The property is very large. Access to the red sea beach is difficult. Many walkways were closed... It needs to be more convenient rather than complicated. All staff were super friendly.

Have everything in the hotel near dead sea swimming pool kid club pool bar, bar and restaurant is very good.

The hotel environment is good. You can go directly to see the Dead Sea. It's a very good experience

Great hotel with a private beach for the Dead Sea, they also offer free mud baths for the sea. Food buffet was lovely with plenty of options. Not much to do in the area however perfect for a relaxing stay for a few nights.

We loved our stay here, as there wasn’t much else to do besides dine and swim at the hotel. The pools were great and the lifeguards at the beach were extremely helpful.

The service standard was good but the room was very dirty. The floor was not mopped and cleaned for a very long time. Went to the playroom as I was traveling with my toddler, the condition of the playroom was terrible and dusty. Not maintained and cleaned for a long time. The facility is old and past its peak. Lots of variety for food, very friendly staff. There are two lifeguards on private beach which ensures safety. Very nice experience.

It is quite harsh to check with scanner for alcohol cox the hotel wants to se. But I think it is not necessary. Guests shouldhave their free of choice. The hotel can charge for bottle fees but this scanner is quite  uncomfortable.

It was nice trip , but the front desk was very strict.. not helpful with our booking details.. next trip to Dead Sea I will change to other hotels

They don’t let me to enter the food with me to the hotel , ( to force me to buy from inside restaurants inside hotel ) but i like to buy from other restaurants so they must be friendly with that They let me back to car to eat the food in the sun instead of let me eat it in the lobby Really bad customer service

In general all was great. Unless The main family pool was under maintenance. We were not informed of this. We contacted the management and some features were replaced. We thank them for their positive cooperation and wish them success from the bottom of my heart.

Very nice and modern hotel with attentive staff. Beautiful room, several different pool areas and a private beach. Hotel recognised my Hilton loyalty membership and provided upgrade into a Junior Suite even though I booked through an OTA - much appreciated!

There are facilities under renovation or not working at all, which should have been disclosed or pictures should have been changed as it could be misleading… if I knew that some areas aren’t functioning or the pools are in construction. I will have not chosen this hotel. The beach is good and attendants are kind to assist you. The rooms is nice, convenient but there was no body soap during the evening...

Service are slow and reception not helpful

Very good hotel, the hotel is in a good location, and has its own separate Dead Sea beach, you can walk to the Dead Sea, the room is quite large, the breakfast is particularly good, and the hotel has several restaurants. Compared to other hotels, it is good value for money, clean, and the breakfast is delicious and good. The staff is all friendly. The accommodation is also very good, so I rested well and went swimming at Sahae's private beach.

It's a very beautiful hotel with its own beach. You can go swimming in the Dead Sea next to the beach inside the hotel. There is also a swimming pool. The hotel provides towels for free. The hotel also has a buffet for dinner and provides beer, but the beer is charged separately, 30 RMB a can, which is not cheap.

Nice view. There are few swimming pools and the hotel staff will provide bottles of water and towels near the swimming pool. The hotel is very close to the dead sea (walk for 5 mins or take the golf car provided by the hotel free of charge). You can take the mud and applies to your body for spa. Very poor service. The bottom of toilet is broken, the pipe of shower with hole, the lock in the room also was little broken No information offers about service in hotel. Should find manager to get information about SPA. Beautiful hotel. Staff were amazing. Definitely use the spa asI had a full massage and facial and felt amazing. The lifeguard at the beach was so helpful. This hotel you must book as relaxing and food so good. About 7 minutes away is Almer Dead Sea factory produce. Well worth a visit

I’m shocked this place received so many bad reviews! The grounds were beautiful, the room spotless and equipped, and all of the staff was so kind and accommodating. The hotel manager remembered us and was so sweet to make sure our stay was perfect. After getting rejected entry into Crown Plaza, my friends and I contacted Grand East if we would be able to come to swim in the Dead Sea and how much it would cost. They let us in and $20 to swim and eat a meal is an amazing deal! The only thing I will say is that our taxi driver asked to sit in the lobby and wait for us and they told us he would have to pay the entry fee also just to sit there, so...

Good food, normal prices. Drinks are not included. We only stayed there for the beach and for dinner. Food was fresh, we had buffet with half local food and half intercontinental. The pool area and the towels were clean. there was a golf car, that drives to the Dead Sea beach and back in the hotel, because it’s a little steep. Not too crowded. Totally recommend this one for a day trip.

The breakfast and dinner were great even though i had to pay 20 Jod extra for dinner each person.

Pool was crowded. Food is good. Service is good. You do need a car there as food and drinks are not allowed. Careem costs around 16 JD each way to city; therefore it is cheaper to eat at hotel.
