This place definitely exceeded our expectations. Apartments are super nice and clean, balconies big with nice view. To the beach there is only 3 mins walk, and also there is a private beach for hotel guests. What really made an impression is how nice people the owner and staff are, always there to help and have a nice chat with you. But breakfast- it's out of this world! I've stayed in many hotels all over the world but this breakfast was by far the best. All together, this place is amazing and we will definitely come visit again.

The hotel is very good and the price is very good. The only downside is that the location is not easy to find. At the entrance of the hotel, there is an alley, just turn in. The beach is right in front of the hotel, and the service attitude is very good. The room is big and has its own balcony.

We stayed here two nights. The apartments have functional kitchen and bedroom equipped with everything you need. Impeccably clean. Bathroom small but ok. Very nice and helpful owner. A stone's throw from the beach, the only flaw is that it is difficult to find an extra sign. It wouldn't be bad

Building without an elevator and if you are on the third floor quite inconvenient for families with small children or for the elderly, even though the villa is close to the sea. Towels are changed, on a daily basis which is very good and for every compliment. Parking is cramped and difficult to reach, the alley leading to it is as wide as a car. Although there are cameras, the owner does not want to hear about possible compensation. It happened to me that someone (probably one of the tenants scratched the car door with the key) The receptionist called the boss and they offered to send me a video via e-mail, which means nothing to me. Never again is it more than certain. I can advise everyone to think carefully before making a reservation, because it can happen to anyone, and then you will duly settle the obligations for accommodation and, by God, for car repairs.

My room was a bit dark but clean, with small kitchen, nicer bath, big balcony, decent internet but not really the international tv channels the site boasted. Most local and russian ones. Cleaning was fine. One longer power cut during the week. 80 meters to the beach.
