The property is very large. Access to the red sea beach is difficult. Many walkways were closed...
It needs to be more convenient rather than complicated.
All staff were super friendly.
Have everything in the hotel near dead sea swimming pool kid club pool bar, bar and restaurant is very good.
The hotel environment is good. You can go directly to see the Dead Sea. It's a very good experience
Great hotel with a private beach for the Dead Sea, they also offer free mud baths for the sea. Food buffet was lovely with plenty of options. Not much to do in the area however perfect for a relaxing stay for a few nights.
We loved our stay here, as there wasn’t much else to do besides dine and swim at the hotel. The pools were great and the lifeguards at the beach were extremely helpful.

It was nice trip , but the front desk was very strict.. not helpful with our booking details.. next trip to Dead Sea I will change to other hotels
Absolutely everything was perfect. Hilton always
honors the hospitality art.
The luxurious atmosphere and comfort found at this resort are unmatched. The view from the hall is breathtaking, the breakfast buffet is
mouthwatering, and the amenities and activities are just on point. The best part was the staff, as they were genuinely caring and uplifting. Special mention to wonderful waitress Tia and...
They don’t let me to enter the food with me to the hotel , ( to force me to buy from inside restaurants inside hotel ) but i like to buy from other restaurants so they must be friendly with that
They let me back to car to eat the food in the sun instead of let me eat it in the lobby
Really bad customer service
In general all was great. Unless The main family pool was under maintenance. We were not informed of this. We contacted the management and some features were replaced. We thank them for their positive cooperation and wish them success from the bottom of my heart.
Very nice and modern hotel with attentive staff. Beautiful room, several different pool areas and a private beach. Hotel recognised my Hilton loyalty membership and provided upgrade into a Junior Suite even though I booked through an OTA - much appreciated!
There are facilities under renovation or not working at all, which should have been disclosed or pictures should have been changed as it could be misleading… if I knew that some areas aren’t functioning or the pools are in construction. I will have not chosen this hotel. The beach is good and attendants are kind to assist you. The rooms is nice, convenient but there was no body soap during the evening...

Everything was perfect especially the incredibly friendly staff. Breakfast is not to be missed!!
Very enjoyable experience with delicious food and the service is good but the cleanliness is not the best they need to take more care
Perfect stay, couldn't ask for a better quality service! The staffs are all very professional & kind! We will come back!
The service standard was good but the room was very dirty. The floor was not mopped and cleaned for a very long time. Went to the playroom as I was traveling with my toddler, the condition of the playroom was terrible and dusty. Not maintained and cleaned for a long time. The facility is old and past its peak. I paid for an upgrade for a room close to the beach and tje view was spectacular.

Lots of variety for food, very friendly staff. There are two lifeguards on private beach which ensures safety. Very nice experience.
It is quite harsh to check with scanner for alcohol cox the hotel wants to se. But I think it is not necessary. Guests shouldhave their free of choice. The hotel can charge for bottle fees but this scanner is quite uncomfortable.
On the dead sea, easy access and really nice Extremelly please with the meals, taste, presentation, many options to choose from...really impress with dinner and breakfast. The service, the staff wonderful An artisan look, confortable luxury perfect just perfect This is even better, the service was outstanding, if the hotel had imperfections impossible to see them because the hotel service from all...

Nice location to spend time with family and friends .
The hotel views and adult pool is perfect but i hated the beach area so much its so small
Amazing place to spend time with family and friends
Very bad experiment. They take so long time to make check in and they say that they will give me late check out but in reality they didn’t do that.
Nice view. There are few swimming pools and the hotel staff will provide bottles of water and towels near the swimming pool. The hotel is very close to the dead sea (walk for 5 mins or take the golf car provided by the hotel free of charge). You can take the mud and applies to your body for spa. The hotel even provides plastic transparent shoes for wearing in dead sea. There are also washing facilities...
Very poor service. The bottom of toilet is broken, the pipe of shower with hole, the lock in the room also was little broken
No information offers about service in hotel. Should find manager to get information about SPA. We. bought dinner and spent about 15 min to understand where it was and than wait every dish about 30 min ;(

Service are slow and reception not helpful
Very good hotel, the hotel is in a good location, and has its own separate Dead Sea beach, you can walk to the Dead Sea, the room is quite large, the breakfast is particularly good, and the hotel has several restaurants. I like the outdoor Italian restaurant very much. The first-line sea view is great.
The facilities in the room are average, but the outdoor environment is great. It has its own private beach where you can go to the Dead Sea, several swimming pools, and a very good restaurant.
The hotel is the best in the area, with good service in all departments, good breakfast and dinner. Dinner is a buffet with rich dishes, 33 dinars per person, excluding soft drinks, etc.; free Dead Sea mud floating, with battery cars to the Dead Sea area where the hotel belongs. The hotel has a children's club, and many locals bring their children and families here for vacation and leisure. The swimming...
Every restaurant in the hotel has performances at night. The food and service are excellent. The rooms are also very large. It is worthy of its name. Recommended

