On arrival we have been greeted by two lovely ladies at reception, they made us feel very welcomed, their hospitality level is excellent and needs to be awarded. After the renovation, the hotel got new doors, but they removed the chain locks from them. I honestly didn't feel safe there. Anyone with a key could just come in even hotel staff. Remove the locks in 2025? Very weird decision. Ive stayed in many hotels, and I have never seen this anywhere else. It really made me feel uncomfortable during my stay.

We had a nice stay here. Modern and clean rooms, and the reception and spa staff were very friendly. The breakfast was good with a good selection. Unfortunately, we had a somewhat bad experience when we had dinner in the restaurant. The staff were more interested in chatting with each other than letting us order and serve us food. Despite that, the food and wine were good.

Amazing hotel, very attentive staff, breakfast buffet has a variety foods and lovely coffee even with alternative milks, 1 minute to the beach. Place is magical, we rented 2 bed apartment which has everything in it! Beautiful settings within pines and fir trees near the park and all amenities for the family. Will be back ! 🧡

I was there for dinner and It was amazing. The grilled shrimp was very tasty including the grilled potatoes and salad. Also the mango cocktail was tasty good presentation.

We were there in May. Beautiful setting, nice rooms, comfy beds, delicious breakfast and the spa out of this world with mint tea served. Don’t forget there is ice and cold plunge. Attentive staff. Nice note and chocolate. Parking price almost like Beverly Hills, but so are accommodations 😅. Thank you.

The location is perfect—right by the sea and surrounded by beautiful pine trees, which makes it feel very peaceful and relaxing. The hotel itself is clean, modern, and luxurious, with great attention to detail and great customer service. The SPA zone is awesome! Very spacious both in the rooms and also in the common areas, good restaurant and decent spa area. The staff is friendly and welcoming in terms of standard procedures but totally inflexible for any special requests.

Way overpriced for what you get. Outdated rooms, closet and shower was broken in ours. You need to pay extra for your pet, but they won’t let you take your small dog to the restaurant. Food is very good and various. Pool zone is very small and too croudy. Dissapointment here. If you are for pools and saunas- definatly skip this place.

The stay was amazing. We came with our son for the weekend and the atmosphere, food and procedures where amazing :) Cannot wait for the bigger pool to be finished and opened up. Been to the hotel and SPA itself a few times before and always had a very enjoyable experience. First time at the terrace restaurant/bar to close the summer. The food was amazing, especially steaks and sides/starters. Variety of beers and cocktails to choose from, negroni was fantastic. The terrace in the summer offers beautiful views of sunset and Baltic sea.

Very fine, nice and good for the older tourists because of the elevator and outdoor parking (which is included in the payment). The Hotel personal staff was nice and kind, the breakfast was small, but with some differenet variation of the food. The Lux room we stayed was cleaned and good. The worth part was SPA. Turkish sauna was off, the bubble bath was full of the chemical water and made some problems to the eyes. So people with sensitive eyes be carefull going to the bubble bath it this hotel! Very good location, good balance of quality and pricing. Previously had good restaurant , now some changes coming. Like to stay every time when coming to Palanga. Also spa, parking places, minibar, tea and coffee in the room. Hotel is not so big, may be called boutique, so calm and quiet. Like it. Reception is on 24/7. Ladies in reception very professional. I have stayed in this hotel during my visit to Lithuania. Amazing location - rooms with a street view has loads of sunlight. Probably the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed. Hospitality was over the roof as well. Definitely would recommend it!

Hotel has a perfect location, just in the heart of Palanga. We had got a comfortable suite with a balcony to the view on Palangos church. Breakfast has a lot of choices and is really delicious.
