Perfect place. A little shabby, but not critical. The deluxe room was very good. The pool is good. Staff was very useful. The restaurant is really good, will visit again.

We have booked the hotel several times in the last few years, each time in the mid-season. The hotel with SPA and the location is beautiful. Each time we were delighted with the excellent service from Agnè (front office manager) and Victoria (breakfast service team).

Best 5 days we’ve had in a long time - a complete ‘reboot’ of body and soul!

This place is good. I really liked the rooms, there was a balcony. Hotel is very close to the sea. I really loved terrace - lounge area! ❤️ Breakfast was very tasty. Pool wasnt too good but I visited hotel in the weekend, so the pool was available early in the morning - that was cool. it would not be possible on weekdays. And the spa area is too small, more massage in the pool would be required...

Very good staff, polite and with a good attitude towards visitors. The room is clean, tidy, everything has been thought out. Breakfast is excellent. The schedule of procedures is excellent.

Very good hotel. Awesome breakfast. Cozy rooms. We had rooms with sun loungers. Robes and bags with towels are provided; when you go to the spa, you leave your room in a bathrobe and go for treatments. The area with the pool itself is open to everyone from 18:00 to 22:00. And during the day there are treatments that you can order in advance. All procedures until 17.00. The cryo sauna was only available...

It truly has very good breakfasts and just loved the poached eggs. The English breakfast was good but not wow. The service was really nice despite me complicating it with special wishes for coffee (extra strong and no lactose).

I went there for breakfast and I have really mixed feelings. The service was good and professional. The restaurant looks pretty new and the atmosphere is great. Some jazzy music and different paintings on the walls. As for the food the Egg Benedict was good but English breakfast looked really (really) cheap. After some brief research I booked in at the Amsterdam Plaza for a Spa ritual treatment and a mini facial. Let me start by saying how INCREDIBLE my treatment was. Very spacious both in the rooms and also in the common areas, good restaurant and decent spa area. The staff is friendly and welcoming in terms of standard procedures but totally inflexible for any special requests.

Way overpriced for what you get. Outdated rooms, closet and shower was broken in ours. You need to pay extra for your pet, but they won’t let you take your small dog to the restaurant. Not far from the center of Palanga (Catholic Church and Vytautas street). Very fine, nice and good for the older tourists because of the elevator and outdoor parking (which is included in the payment). Just you don’t have to worry about it (think about the situation that it’s about the city center). You are surprised that Spa has included into the payment. It’s not big enough to many but fine to share...

I have stayed in this hotel during my visit to Lithuania. Amazing location - rooms with a street view has loads of sunlight. Probably the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed. Hospitality was over the roof as well. Definitely would recommend it!

Lovely hotel, all you need for a short break and very central. Hospitality of reception staff is exceptional! Always greets you with the smile. Modern and appealing looking restaurant but the food was underwhelming.

A great place to relax with children. Jura and the center are a few minutes away. The rooms are spacious, cozy and substantial. The mayor and the staff are very friendly and kind. We will definitely stay again. We recommend it 100%.

Good place to rest. There is a swimming pool if you don't want to go to the sea, a children's playground. The rooms have everything you may need.

Not really a 4 star hotel, no more than 3 stars. Food quality is OK, nothing special. Prices in restaurant are too high in my opinion based on other restaurants nearby. Breakfast was very basic, usually sausages, pasta, omlet or pancakes.

Good, silent place near the main street in Palanga. Simple, but generous breakfast. Not too elaborate, but affordable lunch. Restaurant could accept payment cards though. Service is approachable they can stick to your schedule if you're with kids, which is important due to naps etc.

Stayed for 3 nights in a double suite with living area and balcony. The hotel is very clean, 24h front desk and the staff quite professional. The photos of the pool and sauna area are very misrepresentative. They are quite cramped and fill up quickly until the area closes at midday.
