Reviews
Breakfast was nice; I recommend going early in the morning because after 8 AM it can get a bit crowded. The room was on the smaller side, but cozy and comfortable. The bed was very pleasant, and the bedding was excellent—really made for a good night's sleep.
Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking to stay in the heart of the city with convenient amenities and a warm atmosphere.
No box with paper tissues in the room: this adds to the general feeling that the hotel tries to cut costs, and corners, like with the understaffing. Generally almost all the staff seems very young (students?), but generally friendly and competent.
Breakfast is overcrowded, especially between 9 and the strict closing time of 10 (why not keep it open til 10:30 or 11:00 like other hotels in the region?). Worst croissants ever and low-grade watery jam. Good fresh fruit and nice pancakes, but long waiting line.
No stupid glass door to bathroom so loved that!!
Breakfast is OK but would have liked more healthy options such as oatmeal and sourdough bread.
3 elevators so never much time to wait to go up. Didn't try the fitness area as I was sick during my stay, but lovely that they have one so one can stay active.
Suggestions for improvement: none really, keep up the good work. Maybe breakfast can start earlier, as I enjoy going up early.
1. The humiliating procedure of making a deposit of EUR 50 in cash during check in and waiting to check out until the hotel employee inspects the condition of the room and the availability of towels.
You have my credit card number, I have signed your T&Cs. Should be enough to solve any issue.
2. A week before arriving , I've sent you an email with a question regarding parking conditions. No answer so far.
3. When you send a reminder email where you ask for a review, the subject of it should be "Kind reminder," not a "Reminder".
Our agreement was about the room for one night. You provide clean and nice room, I pay for that agreed amount of euros. That's it. End of cooperation.
I have no obligation to write a review. Therefore, you have no rights to push for it, especially in a rude manner with Reminders.
