all the spa facilities. Lilly, the masseuse, effectively relieved stiffness in my neck and shoulders. The Spa facilities were peaceful, not crowded, and provided stunning views of the Dead Sea.

Gorgeous hotel at the Dead Sea. Rooms were lovely, and I really loved the old stone. The resort is very large, with amazing paths throughout for walking. The pools were great with a couple of adult only ones. The food was amazing in the buffet dining. We had a late flight and were able to use all the amenities throughout the day. The entrance, beach, to the dead sea was clean and tidy.
Service was really great, the only complaint I had would be communication. There was an elderly woman who was not feeling well from the heat. It took me 30 minutes to try and have someone come get her and check up on her. Medical awareness is not their specialty. Aside from that, it was truly a gem.

When I was on my last visit to this hotel, which needs no introduction, the quality of the food was great, and I came across the spa and massage service by a very special person. I will not be able to forget her. Nevin is a very tactful and wonderful person in dealin Thank you from the heart. It was a wonderful experience. I will come back again. I hope to find you again. The cleanliness of the place was wonderful, and you deserve thanks. The service is excellent.

+ On the dead sea, easy access and really nice Extremelly please with the meals, taste, presentation, many options to choose from...really impress with dinner and breakfast. The service, the staff wonderful An artisan look, confortable luxury perfect just perfect This is even better, the service was outstanding, if the hotel had imperfections impossible to see them because the hotel service from all was outstanding- Dinnner didn't inlude a hot brew like coffee or tea and with so nice desorts that was not good and the price for a coffee was too high

Good hotel!!! Good hotel!!! Once again a good hotel!!!! Very responsive and friendly staff, quality cuisine, not too varied, but there is a choice, especially cheeses, yogurts and sauces. Spacious comfortable rooms. Well, the sun, sea and mud of Jordan give another star .If Jordan, then only Movenpick on the Dead Sea !!!

- The room was not equipped as advertised. No water, no minibar, no robes and two towels only. The rooms are much smaller than expected. The manager said the next time I come he will give me an upgrade due to my experience. I never heard from Abraham. He had someone else call me. The price was more expensive through the hotel than online. And the corporate rate was even more expensive. When I told the person trying to make reservations that the online price was less, he was very rude. The spa was overpriced. Also, not the same price as online.

Especially the gentleman serving fresh bread out of a stone oven. The lifeguard at the sea was exceptional!!! You can tell he loves what he does. Explains how to use the salt and then the mud.
