The property is very large. Access to the red sea beach is difficult. Many walkways were closed... It needs to be more convenient rather than complicated. All staff were super friendly.

Have everything in the hotel near dead sea swimming pool kid club pool bar, bar and restaurant is very good.

Great hotel with a private beach for the Dead Sea, they also offer free mud baths for the sea. Food buffet was lovely with plenty of options. Not much to do in the area however perfect for a relaxing stay for a few nights.

We loved our stay here, as there wasn’t much else to do besides dine and swim at the hotel. The pools were great and the lifeguards at the beach were extremely helpful.

They don’t let me to enter the food with me to the hotel , ( to force me to buy from inside restaurants inside hotel ) but i like to buy from other restaurants so they must be friendly with that They let me back to car to eat the food in the sun instead of let me eat it in the lobby Really bad customer service

In general all was great. Unless The main family pool was under maintenance. We were not informed of this. We contacted the management and some features were replaced. We thank them for their positive cooperation and wish them success from the bottom of my heart.

There are facilities under renovation or not working at all, which should have been disclosed or pictures should have been changed as it could be misleading… if I knew that some areas aren’t functioning or the pools are in construction. It is quite harsh to check with scanner for alcohol cox the hotel wants to se. But I think it is not necessary. Guests shouldhave their free of choice. The hotel can charge for bottle fees but this scanner is quite  uncomfortable.

Very bad experiment. They take so long time to make check in and they say that they will give me late check out but in reality they didn’t do that.

It's a very beautiful hotel with its own beach. You can go swimming in the Dead Sea next to the beach inside the hotel. There is also a swimming pool. The hotel provides towels for free. After getting rejected entry into Crown Plaza, my friends and I contacted Grand East if we would be able to come to swim in the Dead Sea and how much it would cost. They let us in and $20 to swim and eat a meal is an amazing deal! The only thing I will say is that our taxi driver asked to sit in the lobby and wait for us and they told us he would have to pay the entry fee also just to sit there, so...

Good food, normal prices. Drinks are not included. We only stayed there for the beach and for dinner. Food was fresh, we had buffet with half local food and half intercontinental. Okay it’s not soo bad. The owner is really nice and thoughtful. You have the option of shared bathroom or take private bathroom. Yes the shower isn’t the warmest water. And the rooms are kind of cold. But if you need something just ask and he will help. Also great breakfast and common space. It’s budget accommodation ya know!

This hotel is perfectly located near the major sights of Madaba. The rooftop bar/restaurant offers a great view of the city and the gold domed mosque. The rooms were clean and comfortable with hot showers and good WiFi. We got to meet the owner, Salman, who was a warm and gracious host. Hi, We stayed with Larsa Hotel for four nights. The bedroom was OK but the bathroom needed some maintenance and they don't put shampoos, creams or hair conditional like other hotels. The Larsa hotel is a friendly hotel. Clean but somewhat dated. We were there during Ramadan. As a result, there was only a buffet. We would give the food a 6. Too bad that many rooms have 2 separate beds. A great hotel for 1 or 2 days

I am a tour leader,so I come to Jordan often. Larsa is a very good for a 3 star hotel. They should improve their bathrooms a bit but it is very clean,friendly and a 5star breakfast. Closer to the airport,so, you can reach with less traffic.Far from the main downtown but there are places around to eat.

Very convenient location. A minute away from JETT bus station and 4 min away from a big Safeway with ATM inside. It was a pleasant stay, the rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. The WiFi is nice and fast. The staff are very friendly and happy to assist. The location is quite handy, it is close to the Jett Bus Terminal and various other shops and restaurants.

Very nice room and very nice stuff, I stayed during my birthday and the stuff surprised me with nice birthday gift from the hotel. The only thing bothered me that sometimes you could hear the tv from next door room. However everything else was great, I highly recommend it.

My stay was very pleasant and comfortable at the hotel's Artal, Amman, Jordan. The staff was very polite and helpful with a smiley face always, the location was very convenient for getting around and many activities such as Mecca and the City Mall.
