Been to the hotel and SPA itself a few times before and always had a very enjoyable experience. First time at the terrace restaurant/bar to close the summer. The food was amazing, especially steaks and sides/starters. Variety of beers and cocktails to choose from, negroni was fantastic. The terrace in the summer offers beautiful views of sunset and Baltic sea.

Very nice hotel Services are superb Rooms are clean Location is great. Near the beach Restaurant on 8th floor has gorgeous views. Food is deliciuos. Albeit a bit on pricy side. Only gripe I have is that it is hard to get a parking spot for vehicle at this hotel

This place is good. I really liked the rooms, there was a balcony. Hotel is very close to the sea. I really loved terrace - lounge area! ❤️ Breakfast was very tasty. Pool wasnt too good but I visited hotel in the weekend, so the pool was available early in the morning - that was cool. it would not be possible on weekdays. And the spa area is too small, more massage in the pool would be required...

Loved it. Super views from the rooms - the pine forest. Pools open. Lovely Spa (Jacuzzi, sauna, ice room, etc.)!!!!! Good Breakfast. The Baltic sea 8-10 min. walk. There is close and not happen. Bike paths everywhere. Friendly staff! Recommend!!!

Nice hotel with regular hotel rooms. But the spa is very nice. It's also possible to get different types of wellness packages such as massages and beautification. In the summer the out side pool area is very nice, and if you fancy the beach. Palanga beach is only a five minute walk from the hotel.

Good standard of hotel. Conveniently, when there SPA. Really helps in bad weather. Before the sea walking on foot, but in the center, and the shops have to go by taxi. The breakfasts are excellent. In the restaurant delicious. For kids comfortable chairs.

Very spacious both in the rooms and also in the common areas, good restaurant and decent spa area. The staff is friendly and welcoming in terms of standard procedures but totally inflexible for any special requests.

Way overpriced for what you get. Outdated rooms, closet and shower was broken in ours. You need to pay extra for your pet, but they won’t let you take your small dog to the restaurant. I only visited the SPA. Staff is friendly and welcoming, the massage was good. Good choice of oils, the massage therapist is very knowledgable and talks you through your options. The only let down was a massage room itself, which was very, VERY bright (not very relaxing). I am used to more of an ambient lighting…No eye cover placed during the massage, either (which isn’t an issue whilst you’re lying...

We have booked the hotel several times in the last few years, each time in the mid-season. The hotel with SPA and the location is beautiful. Each time we were delighted with the excellent service from Agnè (front office manager) and Victoria (breakfast service team).

Not far from the center of Palanga (Catholic Church and Vytautas street). Very fine, nice and good for the older tourists because of the elevator and outdoor parking (which is included in the payment). Just you don’t have to worry about it (think about the situation that it’s about the city center). You are surprised that Spa has included into the payment. The Hotel personal staff was nice and kind, the breakfast was small, but with some differenet variation of the food. The Lux room we stayed was cleaned and good. The worth part was SPA. Turkish sauna was off, the bubble bath was full of the chemical water and made some problems to the eyes. So people with sensitive eyes be carefull going to the bubble bath it this hotel! Very good location, good balance of quality and pricing. Previously had good restaurant , now some changes coming. Like to stay every time when coming to Palanga. I have stayed in this hotel during my visit to Lithuania. Amazing location - rooms with a street view has loads of sunlight. Probably the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed. Hospitality was over the roof as well. Definitely would recommend it!

It truly has very good breakfasts and just loved the poached eggs. The English breakfast was good but not wow. The service was really nice despite me complicating it with special wishes for coffee (extra strong and no lactose).

Visited restaurant. Stylish atmosphere. Had 5 dishes: Caesar salad, vegetable soup, foie gras, wild boar fillet stake, chicken nuggets and pancakes from kids meniu. Excellent staff, really spacious room with a large bed and sofa. Very good and tasty breakfast. Maybe one of the best breakfasts I had ever had in the hotel. Free parking is a huge plus. Great value for the money.

Not really a 4 star hotel, no more than 3 stars. Food quality is OK, nothing special. Prices in restaurant are too high in my opinion based on other restaurants nearby. Breakfast was very basic, usually sausages, pasta, omlet or pancakes.

Good, silent place near the main street in Palanga. Simple, but generous breakfast. Not too elaborate, but affordable lunch. Restaurant could accept payment cards though. Service is approachable they can stick to your schedule if you're with kids, which is important due to naps etc.

It's general 3* hotel. I don't know why Alka hotel have 4* . Cleaning isn't regular. Breakfast is simple. The SPA zone is available for free only from 8-00 am till 11-00 am. A great place to relax with children. Jura and the center are a few minutes away. The rooms are spacious, cozy and substantial. The mayor and the staff are very friendly and kind. We will definitely stay again. We recommend it 100%.

Good place to rest. There is a swimming pool if you don't want to go to the sea, a children's playground. The rooms have everything you may need.
