we got the worst room, builders could literally walk in our balcony so we had to keep curtains shut all the time. we didn’t get inhalation procedures even tho it was included in our package, tiniest parking ever and cost 5 euros for one night. pools are very small and always full so you cant swim at all, so if you’re not a sauna person don’t go… sleep was terrible and terrifying beds are to hard and pillows are too soft not to mention builders building from 8am and disturbing our rest. i came back more tired than i was… you should hide rooms like that from customers. also the rooms are very cold and theres no way to heat them up.

We made the room booking over the phone to save time and were extremely overcharged (no spa procedures included). We opted for the LUX room for 3 adults and one child which cost us as much as two separate double rooms would have cost us but this option was not offered to us. The reception staff were very arrogant and dismissive since our arrival, no information was provided about parking, when the check out was etc. When asked how far is the beach they almost scoffed and rolled eyes as if we should know everything and why bother asking. The sofa bed was terrible - squeeking and falling apart, the mini bar overloaded with drinks and no space to keep anything of your food. Definitely feel like a rip off and given the room quality and lack of customer service. Definitely not going back.

Check SPA prices before your visit as website don't give correct prices. They try to catch you and give presure to pay after. Very unpleasant experiance...
