I would like to express my exceptional and unique experience that my family and I had at my brother and friend Ahmad’s wedding, which became even more distinguished thanks to the ideal employee Husam Al-Khalaileh. ❤️ From the very first moment I arrived with my family at the wedding hall in Four Seasons Hotel Amman, we felt we were in safe hands. Captain Husam Al-Khalaileh was an example of professionalism, politeness, and good reception. He welcomed us with a sincere smile and genuine attention to every small detail. He was always present, following every request with care, and keen on the comfort of every family member. Our table was perfectly arranged, and the service was five-star, elegant, and fast. Husam possesses an exceptional ability to communicate with guests in a friendly and respectful way, which truly made us feel like distinguished guests. The care Husam showed us at every moment made our experience on this special day unforgettable. His manner of dealing reflects the true image of Four Seasons Hotel: elegance, refinement, and humanity. We went for brunch at olea. The food was excellent with a wide variety including western and Asian cuisine with different live stations. Service was really good as well. Especially our server Shena who took care of our table was exceptional . An experience that will definitely be remembered and repeated. A special thank you to Khadijah.

I had dinner in Five restaurant and it was perfect, the dinner was delicious (seabass is always perfectly cooked). Moayad’s attention was extraordinary! He was incredibly attentive, friendly, and professional. He made our dining experience truly enjoyable with his warm attitude and great recommendations I will surely repeat.

Love love love 😍😍🥰🥰. Loved everything about this hotel. From it's location, to spacious rooms to it's extremely hospitable service.

Rooms were amazing, with an ultra spacious & grand bathroom. They cleaned the room twice in a day... A big plus for that. Buffet breakfast had a great variety, even in Ramadan times when we saw other 5 star hotels offering limited options.

The breakfast restaurant were extremely sweet. We stayed their twice in a week (1 and 3 nights respectively). They showed their gratitude for our long stay by noticing we are Indians and specially making Indian food for us one day, without our asking. A really nice gesture. All staff were super polite & very efficient.

There is no better place to stay than Four Seasons while in Amman. I have stayed at many five star resorts, hotels, and I personally manage over 3000 units for hotel like services as well as owning rental units. I can definitively state the customer service found at this hotel in Amman is world class. I believe my minimum standards are rather fair, and this hotel exceeds them all. When I visit other hotels since I am often in locations that do not have a four seasons hotel, I get upset when I face sub-par customer service. If I had one life goal, it would be to have a healthy happy family, but if I had two, the second would be to spend my time visiting every four seasons hotel around the globe. I often think how could I change my profession so I can only spend my time in four seasons hotels and speak to the masses about the experiences they offer. But in all seriousness, I did the Petra and Wadi Rum experience hosted by four seasons Amman and it was life changing and flawless. I suggest only using four seasons for these two experiences and cancel the cheaper third party options out there if you have one booked. I wish I could remember all the names of the staff, but the staff at this hotel should all be making six figures and poached by boutique hotels around the world. I myself try to master good customer service skills in my profession and these people just can't be beat. I believe this hotel should analyze their hiring, training, and firing practices and write a book because this hotel has that process mastered to a T. Not a single staff member is beneath excellence. They have found a way to welcome us back home each time we make our way back to the hotel after a venture. Something no other hotel can seem to cultivate in their staff. I have often cancelled other ventures to spend more time as this hotel. I just wish I could stay longer every time. For guests, I have one pro tip. NOTHING is impossible or off the table at this hotel. They truly cater to you. Ask for anything or request any specifics for your experience. If I had to dig up one thing they could improve, it is only to provide couples spa treatments. However I didn't really make a demand when they said they don't offer that. I bet if I did, they would have made it happen because that's how they have handled all of my requests, THEY MADE IT HAPPEN. But as for their customer service, let me give you an example. My wife ripped her new expensive dress on the sharp corner of a nice table. A freak accident as a minimum and one could blame the user. Their staff jumped at having it fixed. Their team actually sowed the dress incredibly well, delivered it to our room, and my wife is wearing the dress the next day. It's service like that that speaks volumes. This hotel deserves all of the business.

Super convenient location with outstanding customer service. I checked in very late (around 2 AM), and they thoughtfully waited for me with a glass of champagne and water. They made the check-in process as smooth and effortless as possible, understanding that after a long flight, all I wanted was to get to bed. Highly recommend.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the extremely poor service provided by your hotel, which has led to a significant financial loss and the loss of one of my most valuable clients. Coffee Break Issue: My contract explicitly included a rich coffee break, yet on both the first and second days of the event, this was not provided. As a result of this negligence, my client deducted 5,000 JOD from the final invoice, directly impacting my business. Lack of Response to Official Email: An official email was sent by Jordan Nights Events for Conferences and Events regarding the coffee break issue. Unfortunately, there was no response from your team, showing a lack of professionalism and disregard for client concerns. Lack of Conference Support & Unfulfilled Agreements: There was no proper follow-up or support from the hotel team throughout the conference. Additionally, Sales Manager, had initially agreed to a specific arrangement, which was unexpectedly canceled just four days before the event. This put me in an extremely difficult position with key stakeholders. personally assured me that everything would be handled smoothly, but unfortunately, these promises turned out to be false. Due to these failures, I will be assigning my company’s legal representative to follow up with you regarding the contract terms, financial loss, and damage to my client relationship. Legal action will be taken as necessary to address the consequences of this negligence. I expect an immediate response and a formal resolution to this matter.
