The rating system needs more than 5 stars for location. Steps away from not just a magnificent private beach but also the walls of Budva's wonderful old town. This was a really nice hotel. The location in Old Town Budva was absolutely perfect, super close to everything and the beach was gorgeous. The wait staff was quick and friendly whenever we needed drinks or food. Our villa was spacious and had a big balcony where we could just kick back and relax. Overall, it was a great experience. The room is a view room, and you can see the wall of the old city from the balcony, which is great! Good hotel. Check-in was quick and efficient. The staff is attentive and responds to requests courteously. The rooms are spacious. There is a good spa, with a gym, but not particularly well-equipped - there are few items in it. The pool is nice and not deep, so no lifeguard is needed. The hotel front desk upgraded me to a suite, which was a pleasant surprise. The balcony had a direct view of the ocean, though the view was somewhat obstructed by the hotel in front. The bathroom was spacious. You could order food by the pool, and the food was delicious and reasonably priced. There was also a singer performing at 8 p.m. Overall, it was a great experience.

Sometimes when You are lucky, You came across places and people that make You feel like You belong there. Rivijera has all You need for perfect vacation. I was at this hotel from 15 to 22 Oct and found the staff amazingly helpful, especially the person at the reception, Alma, who had gone out of her way to resolve a couple of issues that I had with internet connection. My stay is nothing short of amazing 😻 Nice scenery for breathtaking photos. Pool side 10/10. The beach view is so aesthetically appealing. Had a spa session as well and it was a nice feeling.

The atmosphere was so welcoming. The staff were professional. I have to mention one of the kitchen staff by name Miki. He was so friendly. The night duty staff was excellent as well and the receptionist that changed rooms for us when we wanted another view was just so helpful..The rooms are quite spacious and the spa experience was out of this world. I really felt safe and pampered. Kudos!

Beautiful position fabulous room unfortunately several of us got food poisoning which put a damper on the last few days. All inclusive so no doubt the food and about 10 of us suffered some worse than others.

The location was awesome, Breakfast was very good, service was good. We had reserved several rooms and the A/C was not working in some of the rooms and the safety locker also had problems. Some of the staff members were not enthusiastic in doing their jobs, but some were helpful. It would have been nice if they provided water bottles in the rooms. Expected better amenities for the price we paid

Very clean, well maintained, very accommodating front desk, nice breakfast spread, amazing view, a gem in Bar. Easy walk to a great selection of restaurants as well as great in-house food. Cab driver told us on the trip over how this is the best in the region, he was correct!

The room was clean! Some of the staff was helpful! About 15 minutes walk from the main bus station! But the local bus station was confusing and I couldn’t find any near by! Taxi service took adavantage and over charged for the rides!

I liked it very much. Only the roomservice was not perfect.

Located near a beach, this hotel is a nice destination for a vacation, alone or with the family. The breakfast buffet is ok, the view is terrific.

Galathea apartments with its iconic Kotor bay view Had a pleasant stay at Galathea apartments. The property is wonderful with a scenic view of the Kotor Bay. Tatiana is a wonderful host who is always available. The property is a charm with all amenities in place. My room, although at the rear of the Hotel was a nice size and well appointed, it had a balcony and had excellent views of the mountain range behind the town. The service from all staff was excellent and the meals had a choice for everyone. It is difficult to fault the hotel and the excellent guitar player playing easy listening music in the evenings an added bonus

We stayed at Hotel Ami as part of a Riviera Travel Tour. Our room was on the second floor facing the sea. The room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. The bed was a massive queen size and very comfortable. A massive 24 foot balcony with wonderful views. There was a kettle and teas/ coffee etc. We got free milk from the bar downstairs. Not 5 star or even close Pro's -Room is nice, ours was alot smaller than expected but decent views -Spa area clean and tidy -Coffee and ten available at dinner Con's -Food isn't that of a 5 star not even 4 star, pizza, over cooked pasta very limited choice and very repetitive. Go bed and breakfast only if you are staying -No dress code...I don't mean it needs to be high class but beachwear at dinner...

The hotel is very good, the customer service is 5 start. When we arrived the room was not ready they apologised and gave us a room upgrade. They organised transport for us so we could go to Albania for a day. Rooms were well cleaned and tidy we even had chocolate left on the bed for us. The location is perfect for transportation and to get to the beach. The bell boy was also very pleasant and helpful...

The sea view room has a nice view, it is almost the highest hotel around. The hotel breakfast is normal, the continental breakfast is not bad, and the bathroom glass is very clean.

Nice, relatively new hotel in Petrovac. Breakfasts are great. There is a supermarket downstairs. Great villas on the sea and islands.

Excellent experience at the hotel. The service was truly exceptional, especially from Elid Catovic the head waiter. He made our stay so much easier by serving us with smiles and joy! Thank you!

Absolutely perfect attentative staff. Friendly, beautiful beach. Nothing is too much. I have been laid up with flu (caught on aeroplane) even though, the vacation was not ruined, room service at a charge of 5euro. With the beautiful views, it was not a wasted vacation. Highly recommend this hotel and uts staff.

We stayed 15-22 September 2025. Great relaxing beach holiday. I would recommend room 202. Only one room to the left no one to the right so quiet, lovely balcony, you do overlook the car park but so what. We paid for a premium sea view room, definitely worth it; more room, higher spec, huge bed and extremely comfortable. Powerful shower. Air con, safe, plenty of storage. Noise minimal sleep very good...

Fantastic stay at Hotel Katamare! The accommodation was spotless and comfy, the breakfast buffet was huge and delicious with great variety, and the Budva location couldn’t be better. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and the spa was pristine, relaxing, and such a treat. Amazing facility and beach access, next to Budva, without the fuss of Budva.

Gorgeous new hotel where you just feel comfortable the moment you arrive. Rooms are great size as are balconies and include pretty much everything you’ll need for the trip. We stayed in a premium room facing sea. Rooms are very comfortable with great views. We liked our stay however there are few drawback's below: 1.NO outside food/drinks allowed -why? Hotel doesn't have enough vegetarian options and bar closed at 8pm.
