A budget, clean and modern hotel near the sea and in the center of town. Restaurant as such, instead a small cafe or even bar soon. Very convenient underground Parking

We stayed here for 4 nights April 2024, still not peak season but a great , boutique hotel. Walking distance to the pier, beach or restaurants. The decor is tasteful and modern. Each room has great lighting and amenities

The rooms are spotless, spacious, and furnished with modern amenities. Breakfast is good , within average for that hotel category. The staff is outstanding—always warm, welcoming, and eager to assist

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, which is ideally located close to the main pedestrian street that goes to the beach, and where you will find most bars and restaurants

Location wise it is a great place to stay in Palanga. The room was clean, but the internet was a slow. The spa is rather small and tends to get very busy, so it was difficult to enjoy the time in there

However the service is amazing, big thanks to the reception for a very warm welcome. Breakfast was good, tasty and fresh

Nice, clean hotel in a superb place, saunas and pool included. However when I pay 140eur for one night I definitely don't expect to be charged extra money for parking ;) Also rooms are more like in a 3 star hotel, not 4.

Good, tasty and healthy breakfest. Big, nice and comfortable rooms. Good location near church and main Badanaviciaus street. Parking cost 4 or 6 eur per night. Normal spa with turkish and regular sauna

Nice restaurant close to the beach. Live music in weekends' evenings. Possible to sit both inside and outside. Playgroud for kids. The most deliciuos food. Thanks to chef. Very kind staff.

I was in restaurant, not the hotel. The food was great. I loved it. But it always takes quite long to get it.

Hotel is very dated. In need of renovation. Clean and the staff are good. The location is really what you are paying for being pretty close to the beach.

If you get a room on the top floor it's nice, if not its old, hints of cigarette smell, not very cozy.

Great place to stay. Great view, nice Spa, massages, restaurant and the breakfasts super. Walk to sea and centre, bicycles. Quiet and peaceful location on the outskirts. The rooms are clean and well maintained.

A nice place to stay in Palanga, based just in front of the main entrance to the botanical garden Palanga! And I really enjoyed breakfast there!

Very spacious both in the rooms and also in the common areas, good restaurant and decent spa area. The staff is friendly and welcoming in terms of standard procedures but totally inflexible for any special requests.

When we got back to the hotel Erica found an open clinic for us, called there, helped with the language (we don’t speak Lithuanian) and got a consultation on the phone, therefore we had clear instructions from the nurse

Great location, good amenities and breakfast. Receptionist Erika was absolutely above and beyond. My daughter had an issue which required medical consultation, so she was very anxious about it

If you’d like there is a hotel restaurant the staff are kind and good a little bit of language barrier but they try their best to give good service

I think that it is a very good hotel the scenary looks amazing, the hotel and the food looks amazing too the prices are affordable.

The breakfast was nutritious and delicious, as a fitness person I was amazed by the amount of protein on the table

Lady on the reception was also very respectful, recommended places to visit and amazing restaurant for diner

Place is perfect for the money we paid. The beds where comfy and cosy, sheets where clean and smelled good

Peaceful and quiet location. Shower in the room was spilling water everywhere + no air conditioning.

Perfect place. A little shabby, but not critical. The deluxe room was very good. The pool is good. Staff was very useful. The restaurant is really good, will visit again.

We have booked the hotel several times in the last few years, each time in the mid-season. The hotel with SPA and the location is beautiful

Each time we were delighted with the excellent service from Agnè (front office manager) and Victoria (breakfast service team)

Not far from the center of Palanga (Catholic Church and Vytautas street). Very fine, nice and good for the older tourists because of the elevator and outdoor parking (which is included in the payment)

Just you don’t have to worry about it (think about the situation that it’s about the city center). You are surprised that Spa has included into the payment

Swedish breakfast is fine and a good espresso you taste with a friend gives an opportunity for discussion or simply reminiscences. Above all you meet a very friendly staff which cares about all your wishes

Nice hotel, decent rooms (I was in a Suite) good Breakfast. The beach is 20 minutes, Parking in the yard . The staff are friendly. I liked everything, fully satisfied .

It’s not big enough to many but fine to share with other especially when you choose a spare time

I haven’t had the chance to stay at the hotel, but it’s worth stopping here for their food, especially their breakfast! Their crepes with ham and cheese as well as cottage cheese are to die for! It’s the best part of our visit here in Palanga!

We were visitors in off season (march) for few nights. There were only several guests, so it was quiet and relaxing. Sauna worked as advertised, big pool for kids fun. We got free parking near entrance

If you happen to be in Klaipeda or Palanga, I would encourage you to come here for a breakfast. Of course during high season you might be out of luck to get a place in the restaurant

All breakfast dishes, which we tried, were absolutely well balanced whether you are a fan of the dishes with mushrooms or classics like Benedict's eggs etc

As a breakfast dessert, we went for the well known breakfast signature of this place - the pancakes 🥞 with strawberries 🍓. I would suggest not to skip it

Very spacious, relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff, sufficient balcony, large bathroom, excellent shower, good quality towels, incredibly comfortable bed, small workspace, free wifi, multiple mirrors, hanging space, coat space, fan, large windows, bedside lights

The administration was so nice, you could ask them about the most popular places to visit, and even places where you can go eat where there aren't a lot of tourists. Rooms are comfortable and not too expensive. Loved it!

