Rooms in Luxury building are clean, but a bit worn out. Wellness area could be taken care of a bit more. Rust on the metal rails in the pool or jacuzzi are easily removable with some products

The Best hotel in Palanga we ever stay. Very tasty breacfast and nice spa area. located very close to the sea. I don't think that you can find anything better then this hotel in Palanga.

I was there for dinner and It was amazing. The grilled shrimp was very tasty including the grilled potatoes and salad. Also the mango cocktail was tasty good presentation.

Mixed reviews Public area were fabulous but the room was tired and in need of a facelift. The receptionist on duty when we arrived was excellent - friendly and informative

The whole hotel and spa looked really relaxing, modern and easy to find. The hotel had a nice area and is quite close to the sea. My family doesn't like crowded places so we had a really great place to relax

That was not the case in the morning when we asked for a taxi to the airport - offhand and unhelpful

To tell more about not so pleasant things, hotel doesn’t have own free parking lots. Hotel pools and sauna you can use only once per day for 3 hours. If you leave after 1 hour, you can not come back

Pros: Rooms were cleaned very well every day, the food in cafeteria was fresh and very tasty every day. Good working tv with all actual working features. Good wifi and good signal in the area

Good location with the parking at the hotel. Short walking distance to the beach. Really quiet beach, away from the crowdy city centre. Nice spacious room, with the separate sleeping area for the kids

My flight landed after midnight and the receptionist waited for me to come (of course I let them know). Good location at a quite place near a large beautiful park and a 3-minute walk to the nearest beach

Very good breakfast with lots of choices, only one kind of coffee but I liked it. You can reach the town centre in 10 minutes on foot. No fan or A/C in the room, on a hot day a bit of a problem

A few miles off Palanga center. Beautiful place. Loved the outdoor pool area and sauna rituals with sauna master. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were all very good and outdoor dining area was lovely.

I see them often struggling with buttons, pushing them on and off 😃(tip: it activates when it is blinking) also few features are not working in kids room near balls pool and has not been fixed since long time ago

Overall it is good place to rest

Cons: locks in locker room stuck from time to time, you have to push the door hard the lock to open. It is also very slippery in the shower. Also you have to push buttons very hard which activates bubbling

My Kids are too weak to push them so hard. For new visitors its tricky to know when the bubbling is activated or not as it not starting instantly

You can have a drink and some food at pools bar. Location not bad, couple kilometers from Palanga and near famous Samogitian restaurant HBH

The staff was helpful and polite, and we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary dessert. The spa is quite small, but for €25 our family had a great time enjoying it privately on a rainy hour

My therapist was just amazing and her customer service, professionalism, etiquette and skill was impeccable. Booking in was quick an efficient via Facebook message and the time was confirmed promptly

I haven’t had the chance to stay at the hotel, but it’s worth stopping here for their food, especially their breakfast! Their crepes with ham and cheese as well as cottage cheese are to die for! It’s the best part of our visit here in Palanga!

We were visitors in off season (march) for few nights. There were only several guests, so it was quiet and relaxing. Sauna worked as advertised, big pool for kids fun. We got free parking near entrance

Average hotel, would not recommend a stay here. The rooms are ugly, there is no space to open one large suitcase, without taking up half the room. Did have a good sleep in the bed, and no noise

Swedish breakfast is fine and a good espresso you taste with a friend gives an opportunity for discussion or simply reminiscences. Above all you meet a very friendly staff which cares about all your wishes

Not far from the center of Palanga (Catholic Church and Vytautas street). Very fine, nice and good for the older tourists because of the elevator and outdoor parking (which is included in the payment)

This is a small, cozy family hotel in which each guest is like a personal guest in the house. Convenient location, far enough from the noisy central street, close enough to the beach and to the beautiful central park

You can hear everything from other rooms, even from downstairs. But on a good note, the rooms are big and some of them have two floors
