It was nice trip , but the front desk was very strict.. not helpful with our booking details.. next trip to Dead Sea I will change to other hotels

They don’t let me to enter the food with me to the hotel , ( to force me to buy from inside restaurants inside hotel ) but i like to buy from other restaurants so they must be friendly with that
They let me back to car to eat the food in the sun instead of let me eat it in the lobby

In general all was great. Unless The main family pool was under maintenance. We were not informed of this. We contacted the management and some features were replaced. We thank them for their positive cooperation and wish them success from the bottom of my heart.

Very nice and modern hotel with attentive staff. Beautiful room, several different pool areas and a private beach. Hotel recognised my Hilton loyalty membership and provided upgrade into a Junior Suite even though I booked through an OTA - much appreciated!

There are facilities under renovation or not working at all, which should have been disclosed or pictures should have been changed as it could be misleading… if I knew that some areas aren’t functioning or the pools are in construction. I will have not chosen this hotel. The beach is good and attendants are kind to assist you. The rooms is nice, convenient but there was no body soap during the evening. No sauna etc.

Check is was pretty easy and they were kind enough to allow an early check in with a room upgrade.
The hotel location is brilliant , walking distance to Samara Mall, which is very convenient if you wish to eat outside or do any shopping or get out of the resort for any reason.
Amenities are beautiful. Staff are very friendly and entertainment was pretty good.
Sunset view from the beach is breathtaking. All in all it was such a brilliant experience.

Excellent hotel! Huge property. Wish I was able to stay longer. Was only there for 12 hours.. Private area of the dead sea. Multiple pools with an adults only area. Multiple restaurants and excellent staff. Valet parking. nice room and view of the pool area and dead sea. Would definitely stay here again

Great and reasonable price for 5 stars hotel includes with breakfast. The room come with the view of the Dead sea and private beach for you to float.
