Rooms in Luxury building are clean, but a bit worn out. Wellness area could be taken care of a bit more. Rust on the metal rails in the pool or jacuzzi are easily removable with some products

The Best hotel in Palanga we ever stay. Very tasty breacfast and nice spa area. located very close to the sea. I don't think that you can find anything better then this hotel in Palanga.

Best breakfast you can have in Palanga! Only downside that rooms and wellness area are already bit dated. First time I've stayed there was 9 years ago, and nothing has changed since

To tell more about not so pleasant things, hotel doesn’t have own free parking lots. Hotel pools and sauna you can use only once per day for 3 hours. If you leave after 1 hour, you can not come back

No smoking in that area, even outdoors. On the day of checkout pool and sauna is not included. Not all reception workers were pleasant

The whole hotel and spa looked really relaxing, modern and easy to find. The hotel had a nice area and is quite close to the sea. My family doesn't like crowded places so we had a really great place to relax

Mixed reviews Public area were fabulous but the room was tired and in need of a facelift. The receptionist on duty when we arrived was excellent - friendly and informative

I see them often struggling with buttons, pushing them on and off 😃(tip: it activates when it is blinking) also few features are not working in kids room near balls pool and has not been fixed since long time ago

For additional fee you can get amber sauna, mineral water spa, one and the only water sliding track for kids (not impresive). Everything are nice, tidy and clean with friendly stuff

The pools are nice and heated which is very useful instead of getting used to the water and being cold when you can immediately enjoy your stay plus there are mant lifeguards all around to ensure your kids are safe or any of your family and you in general

A few miles off Palanga center. Beautiful place. Loved the outdoor pool area and sauna rituals with sauna master. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were all very good and outdoor dining area was lovely.

You can have a drink and some food at pools bar. Location not bad, couple kilometers from Palanga and near famous Samogitian restaurant HBH

Pros: I visit only SPA with my family at least once per month. There are SPA, swimming pool, jacuzzis, falling water, saunas etc

Very beautiful 5* luxury hotel in Palanga. Location is perfect, breakfast superb choices like egg Benedict, mimosa's, pancakes. can't wait to come back in summer time

Breakfasts are in the restaurant, we felt a little bit poor, the first day of baking did not exist only one kind of bread, a small selection Bethany, but delicious, scrambled eggs, pasta, sausages of two kinds, vegetables, pickles, coffee, tea on the second day there were croissants

Brilliant location and I like staying here because of easy access to spa especially after long cycling or walking by the sea.

We were visitors in off season (march) for few nights. There were only several guests, so it was quiet and relaxing. Sauna worked as advertised, big pool for kids fun. We got free parking near entrance

I haven’t had the chance to stay at the hotel, but it’s worth stopping here for their food, especially their breakfast! Their crepes with ham and cheese as well as cottage cheese are to die for! It’s the best part of our visit here in Palanga!

Our room had 2 floors - 1st with living room and kitchen, 2nd - two bedrooms. Breakfast was exceptional - you could choose from long menu

Situated just down from a lovely park with access to beach in one direction, in the other direction you get to palanga's main restaurant, club and shop strip that leads to palanga pier

A very nice 4 star hotel, very clean and tidy throughout, quiet and restful. It's own restaurant and bar with buffet breakfast and selected menu of nice tasty meals. Spacious rooms with fridge for when you need to rest

The spa/sauna complex was enjoyable though. My recommendations: keep breakfast simpler in terms of variety, but use good-quality ingredients; teach the staff to be more welcoming; add more amenities

Swedish breakfast is fine and a good espresso you taste with a friend gives an opportunity for discussion or simply reminiscences. Above all you meet a very friendly staff which cares about all your wishes

Not far from the center of Palanga (Catholic Church and Vytautas street). Very fine, nice and good for the older tourists because of the elevator and outdoor parking (which is included in the payment)

Nice hotel, decent rooms (I was in a Suite) good Breakfast. The beach is 20 minutes, Parking in the yard . The staff are friendly. I liked everything, fully satisfied .

You have to pay for things such as towels, but we weren't told there was a cost. Its about 12mins cab ride from city downtown

We rested on weekdays, in the middle of the week. Neat hotel with air conditioners. Pleasant and helpful service staff

Good place to rest. There is a swimming pool if you don't want to go to the sea, a children's playground. The rooms have everything you may need.

A great place to relax with children. Jura and the center are a few minutes away. The rooms are spacious, cozy and substantial. The mayor and the staff are very friendly and kind. We will definitely stay again

Excellent place for visit with small children

We did not stay at the hotel but had a lovely breakfast on a Sunday morning. I enjoyed the fried eggs with bacon and my daughter liked her pan cakes with banana. The service was fairly quick.

Very cozy place, wonderful atmosphere. Homemade traditional Lithuanian dishes. Special breakfast menu. I would really to try beetroot soup. Fast and friendly service.

Upsides- very friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast (my personal favourite was hot sandwiches and the kids loves the quark), convenient and very quiet location near the park and not too far from the sea

The room was great - spacious and clean, and if not for an unpleasant smell from the bathroom due to some pipes it would have been 5 star rating. Breakfast was a choice from the breakfast menu with one drink

Our room accommodation had a balcony and two rooms, and was plenty spacious. Downsides- the previousely mentioned smell and lack of toilet paper

This is an oasis located away from the hectic city center of Palanga. Perfect for those who want to escape the hum drum of a city, and have a peaceful and quiet vacation.

Very cosy, quiet, clean and the staff is helpful and pleasant. While it’s not in the city centre, Neonele offers bikes and e-scooters for rent at the facility.

It's pretty cold in their but i'm the relieguos type so i don't wanna offend anyone.

Stayed for 3 nights in a double suite with living area and balcony. The hotel is very clean, 24h front desk and the staff quite professional. The photos of the pool and sauna area are very misrepresentative

Good, silent place near the main street in Palanga. Simple, but generous breakfast. Not too elaborate, but affordable lunch. Restaurant could accept payment cards though

Not really a 4 star hotel, no more than 3 stars. Food quality is OK, nothing special. Prices in restaurant are too high in my opinion based on other restaurants nearby
