InterContinental Jordan, an IHG Hotel

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. The hotel is impeccably clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere from the moment you step in.

One of the standout features of this hotel is the exceptional staff. Every member of the team is friendly, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure guests have a pleasant stay. I was particularly impressed with the staff working in the business club. Their attention to detail, prompt service, and warm hospitality made my experience truly memorable.

The business club itself is a fantastic facility, offering a quiet and well-equipped space for work and meetings. The staff here are not only efficient but also incredibly accommodating, making it an ideal environment for business travelers.

Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay. The excellent service provided by the staff, especially those in the business club, truly sets this hotel apart.

This was one of my favorite stays in Amman. I've stayed in many places but this one stands out with its food options. The rooms are average but the incredible food options, from the various restaurants to the breakfast, makes up for it. Especially the breakfast, it was the best between any hotel I've seen in Amman.

This is a classic five star hotel. Around 70+ years old but well kept. Rooms are clean and the general environment is good. We also tried a Mexican food restaurant thinking it would be spicy and it wasn't. The hotel is close to a small market and perhaps 10-15 minutes from down town. Recommended.

I must admit when I first arrived to the hotel at 3am after a very long flight, I was worried to see that the hotel was on a very wide high speed road. I thought there would be a lot of noise, be inconvenient getting in and out. But the worries were only in my imagination and my stay ended up being fantastic. The lobby and common areas of the hotel are well appointed and elegant. There are staff who are proactive and seeking to assist anyone who looks lost or needs help (like I was a few times).

It was a great home base to explore Amman and the rest of Jordan from with day trips. On my last night, I had a wonderful conversation over tea (which he so graciously offered) with the shuttle driver Muhammad Ali (apologies if I am mistaken about the name) about life in Jordan, different foods and the neighborhood. It always feels great to connect on a personal level with staff members at a large hotel and it really makes guests like myself feel taken care of and welcomed to both the city and the property.

The Arabic coffee and dates in the lobby, continuously refreshed complementary bottles of water and of course the well appointed guest rooms show that the hotel takes great care in small details which add up to make a great experience.

I’m normally a Hilton and Hyatt person but this IC has made me think differently about the brand. Thank you!

Generally the hotel is nice, though some rooms are quite old. I got a newly renovated room but some of my colleagues got older rooms and they were really below expectation compared to price. The staff is really nice and helpful. Housekeeping very good. Breakfast - could be better.

All staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was neat and clean. Room was spacious and comfortable.

not too far from the metro station. Valet parking is just behind the hotel. From check in to check out this place has been very accommodating. Bedroom was of a good size with a good size bathroom with separate wetroom with a 7 head shower and stand alone bath with views across Dubai. The electric bind and curtains were a great touch.

The pool is a good size - always found somewhere to relax in the sun. Pool is open until 9pm which is great for nighttime swimming and then using the spa facilities (jacuzzi, steam and sauna) located inside the locker area. Don’t be fooled it - it’s a hidden spa area. Definitely would stay again

The InterContinental Jordan was the first place I stayed when I arrived in Jordan and I couldn't have asked for a better first impression. The first person from the hotel I met was Farah and she was fantastic! She was very welcoming, quick to get us sorted, and spoke flawless English.
The breakfast in the morning, as well as the gym, were two of the other highlights from my stay here. I would definitely recommend staying here and be sure to ask for Farah if you need help!

I highly recommend IC Amman. The rooms are well furnished, clean, bed is comfy and breakfast is great.. also the Service is super! The hall puts you in a good mood to read or work.. I last visited it during winter and the christmas decoration was cool!
