Very nice hotel Services are superb Rooms are clean Location is great. Near the beach Restaurant on 8th floor has gorgeous views. Only gripe I have is that it is hard to get a parking spot for vehicle at this hotel

In case you ever need more action, it is easy to get there: take a nice walk or take a taxi (5€ per ride or so). The place is only separated from the beach by a lovely walk in the woods

Been to the hotel and SPA itself a few times before and always had a very enjoyable experience. First time at the terrace restaurant/bar to close the summer. The food was amazing, especially steaks and sides/starters

The area with the pool itself is open to everyone from 18:00 to 22:00. And during the day there are treatments that you can order in advance. The cryo sauna was only available on weekends

Very kind staff, nice room, delicious breakfast. The location is perfect, near the sea. A wide range of quality spa treatments, although, the swimming pool is quite small for such place.

And thats not possible with countless toddlers jumping, screeming, and probably even peeing in the pools. Also, rhe scent of chlorine all around the hotel is sometimes unbearably strong

Nice, clean hotel in a superb place, saunas and pool included. However when I pay 140eur for one night I definitely don't expect to be charged extra money for parking ;) Also rooms are more like in a 3 star hotel, not 4.

Very nice room, big and clean with small dinning room and kitchen. Very clean, close to centre., with swimming pool and a very good breakfast.

Stylish apartments in the centre of Palanga. Nice breakfast and good bath with whirlpool and steam bath.

Location wise it is a great place to stay in Palanga. The room was clean, but the internet was a slow. The spa is rather small and tends to get very busy, so it was difficult to enjoy the time in there

However the service is amazing, big thanks to the reception for a very warm welcome. Breakfast was good, tasty and fresh

Hotel is very dated. In need of renovation. Clean and the staff are good. The location is really what you are paying for being pretty close to the beach.

I was in restaurant, not the hotel. The food was great. I loved it. But it always takes quite long to get it.

If you get a room on the top floor it's nice, if not its old, hints of cigarette smell, not very cozy.

We were visitors in off season (march) for few nights. There were only several guests, so it was quiet and relaxing. Sauna worked as advertised, big pool for kids fun. We got free parking near entrance

Comfortable stay, great service, beautiful property. Our room was a good size & comfortable. The hotel property is beautiful, the staff is friendly, excellent service, good breakfast and close to the beach & main street

If you happen to be in Klaipeda or Palanga, I would encourage you to come here for a breakfast. Of course during high season you might be out of luck to get a place in the restaurant

High class place to eat, to talk, to relax. Kitchen really good. You can stay in a hotel or just visit the restaurant. My recommendations for seafood or best meat experiences.

Great comfortable bed, convenient location. From the pedestrian street Basanaviciaus 10 minutes walk to sea also, across the street botanicheskii garden.

Good price and quality ratio. Rooms are clean. Food was delicious. Good for thise who like active time: playing tennis, bicycles

Medūza Hotel is a fantastic retreat by the sea! The rooms are cozy and well-equipped, and the beautiful beachside location offers stunning views and relaxation

It's really close to the sea, the rooms are fine, but the "free parking" zone is really small, so it's basically nonexistant and you have to pay at least 13 euros if you're staying for one night - or you can walk 1km and park for free

The staff were great, especially Rokus, the bartender. There are no air conditioner in the rooms, you have to pay to use hotel facilities such as spa after 12noon, which is when the free time for guest ends

Nice employees but noisy at night, could not fall asleep because of some people slamming the door and moving furniture. Breakfast is not worth it, dinner in the restaurant was much better

Unfortunately this time I was unable to get same steak but got entrecote which was good but not as good as a steak. Restaurant is in the heart of Palanga in the middle​ of Basanaviciaus St

This is my second time around,first was in winter, food was very delicious (ordered steak Brazilian style) and served in the enormous plate. I woud recommend local wheat beer with lemon

The dishes are just wonderful! But the price of it...uhhh! Still, a really classy place to have a dinner with your wife

Noisy location although an airconditioner makes it possible to sleep with the windows closed. Spa consists of a steam room and hot tub

It would be nice if free use of the spa included in the room rate was possible at the end of the day rather than just in morning

A cool place to relax with the family. Near the sea, convenient parking is even a garage :), you can enjoy the grill. All necessary dishes and tools. There is no AC, but we didn't miss it either

Location is pretty much perfect, price was good also, however that cost cutting can be seen in some aspects of the rooms (like no chair in room). Parking was a bit finicky.

Good location, just don't take the attic room. Need to remind to change towels, but other than that, all was good.

Excellent, comfortable and clean rooms. Kitchen equipped with everything you need. Welcoming hosts. Outside there is a brazier and a gazebo. Not far from the center, but near the sea and nice to walk.

Stayed for 3 nights in a double suite with living area and balcony. The hotel is very clean, 24h front desk and the staff quite professional. The photos of the pool and sauna area are very misrepresentative

Good, silent place near the main street in Palanga. Simple, but generous breakfast. Not too elaborate, but affordable lunch. Restaurant could accept payment cards though

Not really a 4 star hotel, no more than 3 stars. Food quality is OK, nothing special. Prices in restaurant are too high in my opinion based on other restaurants nearby

Service is approachable they can stick to your schedule if you're with kids, which is important due to naps etc

I don't know why Alka hotel have 4*. The SPA zone is available for free only from 8-00 am till 11-00 am. But there is breakfast in the same time. This is a normal 3 star hotel. I don't know why Alha has 4 stars

What You get for the price is more than You need. Clean rooms, clean towels, clean sheets. An outside BBQ area at your disposal. We have enjoyed our 2 night stay and would definitely use it again

Excellent location, very quiet in the pine forest, max 100m from the beach. Close to tennis courts, women's beach, Selfish seafood bistrot. Walking distance to the Basanaviučiaus promenade and the pier

Amazing place, i can give it 5 stars just for the proximity to the sea! i has plenty of hiking trails in the pine forest nearby!

Modest but decent standard; the rooms are regularly renovated. Smoke-free at the hotel building. Varied breakfast, prepared with much care - available when there is sufficient demand among the guests
