Great hotel! Definitely recommend. Everything is very presentable and convenient. Breakfast in the restaurant with a sea view. Various delicious dishes. There is a wellness room with massage, shower, jacuzzi. Nice, clean pool. Private beach, sun loungers. The hotel staff does their job well, everyone is very polite. After check-out, you can leave your luggage and stay on the territory, swim.

Huge hotel with promised free parking, but their parking capacity is maybe 80% of the needs, so luck factor is there for finding a lot. The hotel is old, more like 2 stars if we follow Western standards. The beach is not private contrary to what is written. Note 2 beach bars/clubs nearby so if you don't like the noise avoid it because it's there all day and night (impossible to relax at the swimming pool for example and you can hear it from the room too). You will always find this place friendly and relaxing. You can hang at the deck bar with a fresh made coffee, with a beautiful and unique sea view experience. I love to walk from hotel villa to another, the landscape is huge and there are so many gardens with fresh bloomed flowers. The pool area offers a cozy lounge area. You are 5 minutes walking distance from the beach. Perfect for guests and visitors

Hotel rooms need immediate renovation. Hotel is far away from Budva and there is no public transportation. You have to take a taxi or rent a car. Breakfast is not bad but not very good , it could be much better.

We stayed here 14-21 May and found the hotel exactly as expected room was nice and large , everything worked maid service every day, breakfast was everything you could want. The gym was well equipped , Sauna / Steam rooms pools all included, the location is ideal really close to the beach front full of nice restaurants are favourites were Cantina and Medittaraneo , really recommend a stay here.

We had a great stay. Wonderful large room, junior suite, clean and large balcony, bath tub and separate shower, powerful shower. Bed large and comfortable. Room 310,Kettle provided but no cups or teaspoon included, had to get from restaurant. Kitchen needs removing and room updating, it is not a self catering apartment.

This was the second time I am staying at this hotel, again as a conference participant. The entire experience is great: Position, quitness, SPA and pool, service and last but not the least important: food. Especially breakfast that is sumptous buffet-style.

Hotel looked great from the photos but is a little tired when you get close up. Whilst clean and tidy it could do with some repairs to bring up to scratch … leaking taps, scuff marks on the walls. No tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms. Breakfast plentiful if a bit predictable by day 3. Reception staff very helpful but restaurant staff looked so unhappy. This hotel was ok but not good.

With its central location and friendly staff, the hotel exceeded our expectations. The rooms were very comfortable and hygienic. It's a bit annoying that all of the restaurants are so close to each other and they can't agree on one music style. The staff was fine and the serving time was not too bad but the main point is that the food was great and the portions are huge even though the prices are lower than at most places.

It's about a ten-minute walk between the beach and the bus station. If you're not going swimming, I'd recommend it. The owner even gives you free beer, which is very friendly! It's less than a ten-minute walk to the starting point for the bus to St. Stephen's.

The apartment itself was not that great — it felt more like a regular apartment converted into an Airbnb. However, the receptionist was very kind, friendly, and helpful. This hotel has a great view to the bay of Kotor. The rooms are spacious and modern. All rooms have a balcony, which is very convenient to enjoy the sunset or spend some time outside in the evening. The pool area is cozy and also with breathtaking views. My only suggestion is about the shower cubicle, which should have a door to avoid water splashing around the bathroom.

Enchanting place overlooking a very picturesque bay, and in the middle of nature. The view from the hotel is very suggestive a very high rating and a little advice (in the bathroom the shampoo and shower gel packages are too cheap for the elegance of the structure) we recommend anonymous or single-dose dispensers.

While the room size is compact this is understandable due to the age and historical nature of the building. Having said that, it was a real gem and our stay was most comfortable. Absolutely adorable location and hotel. The town itself gets busy during the day with more and more tours arriving, but as long as you discover the town in the morning and afternoon, and spend the day in Kotor or elsewhere, you’ll avoid the crowd and love this hotel.

The hotel is next to the highway, the location is a bit remote. It takes half an hour to walk to the main attractions. There is no elevator. Go early to get a good parking space. The daily breakfast is pretty good.

Whilst only a three star this hotel bat's above it's weight, room was large bright and spotless. Breakfast was lovely. The staff absolutely wonderful and went out of their way to help with any questions we had. Short walk to the city centre though taxis are readily available and cheap. No hesitation in recommending this as a base.

The rooms are pretty old and small. The air conditioner didn't work so we had to sleep with open windows which was super noisy.
