Mercure Centre Mini-hotel

This hotel was a joke. We came to the breakfast at 9:00 and it was full, overcrowded and almost no food, cutlery or even glasses. Staff was hopeless and did not refill things promptly. How can you not build breakfast room and serve breakfast accordingly to the number of rooms/guests??? This is hotel school 101. I have visited so many Accor Hotels and have never seen anything like that. Also the staff and receptionist could not anyhow helped us, did not say sorry and handeled the situation really badly. Only the Asian receptionist was quite nice. The room itself was good, but the temperature was low and we were in front of the elevator so we could hear the bell of the elevator all day and night. A nightmare. The shower gel was not refilled and I needed to go to the reception in the middle of the night because noone could bring it to the room. The staff and management of the hotel should do some basic customer training.