Was good experience in Dead Sea. Resort has great pub
Fantastic stay in this very well equipped hotel right by the red sea. Great facilities good food and a relaxing trip.!
Compared to other hotels, it is good value for money, clean, and the breakfast is delicious and good. The staff is all friendly. The accommodation is also very good, so I rested well and went swimming at Sahae's private beach.
Everything was very good, the attention of the staff was very good, as I liked the hotel.
It's a very beautiful hotel with its own beach. You can go swimming in the Dead Sea next to the beach inside the hotel. There is also a swimming pool. The hotel provides towels for free. The hotel also has a buffet for dinner and provides beer, but the beer is charged separately, 30 RMB a can, which is not cheap.
Staffs are very friendly. Location is good. Hotel have mini water park and our son loved it. Dead sea area is clean and have free mud.

I’m shocked this place received so many bad reviews! The grounds were beautiful, the room spotless and equipped, and all of the staff was so kind and accommodating. The hotel manager remembered us and was so sweet to make sure our stay was perfect. As two young women traveling alone, we were concerned about unwanted male attention around the private beach and swimming pool (as we had bad experiences...
After getting rejected entry into Crown Plaza, my friends and I contacted Grand East if we would be able to come to swim in the Dead Sea and how much it would cost. They let us in and $20 to swim and eat a meal is an amazing deal! The only thing I will say is that our taxi driver asked to sit in the lobby and wait for us and they told us he would have to pay the entry fee also just to sit there, so...
Good food, normal prices. Drinks are not included. We only stayed there for the beach and for dinner. Food was fresh, we had buffet with half local food and half intercontinental. The pool area and the towels were clean. there was a golf car, that drives to the Dead Sea beach and back in the hotel, because it’s a little steep. Not too crowded.
Totally recommend this one for a day trip.
Dear General Manager,
I just checked out today after 2 nights stay at your hotel in room number 121 and my kids had the best time ever
The stuff in general was very kind and helpful
The house keeper supervisor at the first floor was extra kind to us
The stuff at the b/fast buffet services was perfect

Great experience, especially the location and value. It was everything I was looking for during my trip
Hotel staff service attitude is very good
The room is clean and the facilities are a bit old, but it doesn't affect the use
The most disturbing thing is that there are several flies in the room
The dinner is delicious and the price is reasonable; but the quality of the breakfast food is average and there are fewer styles
We liked everything 👍, for its price a very good hotel!
Pool was crowded. Food is good. Service is good. You do need a car there as food and drinks are not allowed. Careem costs around 16 JD each way to city; therefore it is cheaper to eat at hotel.
The accommodation is located not very far from the main road. But the route to the hotel if arriving late at night is quite scary The property is secured by a fence and gate. There is a 24-hour security inspection unit. The room is clean, but the air conditioner temperature control is broken. Can be adjusted only for cold air and turning off the air conditioner The door on the balcony of the room was...
It's a little far from shops and such but it's a great value, great pool, good private beach. Great breakfast, but average dinner.

Amman, Amman - Al Jandaweel, 48 Um Mutaweh St. 🧭 Map
Very warm welcome. The rooms are comfortable, bottles of water are provided every day. If the room is located on the main road side (very noisy on Saturday evenings). Breakfast is well stocked in the form of a buffet and in addition we are served bread that has just been made (to be seen in the patio). Possibility of dining in the evening (which is good, there is nothing in the area), not very large...
We stayed a couple nights over Larsa . Rooms was super clean the staff are awesome the breakfast was delicious . Thank u everyone. I do recommend everyone to give Larsa hotel a try !!
Hi,
We stayed with Larsa Hotel for four nights. The bedroom was OK but the bathroom needed some maintenance and they don't put shampoos, creams or hair conditional like other hotels. It is a soap dispenser only with very little liquid soap. Hot water pressure is very poor.
Other than this, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is well presented and they bake the bread and the...
Great place specially the breackfast with the amazing cheese or zataar pies was amazing highly recomend
The Larsa hotel is a friendly hotel. Clean but somewhat dated. We were there during Ramadan. As a result, there was only a buffet. We would give the food a 6. Too bad that many rooms have 2 separate beds. A great hotel for 1 or 2 days
I am a tour leader,so I come to Jordan often. Larsa is a very good for a 3 star hotel. They should improve their bathrooms a bit but it is very clean, friendly and a 5star breakfast. Closer to the airport,so, you can reach with less traffic.Far from the main downtown but there are places around to eat.

