Stay Express Hotel

Very clean and close to old town. But the room is very very small with a smallest window. This is the smallest hotel room I have ever seen. Claustrophobic. I could not sleep. Pay more and relax.

Ya zabronirovala nomer v etoy gostinitse na odnu noch, tak kak avtobus dolzhen byl priehat vecherom, a vylet tolko utrom. Mne ne nuzhny byli kakie-to sverh udobstva, dusha i krovati hvatalo vpolne. Tak kak zaezd predpolagalsya posle 9 vechera, na sayte bylo ukazanie svyazatsya s otelem dlya vozmozhno kakih-to osobyh ukazaniy, chto ya i sdelala. Mne prishel otvet, chtoby ya chitala predydushchiy email. V predydushchem email byl ukazan nomer bronirovaniya, pin i adres sego zavedeniya. Avtobus priehal v Vilnyus s opozdaniem, v 3 chasa nochi, i ya s rebenkom mechtali pospat hotya by neskolko chasov. Priehav v otel okazalos, chto nuzhnoy informatsii u menya net, ni koda ot vhodnoy dveri, ni nomera komnaty, ni koda ot lock box. Devushka, snyavshaya nomer tam zhe i kotoroy povezlo bolshe, chem mne, byla k nam ochen dobra i vpustila v lobbi. Tam ya pytalas dozvonitsya i dopisatsya do kogo-nibud iz administratsii, no bezuspeshno. Moy rebenok sidel na sumkah, s voprosom, pochemu my ne mozhem poyti spat i kuda ey shodit v tualet. Ya otpravila im neskolko emails, no do sih por, a proshlo uzhe 3 dnya, ya ne poluchila ot nih otveta, ni slova izvineniy. V itoge, dozvonilas v booking, gde mne skazali, nu izvinite. I v 5 utra ya vynuzhdena byla uehat v aeroport, chtoby spat na sideniyah tam vmeste s dochkoy. Hudshego servisa ya ne videla nigde i nikogda v svoey zhizni. Ne sovetuyu nikomu!

Besides cleaness, great location and basic hotel room’s requirements, place is terrible. It is microscopic on every aspect (small area + angled roof, that takes a lot of height); there was some kind of party, that went out of control, and we could hear everything through thin walls. Nobody could help us with this loudness, that went on for the whole evening and night. They were even knocking to us, it was really impossible to sleep. If this thing really happens all the time - i don’t recomend

I will not recommend this hotel if you have claustrophobia... the rooms are really small. There's really a struggle to even fit in here and especially if you're slightly over average tall and have luggage. The bathroom was almost impossible to even move around. The receptionist was friendly, sadly is the reception not open several hours a day.... good luck if you lock yourself out of the room. The location though is excellent, right by the old town. While the hotel is a cheap option, there's many other options that are better, which is not so much more expensive either.
