The rooms are well furnished and very well kept.
Only down side is i was slightly disappointed by the quality of burger i had for lunch, but maybe that’s my fault for ordering a burger here!!
One of the highlights was the hotel's swimming pool, which is 3 meters deep - a rarity and a definite treat for those who enjoy a good swim. The pool area was well-maintained and provided a perfect place to relax after a day of exploring Petra.
What truly set this hotel apart was their impeccable customer service. We accidentally left an item at the hotel, and the staff arranged to have it delivered to us the very next day to our hotel in Amman. This level of service exceeded our expectations and showed a high level of care and attention to guests' needs.
I wholeheartedly recommend Petra Marriott Hotel to anyone visiting Petra. Its combination of great views, excellent amenities, and outstanding service make it a wonderful choice for any traveler.
