Food is very good and various. Pool zone is very small and too croudy. Dissapointment here. If you are for pools and saunas- definatly skip this place.

The stay was amazing. We came with our son for the weekend and the atmosphere, food and procedures where amazing :) Cannot wait for the bigger pool to be finished and opened up. The only minus for the herb bath procedure the woman making @faces@ when I told her i do not understand Lithuanian language. I was i great mood but then doing 'silly faces'; to the customer? Been to the hotel and SPA itself a few times before and always had a very enjoyable experience. First time at the terrace restaurant/bar to close the summer. The food was amazing, especially steaks and sides/starters. Variety of beers and cocktails to choose from, negroni was fantastic. The terrace in the summer offers beautiful views of sunset and Baltic sea.

On arrival we have been greeted by two lovely ladies at reception, they made us feel very welcomed, their hospitality level is excellent and needs to be awarded. After the renovation, the hotel got new doors, but they removed the chain locks from them. I honestly didn't feel safe there. Anyone with a key could just come in even hotel staff. Remove the locks in 2025? Very weird decision. Ive stayed in many hotels, and I have never seen this anywhere else. It really made me feel uncomfortable during my stay.

We had a nice stay here. Modern and clean rooms, and the reception and spa staff were very friendly. The breakfast was good with a good selection. Unfortunately, we had a somewhat bad experience when we had dinner in the restaurant. The staff were more interested in chatting with each other than letting us order and serve us food. Despite that, the food and wine were good.

Very spacious both in the rooms and also in the common areas, good restaurant and decent spa area. The staff is friendly and welcoming in terms of standard procedures but totally inflexible for any special requests.

Way overpriced for what you get. Outdated rooms, closet and shower was broken in ours. You need to pay extra for your pet, but they won’t let you take your small dog to the restaurant. Pros: I visit only SPA with my family at least once per month. There are SPA, swimming pool, jacuzzis, falling water, saunas etc. Relaxation is guaranteed. For additional fee you can get amber sauna, mineral water spa, one and the only water sliding track for kids (not impresive). Everything are nice, tidy and clean with friendly stuff. Everything was great. I did not expected, that it will so cool place. Pools outside and inside. Saunas and other stuff. We were in two floors villa. It was good, had two toilets, in one was shower. The Hotel personal staff was nice and kind, the breakfast was small, but with some differenet variation of the food. The Lux room we stayed was cleaned and good. The worth part was SPA. Turkish sauna was off, the bubble bath was full of the chemical water and made some problems to the eyes. So people with sensitive eyes be carefull going to the bubble bath it this hotel! I have stayed in this hotel during my visit to Lithuania. Amazing location - rooms with a street view has loads of sunlight. Probably the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed. Hospitality was over the roof as well. Definitely would recommend it!

Location is great: between two parks, 4 minutes walk to the beach, 7 minutes drive to the bus station. Rooms are very basic, with equipment from 90th, beds screwed to the scratched carpet flooring, tiny fridges hidden in drawers of tables and entry doors made of carton and having no sound proofing capability whatsoever. Duplex apartments claimed as having cooking facilities and room for 7-8 people...

Location and facilities are excellent, but the "upgraded"double we stayed in was so small that it was hard to even walk around the bed. No table or couch and even though there was a kettle, the was no tea or coffee to speak of :-( Though the private SPA was awesome!

It’s maybe the only 5 star hotel in Palanga and the price is compared to a top class hotel in many cities. The spa became too small when the hotel is fully booked, the rooms start to be tired, stained floor, broken pieces and this doesn’t match the price per night. The staff is friendly and helpful and breakfast is good.

The hotel has a great location, with indoor and outdoor jacuzzis and a sauna area. The hotel's windows offer stunning panoramic views. The Baltic Sea is very close to the hotel. Besides, it has various and delicious breakfast. Highly recommended to visit.

I only visited the SPA. Staff is friendly and welcoming, the massage was good. Good choice of oils, the massage therapist is very knowledgable and talks you through your options. The only let down was a massage room itself, which was very, VERY bright (not very relaxing). I am used to more of an ambient lighting…No eye cover placed during the massage, either (which isn’t an issue whilst you’re lying...

Not really a 4 star hotel, no more than 3 stars. Food quality is OK, nothing special. Prices in restaurant are too high in my opinion based on other restaurants nearby. Breakfast was very basic, usually sausages, pasta, omlet or pancakes.

A great place to relax with children. Jura and the center are a few minutes away. The rooms are spacious, cozy and substantial. The mayor and the staff are very friendly and kind. We will definitely stay again. We recommend it 100%.
