This hotel has a nice exterior and a beautiful reception area. However, the rooms are below minimal for amenities: no refrigerator, no USB outlets, very, very few wall power outlets - none where you need them, one poor quality pillow each, no air conditioning, couldn't drink the water and they wouldn't provide any for brushing teeth, bathroom fixtures from the stone ages. I will not stay here again.

The location and the view of the room we were given was nice. But the hygiene of the room was very poor. The faucets were never cleaned, the bed spreads had stains, and the carpets were dirty.
There’s a construction site outside which wakes you up at 7 if your room is facing it (which was the case for us).

Nice location in front of central railway station and public transport near by.
Room & washroom was good but air conditioning was not good enough. Breakfast was having limited options with limited seating capacity compared to the property.

From my point of view the hotel needs some renovation. Room was clean but old. I didn’t like mattress and pillows- not comfortable. There were no clima and cattle.

From outside hotel looks amazing. Lobby also good. Till to enter to the room. Room was clean but it wasn’t modern and comfortable what we expected. It wasn’t air conditioner inside of room.

Our room was with the view of Gedimino bokštas in the distance and other city landmarks which was fantastic!
The rooms are tiny. The 2 twin beds pushed together leave VERY little room for getting around or even placing travel luggage.
No AC. Windows do open, but in the dry season or construction near by the dust is significant, especially if you are in the lower levels.
The reception offers luggage storage, and the staff was pleasant and easy to deal with.
Grocery stores, pharmacy, and some restaurants are near by, the Old Town is within 15 min walking distance.

This hotel probably had its best years at the turn of the century. It's not the worst (not gross), but the standard is adequate to the low price. The rooms are clean, but even very thorough cleaning will not remove years of neglect (e.g. stains on the tiles, rust in the shower, etc.). The equipment is only basic (there is no kettle, fridge or air conditioning in the room). The advantage is the location - close to the station and close to the monuments of the Old Town.
Currently (June 2024), the street next to the hotel is being renovated, heavy equipment has been making noise since 7 a.m.

It’s okay for a short stay. Location is good if you arrive by bus or train. City centre is in walking distance.
However , staff can be more helpful.
We wanted to borrow a fork to eat take away food, and they refused saying that “there is no such service at the hotel”
It is such a minor request and yet they didn’t want to help their clients
No customer centric approach.

Can I start by saying that when staying in a
Hotel you’d think 🤔 that the staff should be welcoming. (BUT) Whilst staying here at the panorama Hotel the staff during breakfast make me and my wife
(VERY VERY) Uncomfortable to say the Least laughing mocking so this is why I have no choice but to give them 1 star ⭐️
And if I could they are lucky to get 1star
It is a big shame because we only came for a 4 night break because we of all the hard work we have done back home so we decided to treat ourselves thanks Panorama for Mac king us fill so so unwelcome we will not be coming back here again.

Very big hotel close to the old city and train station. I was living at 6th floor with great furbished rooms and panoramic windows. Really nice views but price for room was about 20 EUR more expensive than standard rooms at 2-5 floor. I don't know how those rooms are, but 6 floor rooms are unbelievable.
