Fantastic family run hotel near to old town. Everything u need in the room. Superb breakfast , parking etc. What really makes it though is the family that run it. Super helpful and friendly. We loved chatting to them. Hvala, peter and Geraldine.

Amazing service with incredibly friendly staff. Lovely location close to all of the main attractions in Budva such as the beach and old town and across the street from a shopping mall.

Even in a life-threatening situation, they did not postpone our reservation and confiscated our money. You absolutely should not book in advance. We had booked a reservation from July 13, 2024, to July 20, 2024, for two friends. On July 12, my friend was hospitalized due to sepsis, shock, and pyelonephritis. My father was also diagnosed with terminal stage lung cancer that week. However, they neither canceled our reservation nor rescheduled it. They confiscated the 30,000 TL we had paid. They are not fair. Booking directed us to the hotel, and the hotel said they would not refund our money. This could happen to anyone, and they didn’t even accept a postponement. This is not fair. I do not recommend this hotel.I should also mention that I proved this situation with hospital reports, tests, admission, and diagnosis reports, yet they still did not accept it.

We arrived as three friends and received the warmest of welcomes by Maria and her father along with being offered a complimentary welcome drink. I can say in all my time, I have never felt so welcomed in any hotel or country - Maria is a credit to her father and the hotel and thank you so much for having us. The location is perfect for everything in Budvar, the style and layout of the hotel is unique and the rooms are lovely, as is breakfast. Once again, many thanks for your outstanding hospitality, it was a pleasure to stay with you.

The genuine warmth and hospitality of the Oaza hotel staff are truly remarkable. From the friendly welcome at the reception desk to the attentive service throughout my stay, it felt like I was visiting friends rather than staying at a hotel. The family that runs this establishment goes above and beyond to ensure their guests feel at home, and it's this personal touch that sets Hotel Oaza apart.

The Oaza Hotel is a small hotel nestled among buildings. The rooms are clean and spacious. Access to the beach and the old town is direct, in less than 10 minutes. But, this hotel does not live up to the Luxair offer that we had chosen. It's a cheap hotel, certainly, but a little too much. The breakfast is almost exclusively savory, with eggs and sausages served in tubs of cold water. The common areas, especially the terrace and the hall, are not maintained. Unstored objects clutter the space, it's quite unpleasant. The joints of the shower tray in the room were moldy. It's a shame because this small vintage hotel has a lot of charm.

Excellent location, right along the Budva Riviera and a 5min walk to the Old Town. As soon as you step outside the hotel, there are plenty of restaurants along the beach to choose from. Breakfast is included with the room, nothing fancy, but sufficient. The staff was very helpful & friendly...they were easily approachable. The room on the 2nd floor where I stayed was quite big. Aside from the bed/sleeping area, there is a separate seating area. The bathroom is also huge, but for the size of the bathroom, the shower area was quite small & outdated. Unfortunately, there is no view from the room. If I opened the windows, I'd just be looking at the hotel next door. Only issue I really had was that the wifi was quite weak. Sometimes, I couldn't even get signal in my room, but fortunately, I had a sim card.
