It's about a ten-minute walk between the beach and the bus station. If you're not going swimming, I'd recommend it. The owner even gives you free beer, which is very friendly! It's less than a ten-minute walk to the starting point for the bus to St. Stephen's.

The apartment itself was not that great — it felt more like a regular apartment converted into an Airbnb. However, the receptionist was very kind, friendly, and helpful. They provided everything I asked for without any hesitation, which I really appreciated. Finding the accommodation was a bit tricky, even with the instructions provided. This hotel has a great view to the bay of Kotor. The rooms are spacious and modern. All rooms have a balcony, which is very convenient to enjoy the sunset or spend some time outside in the evening. The pool area is cozy and also with breathtaking views. My only suggestion is about the shower cubicle, which should have a door to avoid water splashing around the bathroom.

Enchanting place overlooking a very picturesque bay, and in the middle of nature. The view from the hotel is very suggestive a very high rating and a little advice (in the bathroom the shampoo and shower gel packages are too cheap for the elegance of the structure) we recommend anonymous or single-dose dispensers.

While the room size is compact this is understandable due to the age and historical nature of the building. Having said that, it was a real gem and our stay was most comfortable. The hotel is next to the highway, the location is a bit remote. It takes half an hour to walk to the main attractions. There is no elevator. Go early to get a good parking space. The daily breakfast is pretty good.

Whilst only a three star this hotel bat's above it's weight, room was large bright and spotless. Breakfast was lovely. The staff absolutely wonderful and went out of their way to help with any questions we had. Short walk to the city centre though taxis are readily available and cheap. No hesitation in recommending this as a base.

The rooms are pretty old and small. The air conditioner didn't work so we had to sleep with open windows which was super noisy.

There are 3 hotels all together I stayed in the main one at the top of the hill. The food was amazing they were loads of choice. The drinks were great with again a lot of choice. I had an amazing view and massive veranda. It's very near the beach and an half hour stroll to the old town which is definitely worth a visit.

We stayed at this hotel with a family and a small child in 2019. We really liked the hotel, everything is new, clean, well-maintained. Excellent breakfasts. We had apartments with a kitchen. The only downside is that you need to go to the beach across the highway. Only 15 minutes walk.

great and cheap place. nice and simple rooms, but there are a lot of little problems. first sheets have to be changed every a few days and in our room they didnt changed it ever. second every night a lot of people in other rooms play music very loud but it wasnt a big problem for us. food was god, and beach is relatively close

If you compare the price and service it is very good. The only one problem is, that a lot of people just compare the quality of hotel with others and never realize what was the price they paid! FOOD - 80 % BEACH - 60 % (crowded) - would go for a private beach (are for free - have to buy drinks in a restaurant, or fee beach - 6 € and have a top part of a beach in SUTOMORE!)

The hotel overall is good, but, we asked if the spa was open they said yes but only the indoor swimming pool was open, sauna was not functional and hot tub was filled with cold water also not functional.

Jeff and his wife was very nice, accommodating, and professional. Rooms were nice and clean, breakfast was great, staff extremely friendly. We stayed there 3 weeks and we’re made to feel like we were apart of the family.

I stayed here with a group tour and was nervous about what the rooms would be like but they were very nice and spacious. The location was only a 12 min walk to Old Town and within walking distance to bakeries and restaurants.

Good location. Helpful and great host. It was low season so we were previladged with parking. We stayed at the back room that was silent. Though I do not know the main street facing rooms. I may have one small suggestion, tiles in bathroom were gorgeous, except the floor tile of shower; unfortunately they were so slippery with a bit water and soap.

Rooms are old and dusty. You can't top up the bathtub and take a bath because they took out the bathtub plug. Sockets are sticking out of the wall. Breakfast is decent and internet is good.