Seven Roses Hotel
Amman, Saleh Al-Smadi Street 🧭 Map
Spent a total of five nights. First for tourism with my wife and then a last night in connection with work before departing. Good breakfast, very friendly staff and great value for money.
This is my third time staying at this hotel, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a good place to stay. The rooms are clean, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. The location is perfect—there are plenty of restaurants and coffee shops nearby, and a Safeway just two minutes away. The breakfast also offers a nice variety of options
The location is near to everything, the reception is excellent, staff are super friendly and professional, the size of the room is very suitable and clean, breakfast is delicious and fresh, overall seven roses hotel is an excellent choice.
Very convenient location. A minute away from JETT bus station and 4 min away from a big Safeway with ATM inside. Hotel room is not the biggest but very clean and quiet (I didn’t hear the morning call to prayer). There’s also an onsite restaurant that does room service as well. The menu is not the most extensive but the price seems fair and it’s easy after a long day. Everyone there has been lovely...
It was a pleasant stay, the rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. The WiFi is nice and fast. The staff are very friendly and happy to assist. The location is quite handy, it is close to the Jett Bus Terminal and various other shops and restaurants.
The hotel is clean and the service is good. The room rate is high. I also got a packed breakfast when I was catching a flight.

I loved the hotel it was child friendly and the staff are amazing & helpful i will surely stay there again if i go back to Jordan.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Seventh Star Hotel in Jordan, and I have to say, my experience was nothing short of exceptional!
From the moment I arrived, the warm welcome from the staff set the tone for my stay. Samer and Amer were especially outstanding, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Their attentiveness and genuine hospitality truly made me feel at home.
The hotel...
The hotel was having a mechanical problem with the floor, and they booked an alternative hotel for us with the same specifications as the one I booked. The other hotel was very good, and I did not face any problems.
clean room
staff good
i go with 2 people but it has only 1 bathroom set in bathroom, need to call to get more
Stayed at the Seventh Star Hotel in Amman, and it was legit! The spot’s perfect—right by the 7th Circle, super close to everything. Rooms were clean, cozy, and had all the basics. The staff? Total legends—friendly and always down to help. The food at the restaurant hit the spot too. If you’re in Amman, this place is a solid choice. Would totally stay again!

The breakfast was good, and the strawberries were sweet.
Hotel overall facilities are dated but functional. Room noise insulation is poor. My room is located next to the lift, I can hear every guest exiting/entering the lift, not to mention traffic outside the hotel. Breakfast is decent. Overall great location, close proximity to Amman citadel.
One major incident I experienced: My reservation is on 29/12-30/12. I arrived at the hotel around 9pm, after...
This was my second stay here, and it's a great family-run hotel.
Stayed at this hotel for a 2nd time & the room was not so clean as the 1st room & was more outdated and had a horrible strong smell! Other than that everything else was good, breakfast is decent, we only stayed for the night so didn’t want to spend much! Beddings were clean! The pool is open from 6am till 11pm. However, it’s for women and children till 2pm and men can use till 11pm, no women & children...
Hotel is good value with immaculate common area and a great gym. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Style of the room was a bit dated, especially the bathroom - although very clean.
Great stay in a good area of Amman, hotel staff were lovely. Nice view from the room

Amman, Ahmad Al Khalayleh Street Near Mecca Mall, Jordan 🧭 Map
We had an excellent time at this hotel. We stayed here during a trip to Jordan from the US. The rooms were very comfortable, modern and clean. The bathroom is clean as well. You can indicate through a button if you want your room cleaned or if you’d like privacy. The surrounding area is safe. There’s a mall nearby where you can go for food.
The only downside is that we were told that breakfast was...
Close to Makka Mall, the rooms are modern
Great value for price. View is normal. Rooms are clean and tidy with all services. Near a mall. Quite handy. Service is friendly and very nice. Very good for a 3 stars hotel.
Very nice room and very nice stuff, I stayed during my birthday and the stuff surprised me with nice birthday gift from the hotel. The only thing bothered me that sometimes you could hear the tv from next door room. However everything else was great, I highly recommend it.
My stay was very pleasant and comfortable at the hotel's Artal, Amman, Jordan. The staff was very polite and helpful with a smiley face always, the location was very convenient for getting around and many activities such as Mecca and the City Mall. If I will travel to Amman, Jordan again, I would definitely stay at the Artal Hotel! Thank you
