Hilton Dead Sea Resort & Spa

Not only is this hotel clean and in a BEAUTIFUL location with amazing pools and great access to the Dead Sea, they also have some incredible employees. Mohammad Ghourani was specifically so kind hearted and helpful throughout the entire event we hosted at the Marriott. I’m so thankful for the help he provided us whenever we needed it. He is a great employee who deserves recognition!! We appreciate you, Mohammad!

They do have the right to celebrate their 20 years anniversary… It was pleasant stay although it was short, not surprised from Marriott standards that I experienced several times in Dead sea. I recently reviewed Marriott in Canada and was not impressed from the service..

Welcoming staff; front desk concierge , housekeeping and restaurants..

The experience at the pool was just WAW. The pool service team, pool leisure team and lifeguards were super professional, polite and helpful. They take the initiative to help which make the difference in hospitality.

We also were impressed with the level of hygiene… they changed the sun bed covers in the morning, whether this is a daily, weekly or monthly practice, it reflects high standards.

The GM should be proud of his team!! Although I never mentioned names, but I feel they deserve it: Basel, Loui and many more that I can’t remember

Wonderful hotel! The staff are very nice, they gave us a free birthday cake when they learned that we were celebrating a friend's birthday. Their pools are great, they handout free water and occasionally some watermelons. The beach is well maintained and you can always find dead sea mud. Rooms are spacious and clean.

My favorite hotel in the Dead Sea. It is well located, the food is very good compared to other hotels, the service is top class, and their swimming facilities are top. The access to the Dead Sea beach is very good. A perfect place for a recreation.

Their rooms are quite spacious, and are well maintained. They have an Italian restaurant that serves very good Italian food. They have the main restaurant that offers excellent, too.

One of the best resorts in the dead sea. Overall, it is highly recommended and would always plan my stay there.

They have many pools for families, kids (with slide) and adults only, and one is temperature controlled. Showers are also available and clean. Towels are always available and provided by the hotel.

Different restaurants, bars and ice cream shop, gift shop within the hotel with variety of different cuisines, drinks and many other options. Buffet dinner is amazing and reasonably priced.

The staff are super friendly and very supportive. The quality level is really outstanding.

Access to the dead sea with proper facilities downstairs. Shuttles are also available within the hotel locations.

Easily the best spot to enjoy the dead sea. Rooms are as you'd expect from Marriott, add to it an amazing view of the dead sea. Facilities are great, multiple pools, restaurants and other facilities. Access to the sea is very easy, you can either walk or take the small golf cars if you don't feel like walking.
And the cherry on the cake is the service, hotel staff is so friendly and they do everything to make your stay as good as possible.
I would definitely recommend this place.

The room had many faulty items like the mini bar was not working, the shower flooded
The ice machines in fifth floor were all out of order
The room service number answers after 5 or ten times of calling (not rings) and they never seems to call back!
All in all the pool services are amazing and the staff are super friendly.
The breakfast was good and pleasing, while the dinner was well below expectations
Next time i wouldn't think of having half board package.

Older hotel and rooms but charming and clean. Great food. The staff are all super friendly and helpful. I appreciate the extra mattress pad and pillows they provided upon request as I found the bed to be hard and pillows too soft. The extra really helped so thank you for that! They also have a coffee/juice shop and they made fresh cold pressed juice customade to my choice. Fresh and delicious 😋 it's a great resort for families as they have many options for kids. The only thing I wish they would change is to make the adult pool as warm as the kids pool. It was too cold to even get in.

Lovely Resort overlooking the Dead Sea. It has its own private beach for guests with Dead Sea mud to cover yourself with and a shower to clean off afterwards. The rooms are very comfortable with everything you need. Breakfast is varied and plentiful. We ate at the Italian inspired restaurant overlooking the Sea with the lights of Jerusalem in the distance. The food was delicious.
The swimming pools were lovely and warm and the staff were pleasant, but special thanks to Linda at the Italian restaurant for her excellent customer service.
We would definitely recommend the Marriott Dead Sea Resort and would definitely stay again