Lovely hotel, all you need for a short break and very central. Hospitality of reception staff is exceptional! Always greets you with the smile. Modern and appealing looking restaurant but the food was underwhelming.

I have stayed in this hotel during my visit to Lithuania. Amazing location - rooms with a street view has loads of sunlight. Probably the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed. Hospitality was over the roof as well

I had fantastic time at Kerpė Hotel & SPA, is a 4-star hotel located in the heart of Palanga, Lithuania, just a short walk from the beach and the main pedestrian street

Also spa, parking places, minibar, tea and coffee in the room. Hotel is not so big, may be called boutique, so calm and quiet. Ladies in reception very professional

good price. nice clean rooms. good breakfast. tasty dinner. cozy sauna. free car parking. for this price (60eur for two people) is very good choice. we like it.

Duplex apartments claimed as having cooking facilities and room for 7-8 people have in reality tiny fridges, tiny weak microwave and two ring electric hob with no dishwasher, no place to dry washed dishes and space for dining only sufficient for 4 people at a time (thankfully no one objects if you occupy table outside in common outdoor sitting area for dining)

Staff at the reception desk are friendly and in addition to Lithuanian even speaks some English and Russian, but you'll get only one key per room, not happy looks if you'd be leaving your keys at the reception often and the reception is closed after 21:00, so you've not much options to get in if you're with a big company

Rooms are very basic, with equipment from 90th, beds screwed to the scratched carpet flooring, tiny fridges hidden in drawers of tables and entry doors made of carton and having no sound proofing capability whatsoever

If they were smart TVs, most of the times capacity of the shared WiFi signal is not enough to watch videos via YouTube and sometimes, d pendant by on your room's location, signal disappears altogether

TVs in all the rooms are not smart TVs but have quite a lot of TV channels

Good price and quality ratio. Rooms are clean. Food was delicious. Good for thise who like active time: playing tennis, bicycles

No opportunity to pay by creditcard, good food, clean rooms, smellyoom, broken fridge, rude owner,vad condition tennis court.

Prices are higher than other places in Palanga to eat but portions, waiters are really good here. The only thing I missed was salt on my cepelinai and potatoes with my cold beet soup

Modern interior mixed with old style concert posters. Monkey 47 Gin cocktail was really well made. Only one spot better that made better gin tonics is Sanatorija Gin bar in Vilnius

Good quality delicious food for reasonable prices. One of the best restaurants in Palanga. Especially I would recommend porcini soup.

Not many vegan options, but beet salad without feta was really good. Also bruschettas with tomatoes are nice.

Overall quite good place to eat. There was a little wait to get in. Service time was fast and food was great.

I really liked the communication of the staff. Everything needed was provided. The room is clean, they politely inquired about cleaning, maybe something is needed

It would be time to repair the stairs from the outside when entering the cafe, because if they are broken, it is not safe to climb

The food in the cafe is very tasty, the employees are nice. There is a trampoline and swings for children

A little crumbled, broken. We didn't find any paper, but we found chips in the cupboard. :)) regardless, the receptionist was the nicest and friendliest I've ever come across. Great!

I stayed at the Austėja hotel for 8 nights, only four days later the housekeeper came and I had to ask for it for several days. The sheets were not changed during the entire stay...

Just great value for money. Perfect location. Very good service. Home made like food for breakfast and lunch. Simple but good enough facilities. Highly recommended if you are not too picky and pretentious.

Great place for a few days by the Baltic sea. Tidy, spacious, a little out of fashion, but still a good choice moneywise.

It was wonderful! The hosts welcomed us so hospitably, helped and advised everything. Whenever we wanted we could book a sauna room with a jacuzzi and when we asked we were greeted by an amazing masseuse

My therapist was just amazing and her customer service, professionalism, etiquette and skill was impeccable. Booking in was quick an efficient via Facebook message and the time was confirmed promptly

After some brief research I booked in at the Amsterdam Plaza for a Spa ritual treatment and a mini facial. Let me start by saying how INCREDIBLE my treatment was. I honestly felt like I had been touched by an angel

Upon arrival I was greeted by a friendly receptionist and taken through to meet my therapist

I went there for breakfast and I have really mixed feelings. The service was good and professional. The restaurant looks pretty new and the atmosphere is great. Some jazzy music and different paintings on the walls

As for the food the Egg Benedict was good but English breakfast looked really (really) cheap. It is what you could expect from a canteen, not from 5 star hotel. Beans were missing some sauce, eggs were over cooked
