Very disappointing service — definitely not 5-star quality

From the moment we arrived, the service felt far below 5-star standards. At the lobby, we asked where the spa was. Four employees were standing there, yet none of them responded — they simply stared at us as if it was obvious and we should already know. Only after repeating the question did one of them turn to another and ask him to escort us, without even acknowledging us directly.

The staff member escorting us (a guy with a big birthmark on his face) seemed surprised that we had taken only one room key, even though no one had informed us when we checked in that spa access requires separate key cards. His response — “then you’ll just have to share” — came off rude and unprofessional.

The spa area itself was underwhelming: only about seven loungers for a hotel of this size, and both indoor and outdoor jacuzzis were uncomfortably cold.

Another major issue was the extremely poor sound insulation in the rooms. You can clearly hear conversations and noises from guests in the neighboring rooms, which makes it difficult to relax and certainly doesn’t match 5-star expectations.

Overall, the service lacks warmth, attention, and basic hospitality. Reception doesn’t greet you, doesn’t smile, and no one offers to show you to your room. Unfortunately, the experience doesn’t even compare to other, more affordable hotels like Monist, which provide significantly better service.

Would not recommend if you’re expecting true 5-star treatment.
