Great resort!!! A lot of facilities. Aqua park, outdoor pools, children playground, very nice beach, sport courts... Everything is new and renovated. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Staff is very kind. Great price/quality ratio. All recommendations!

We had an excellent time here. The beach is excellent. The food is varied with many different types of food. Rooms are comfortable and spacey.

After reading all of the bad reviews I was worried about our reservation. The check in was crowded but mostly because it was families of 4 or more waiting inside to get checked in and be given a bracelet for guests if the hotel. All in all we waited about 20 minutes. all-inclusive is not on the high. staff are young without experience. They have to work lot to touch real all-inclusive level. pools are clear and great for children's. Sand beach with small stones. Hotel and room OK. we stayed 5 days room is never cleaned. towels are change every days if great girls (room staff) have time. all staff 5* they do best... Food must be better.

Nice hotel with big rooms and a swimming pool which is its strong point. The cleaning service was worsening every day. The lady didn't make the beds and didn't change the towels. Beautiful and modern place, with excellent cuisine (delicious fried squid and salads!) and kind, helpful staff. Lots of facilities, including swimming pool, car rental, air conditioning in all rooms, wi-fi, free transport to the beach. Been there twice already, definitely coming back some time in the future. Make sure that the refrigerator in your room does not turn off with all the electricity when you take out the key card and leave the room. Spent one week in August here. Try avoid room 204 unless you are wheelchair-bound because shower does neither have door nor a lower guide ("dam") nor sloped floor, and water spills everywhere with risk of slipping. Rooms are clean, spacious, with sea view, super AC, great wifi and IoT TV set. Hotel is modern, new (though some things need repair already now in room 204) and the furniture is classy....

All the things were awesome, but the internet..was it very bad? — you answer. No! It wasn’t, the Wi Fi didn’t work at all. It is the biggest problem in this Hotel.

Rooms are new and nice. We have stayed for 5 nights and we had only one room servicing we even asked to bring toilet paper to our room because they didn't visiting our room and didn't track situation . Rooms with sea view are also located near road and it is noisy. Will not recommend this one .

Great hotel with great staff. Most staff know English or Russian and are really friendly. They offer parking but the parking lot is very small so it can get awkward sometimes. Breakfast and dinner are included but the options are very limited (for any picky eaters). I think overall because of staff, location and room conditions the hotel deserves 5 stars.

Very nice hotel with spa, outdoor pool and private beach. On the first day beach was not set up. In the following days beach was very good (umbrellas, towels). Facilities are very well maintaned. Food in the buffet restaurant should be much better (except fruits that are delicious). Seasonal staff need treaning.
