I had the best experience our room was clean and the staff are very friendly and welcoming . The food was ok you still have the option of eating at other restaurants if you feel you want something different .l would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Petrovac

I’d give this a 5 star solely because it met all my expectations. Rooms are so clean and tidy, has the right beach view and awesome staffs that are ready to help on call. Special one is director Melisa. We will be back here next year again:

Sometimes when You are lucky, You came across places and people that make You feel like You belong there. Rivijera has all You need for perfect vacation. Quit and peaceful shade(pine forest) with pools for families with young children. Food and service are great. Beach and water are beyond any expectation. All in all we are super satisfied.

I had a family vacation in August 2024 at the Rivijera hotel in Petrovac on the sea. Stunning hotel location: 2 minutes from the promenade and the beach. I like the fact that you get to eat breakfast and dinner, our room was upgraded which was nice, the location is perfect for people that likes peace and quiet. I will like them to improve in the cleaning of the room they only came once throughout our 4 night stay. Over all the hotel is worth staying.

I really liked the hotel. The room is well-equipped with a kitchen and everything around it. The water pressure is strong and the water is hot. The breakfast is excellent and varied, with a sea view. The gym is good due they have a problem with the treadmill (the only one they got) so if you are not 40 kilo, you can't run because it will shut down during the run. This five star Hilton is deserving of every single star it has. Amazing hotel worthy of a capital, still surprising to find in a city of only 200 000 people. I was at this hotel from 15 to 22 Oct and found the staff amazingly helpful, especially the person at the reception, Alma, who had gone out of her way to resolve a couple of issues that I had with internet connection. Beautiful position fabulous room unfortunately several of us got food poisoning which put a damper on the last few days. All inclusive so no doubt the food and about 10 of us suffered some worse than others.

The location was awesome, Breakfast was very good, service was good. We had reserved several rooms and the A/C was not working in some of the rooms and the safety locker also had problems. Some of the staff members were not enthusiastic in doing their jobs, but some were helpful. It would have been nice if they provided water bottles in the rooms. Very clean, well maintained, very accommodating front desk, nice breakfast spread, amazing view, a gem in Bar. Easy walk to a great selection of restaurants as well as great in-house food. Cab driver told us on the trip over how this is the best in the region, he was correct!

The room was clean! Some of the staff was helpful! About 15 minutes walk from the main bus station! But the local bus station was confusing and I couldn’t find any near by! Taxi service took adavantage and over charged for the rides!

The sea view room has a nice view, it is almost the highest hotel around. The hotel breakfast is normal, the continental breakfast is not bad, and the bathroom glass is very clean.

We bought rooms with balconies, we got them without balconies. They are changing them, but tomorrow. I don't want to move again and pack all my things. One of the best ever I travel quite a bit internationally. I’ve stayed at many 5* hotels. This is one of the most memorable. The boutique nature of it means every guest is ensured a personalized experience. The staff is incredible. The room was amazing. The spa is spectacular. The restaurant menu is superb. And the views…!!!

This hotel was incredible. The location, rooms, amenities, and, above all, service were superb. The kindness and attention to how they could please us were extraordinary.
