I recently stayed at the Radisson Blu Hotel and had a mostly positive experience. The location is fantastic, being close to the old town, major tourist attractions, and a variety of restaurants. The highlight of the hotel is the Sky Lounge on the 26th floor, which offers stunning 360-degree views of the city. I highly recommend visiting at sunset and for night views – it’s incredible.

The hotel also features a bar and a restaurant on the ground floor, and I appreciated the complimentary water bottles and the coffee and tea selection in the rooms. Hotel rooms are comfortable. Additionally, there's a small area near the reception where you can get free water, snacks, and fruits, which is a nice gesture not commonly found in other hotels. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and they offer a free luggage room. Hotel also has its own Casino which is open 24 hours so after roof top bar closes, you can head down to the Casino and have drinks and play.

The staff was really helpful throughout my stay. However, the room service was disappointing; the cleaner didn’t spend enough time cleaning the room or bathroom properly. On a positive note, we tried the spa, which is excellent. If you buy a coupon at the hotel reception, it costs €10, compared to €25 at the spa counter. The spa features a nice pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and steam rooms.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay at the Radisson Blu Hotel and would recommend it.

Let's come clean, not everything was bad at all. I liked tasty breakfast, minimalistic style of hotel rooms, presence of iron in every single room and a settlement of hotel and thus a nice views.

The first problem was a horrible functionality of elevators. It's not normal to wait for "your ride" more like 10 minutes. Had to use fire escape stairs several times on my way down from 12th floor. Another problem appeared once I opened my fresh prepared room, which actually was ALREADY INHABITED and I was even able to enter inside. I like people, this kind of sharing with strangers isn't for me, trust me.

Had no problem to change my room for a new one (had to lock my door as I didn't want to share my room with another lucky newcomer :D ). At first I thought, beds in it are water beds. As I realised later on, they were just a "bit" shaky...like used ones from one hour hotel.

Btw, If you feel bored enough after coming back from a beautiful autmun city, you can probably get an electrician workshop for free. Nah, really. Those sockets and a fuse box doesn't look very "tasty".

Sorry, those elevators, my "shared room" and shaky beds were like from a nightmare. 2,5* is fair enough I guess.

Very average experience. Reception staff was impolite, lacking in manners. Shower had an empty shower gel container (as we had a big group with several rooms booked, others also reported the same). Trash bin was not emptied. In addition, rooms are old with signs of wear, though it does not affect the rating.
Also, found out that I qualified for spa centre based on my room selection, had I known that, I would have packed swimwear. Very disappointed on the missed opportunity. None of that was reflected at the time of booking.
I think there are so many people coming over that they don’t care for the quality of service. Location helps them survive, wonder how long it will be riding on that wave alone.

The rooftop bar has great views and is worth visiting. However, it was a bit awkward when the waiter gave us the menu, and we found that the food options were limited and not suitable for us. After sitting for just 5 minutes, we awkwardly returned the menu and left to find another restaurant. The waiter was very friendly.

We stayed at this hotel for three nights. It’s a five minute walk to city center. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The city view was wonderful. Biggest problem was the cleaning. The room had remains from the previous guests and room cleaning came at two different odd hours in two days so we couldn’t get the room cleaned. The receptionists were friendly and helpful.

Average experience and some alarming practices that make me confident in saying we won't be returning.

As for the stay - everything was fairly average.

Rooms and halls are starting to show their age. There are some weird and uncomfortable solutions probably because of the age of the building as well, like having to change elevators or being asked to not wear bathrobes on the way to the SPA because in order to get there guests have to walk through the entire hall where events and conferences are held. Very awkward.

Breakfast was quite mid - decent but nothing special when it comes to either taste or selection. Only one kind of pastry during the weekend (same kind every day too) is underwhelming for a 4 stars hotel.

What is very alarming is their (intentional in my view) lack of transparency with SPA entrance pricing. Nowhere during the booking process is the client informed about it not being included within the price of stay, which is the absolute standard practice in hotels around the world.

Imagine our surprise when we went there to use a jacuzzi and were told we had to pay to enter. Mind you we witnessed several guests (all that came at that time) being just as surprised as we were. The staff was asked to call the reception by almost every party arriving since everyone thought it was a mistake. No one was aware it was not included. We were told the additional entrance price is 25 euro per person so while it's not expensive, it's definitely overpriced for the limited amenities inside. We decided to skip it just because we don't want to reward such practices.

They probably do it because the SPA area is small and could struggle to accommodate everyone, but in that case they should be crystal clear about this practice while booking, because honestly if we knew it wasn't included we'd have probably booked another hotel. There are many reviews pointing this out and yet nothing has been changed, which makes me believe it's sadly intentional.

Rooftop bar is ok, nothing crazy, just a normal bar, there are better ones in the city center.

Shoutout to the front desk staff which was very nice and attentive. Gave us an upgrade to a higher floor which we honestly didn't need, but nice of them to do so.

Modern style! Very good breakfast, has chef omlete stand and a lot of choice available.
Nice and clean rooms. The best view of the old city.

Not a hotel for couples. Smallest room we've ever stayed in. Gave us 2 twin beds. Room not designed to open 2 suitcases in the room. Room is meant for a single person who would open their suitcase on the second single bed. I managed to open one suitcase on the luggage rack in the closet but only after putting the ironing board under the bed. But the the closet door remains open due the luggage wheels sticking out. I managed to open a second suitcase on the desk but only after putting the desk lamp on the window sill. The body shampoo dispenser in the shower was broken with the front falling off just by touching it. I left the top of it on top of the dispenser but no one fixed it, they just balanced on it for it to fall off daily. The shower door didn't close completely. Only good thing about the hotel is the location.

Great hotel! Beautiful, modern and fun… Staff was amazingly friendly and helpful! Rooms on the renovated part were very comfortable and clean. Breakfast and lunch quality were very high, far above standards and the rooftop bar is beautiful! We adored our stay! The only issue was the spa: not always accessible because of full capacity reached, not included with standard rooms despite we would never have paid 25€ to go there, filled with children and no one makes sure they are acting respectfully, sauna is visible to anyone from the pool so no intimacy, no bathrobe unless you pay for it, access is not smooth… I would never choose that hotel for the spa and thinks the quality and size are not good enough for the hotel standards.

They say on their website Radisson Spa and hotel. In all actuality, the spa is a different entity that charges 25 Euros per person for 2.5 hours. God bless the family of four that stay here 4 days because Daddy had better have deep pockets.
