We had an amazing day in the spa, facility is very nice and luxurious. Well equipped spa and one of the largest in the Middle East. Around 30 massage rooms and different pools, heated and normal. The heated outdoor jacuzzi was amazing with a sea view. Multiple steam rooms and sauna, so it is never crowded. Spa design is matching the hotel roman atmosphere. We only stopped here for lunch and a swim in the Dead Sea. Nice building and staff were friendly and helpful. Do not expect a sandy beach. Everything is hard or sharp, even in the water. I didn't see anything better at other seaorts. None of the resorts seem to have them. The sea is drying up as markers' note on the way to the water. Amazing experience. Heaven on earth. Lovely staff and good food. The Dead Sea experience is something else. Their gift shops and buffets are very affordable. The rooms are very neat and beautifully located. Pool and sea visit 8am to 5:30pm. You might have to remind them however on refills of tea and toiletries. Definitely an amazing stay

Nothing to complain about. Comfy rooms, very food breakfast, good service. Private beach is 3 minutes away, make sure you take shoes to walk on stones, because the beach is NOT fully sandy.

We are going to enjoy dead sea and we pay 20 jd.. when we arrived to the coast there were tractors on the beach and no infrastructure, maybe would be better to go to a public beach ..

On the outside everything is great. Beach is nice polls are great , restaurants are plenty and good variety. But the room lack the attention to details for a 5 star hotel. And looks like some of the furniture needs updating. Looks like 5 star but feels more like 4.

I had a great and relaxing day away from my work. It’s fourth time in this beautiful spa and hotel. I had my skilled therapist Emie. Who really know how to pamper the guest. Amazing skilled she has. Wet area team was also amazing. Cherry on the top was spa reception. The way they take care of you worth every single JD.

Gorgeous hotel. The facilities are stunning, the pool area and the sea view magnificent. There are several pools, and they all have their own charm, from a quiet pool to the fun infinity pools by the bars, or the separated children’s area. Truly one of the best places I have ever stayed - a little slice of paradise in Jordan and the perfect way to end a trip exploring the country. Rooms were great, food was good but most of all the pool and views were amazing. We also had massages at the spa which were brilliant. A little pricey so make sure you budget accordingly !

Really large everything, from the lobby, rooms to the gym and spa. The property has a ton of swimming pools and a lot of different levels which will keep you busy for most of your stay. The main attraction is the Dead Sea, that's why we're here to begin with isn't it? But funnily enough, the private beach for the Dead Sea is TINY and tucked away in a corner - the allocated swimming space in the sea...

Beach way to far from the Sea Very crowded and noisy on weekends because of day use by guests. Service around the main pool is slow eventually you get served. The hotel was lovely and clean, however the adult only pool was closed for some reason and the bar area with a view of the sea was closed for maintenance. Wonderful hotel! The staff are very nice, they gave us a free birthday cake when they learned that we were celebrating a friend's birthday. Their pools are great, they handout free water and occasionally some watermelons. The beach is well maintained and you can always find dead sea mud. Rooms are spacious and clean.

Good hotel with some quirks. Stayed here for many days and at the end I would recommended. The buffet is good and rooms are clean and modern. Things to improve are: 1. Dead sea towels are cleaned only at night, the hotel should not dried the towels and offer them again as clean This was unsanitary. 2. They have a number of pools which have multiple areas for getting under the water of the falling hot spring. They even have a place just for ladies. The changing facilities are available although a little run down. I wish people wouldn’t smoke in the pools but smoking is a common vice in this part of the world.

A natural hot spring at the bottom of the valley. The water is actually very hot and depending on where you are you could actually burn yourself. The biggest fall at the end is suitable to stay in the water. I would spend at least two hours here if you want to fully enjoy it. Beautiful location with exquisite interior design and very friendly service located in the mountains. Hot springs accessible 24h and free - best to come in the very morning (6-9am) or in the evenings (>8pm) to have it all for oneself. Loved it in spite of the hot weather. Place was beautiful if a bit unkempt (see the attached "gotcha" picture of my pool bathroom encounter), food was great and the staff were pleasant. Long drive through nice scenery aside, I'd recommend spending a night or two instead of a day trip from Amman as we did.

After getting rejected entry into Crown Plaza, my friends and I contacted Grand East if we would be able to come to swim in the Dead Sea and how much it would cost. They let us in and $20 to swim and eat a meal is an amazing deal! The only thing I will say is that our taxi driver asked to sit in the lobby and wait for us and they told us he would have to pay the entry fee also just to sit there, so...

Good food, normal prices. Drinks are not included. We only stayed there for the beach and for dinner. Food was fresh, we had buffet with half local food and half intercontinental. The pool area and the towels were clean. there was a golf car, that drives to the Dead Sea beach and back in the hotel, because it’s a little steep. Not too crowded. Mini Suites were great and as described. Air worked and amenities were ok. Their beach is really bad and that's why I'm not rating 5 stars. The area looks very cheap and outdated but does it really matter?

It is what it is. Kitchy, Israeli level of service (definately not up to international standards). But also cheaper than other resorts around the dead sea. Mud is great mud. Beach is relatively primitive. It is not Club Med and it does not pretend to be.

Be careful while floating,avoid water from entering your eyes. If you want to take the dead sea mud back, make sure you carry some container to keep it in. Free drinking water is available. Food, drinks and ice-cream too is available to buy. Good dressing room, showers and bathrooms. Lockers are available but chargeable (15 nis)

We have stayed in the Sun suite, which is a bigger rooms for 5 people, it was clean and the beds were comfortable. It also has a private deck which is great for BBQ. The main problem with this place is lack of maintenance, the tv cable box was disconnected, bathroom door broken, deck is unmaintained, and a lot of additional similar stuff. Breakfast was a disaster... Very few basic dishes, coffee...

Place was empty when we got there. Good source of fresh water to wash off the oily and salty water. Love that place would go back They are really investing some serious money into the place.
