The rooms are pretty old and small. The air conditioner didn't work so we had to sleep with open windows which was super noisy.

We stayed in villa beatrix which is owned by vila lux. Omar was really friendly and helpful and helped us park our car. Really recommend! The owner / manager was also very nice and gave us suggestions of places to eat and where to go.

If you want to get an atmosphere of a late 70s Motel i think its a place.
Old furniture ,old building, old towels,old everything...
Breakfast is ok,except the tea amd cofee,its just nescafe.
Place needs a deep renovation , 17e per night i think is too much for this sort of accommodation 10-12 would be ok.
Location is in the Centre.very good.

Great location. Car park space. Great bed. Very polite and accommodating staff. Breakfast was delicious. Decor a little dated, but of quality and comfortable. Not a deterrent. Great spot. Easy access to beach and beautiful old town.

Nice small hotel, well designed and cozy. I got a room with a roof window and a beautiful wooden furniture 🥰 Small fridge, TV, air conditioner, locker. Very clean and for a good price. Good parking place and great location - around 15 minutes of walking to Budva Old Town.

I'm very surprised. This is the most clean and nice hotel I've been for a long time. Yes, is 3 stars, but the staff is very nice and helpful. They gave us from neddle to umbrellas, and advised us where to eat for cheap, and where is worth to spend money and time. The room are small, but very practical. They have air-condition and cool roof windows (in rooms without balcony). The breakfast was in small proportion but they refill everything in seconds. They gave us everything we wanted.

Four of us were there in a vacation. The employees were really kind and helpful, one of them even made us a hot cup of tea in the middle of the night when we got cought by the storm. :) For four people the room felt a bit small, but for two it should be fine. In the room was an aircondition, a TV, and a fridge (we actually had a big and a small room, the AC was in the big one). We had a small problem with the toilet, but they handled the situation really quick. Our room and our balcony faced a busy street, therefore when we opened the windows, it was quite loud.
They have free parking spots and you can sit outside under a large kiwi and bougainvillea bush. We could park there our rented scooter, and they let us park there after the check out, too.
Near the hotel is a small convenience store and a bakery, and even the beach is really close. Somewhere around lives a beautiful, long haired, calico cat, we met her every day, she is perfect.

Friendly people willing to help all tourists. The apartments are very nice, with good position in the city. I would recommend it. There is a possibility to park motorcycles in front of the apartments.
