Amazing hotel, very attentive staff, breakfast buffet has a variety foods and lovely coffee even with alternative milks, 1 minute to the beach. I was there for dinner and It was amazing. The grilled shrimp was very tasty including the grilled potatoes and salad. Also the mango cocktail was tasty good presentation.

We were there in May. Beautiful setting, nice rooms, comfy beds, delicious breakfast and the spa out of this world with mint tea served. Don’t forget there is ice and cold plunge. Attentive staff. The location is perfect—right by the sea and surrounded by beautiful pine trees, which makes it feel very peaceful and relaxing. The hotel itself is clean, modern, and luxurious, with great attention to detail and great customer service. The SPA zone is awesome! Mixed reviews Public area were fabulous but the room was tired and in need of a facelift. The receptionist on duty when we arrived was excellent - friendly and informative. That was not the case in the morning when we asked for a taxi to the airport - offhand and unhelpful.

It's my second time staying at this hotel. All superb apart from limited access to their pool/spa (which is fab!) - the new rule that came into place mid-July yet they failed to mention when advertising their rooms. On arrival we have been greeted by two lovely ladies at reception, they made us feel very welcomed, their hospitality level is excellent and needs to be awarded. After the renovation, the hotel got new doors, but they removed the chain locks from them. I honestly didn't feel safe there. Anyone with a key could just come in even hotel staff. Remove the locks in 2025? Very weird decision. Ive stayed in many hotels, and I have never seen this anywhere else. It really made me feel uncomfortable during my stay.

We had a nice stay here. Modern and clean rooms, and the reception and spa staff were very friendly. The breakfast was good with a good selection. Unfortunately, we had a somewhat bad experience when we had dinner in the restaurant. The staff were more interested in chatting with each other than letting us order and serve us food. Pros: I visit only SPA with my family at least once per month. There are SPA, swimming pool, jacuzzis, falling water, saunas etc. Relaxation is guaranteed. Very good breakfast, we also had lunch at the hotel restaurant - was good as well. Dinner had to be reserved (on weekends), but many places around to eat, all nice. Park across the street is fantastic - english style, big enough to get lost, very convenient way to the beach, has cute amber museum on premises… cafe and the shop.

The Hotel personal staff was nice and kind, the breakfast was small, but with some differenet variation of the food. The Lux room we stayed was cleaned and good. The worth part was SPA. Turkish sauna was off, the bubble bath was full of the chemical water and made some problems to the eyes. So people with sensitive eyes be carefull going to the bubble bath it this hotel! I have stayed in this hotel during my visit to Lithuania. Amazing location - rooms with a street view has loads of sunlight. Probably the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed. Hospitality was over the roof as well. Definitely would recommend it!
