We made the room booking over the phone to save time and were extremely overcharged (no spa procedures included). We opted for the LUX room for 3 adults and one child which cost us as much as two separate double rooms would have cost us but this option was not offered to us. The reception staff were very arrogant and dismissive since our arrival, no information was provided about parking, when the check out was etc. When asked how far is the beach they almost scoffed and rolled eyes as if we should know everything and why bother asking. The sofa bed was terrible - squeeking and falling apart, the mini bar overloaded with drinks and no space to keep anything of your food. Definitely feel like a rip off and given the room quality and lack of customer service. Definitely not going back.

Liked it a lot. Very cozy place with picturesque nature, loads of wellness procedures, nice staff, delicious food and drinks.

Check SPA prices before your visit as website don't give correct prices. They try to catch you and give presure to pay after. Very unpleasant experiance...

Very good staff, polite and with a good attitude towards visitors. The room is clean, tidy, everything has been thought out. Breakfast is excellent. The schedule of procedures is excellent.

Very good hotel. Awesome breakfast. Cozy rooms. We had rooms with sun loungers. Robes and bags with towels are provided; when you go to the spa, you leave your room in a bathrobe and go for treatments. The area with the pool itself is open to everyone from 18:00 to 22:00. And during the day there are treatments that you can order in advance. All procedures until 17.00. The cryo sauna was only available on weekends

This place is good. I really liked the rooms, there was a balcony. Hotel is very close to the sea.

Breakfast was very tasty.
Pool wasnt too good but I visited hotel in the weekend, so the pool was available early in the morning - that was cool. it would not be possible on weekdays. And the spa area is too small, more massage in the pool would be required. there is no room for people in the pool.

Modern rooms By the sea Friendly staff Excellent cuisine Especially Linochka, friendly and helpful. There is potential to develop treatments and increase procedures.

Glad to escape the heat of New York and have found this place. I don't even mind the rainy weather as there are plenty of spa treatment in the package offered. Breakfast and lunch are included. Amazing breakfast buffet, but lunches are quite lunch. Which is OK with me.

Love its slight remoteness from the downtown and its noise. In case you ever need more action, it is easy to get there: take a nice walk or take a taxi (5€ per ride or so).
The place is only separated from the beach by a lovely walk in the woods. Love this escape!

The sanatorium is located in a pine forest 10 minutes walk from the sea.
Comfortable rooms, great staff at the medical center and in the hotel.
Of the minuses - the restaurant. The level of food is below average for the money .
