Absolutely loved this hotel. The beach and pool out front was perfect for a swim, the staff friendly and caring. Food was delicious and our apartment room on the top floor had stunning views, a huge balcony, bathed in sunlight morning till night. Couldn’t fault it. Well done to the cleaners. Top work

I will share my feedback: The village is perfect, beautiful, wonderful. The hotel staff is good, it was necessary to change the room and change it very fast. Emotions are good…. There was a toilet broke, it was fixed right away. Room clean is 50/50.. The hotel staff is good !!! Food simple , fish very tasty!! Pancakes are not very tasty😀😀😀 Thank you♥️♥️♥️♥️

We had a lovely time in this hotel, new and modern lovely rooms, lovely views, swimming pool, sea, private beach, good food variety. Downsides: animation for adults and kids as well as trips organised by the hotel are only in French though staff talk in English when asked. Room service was minimal. Amazing if you are French and don't mind sand in your room :-)

Beautiful hotel, beautiful sunsets! I really enjoyed my weekend stay here, all of the staff is super friendly and professional! The room was clean and comfy, food amazing and the view from the beach is something truly spectacular, make sure to wait for the sunset! Literally a 10/10 experience.

All the staff are wonderfully friendly and helpful. The rooms are beautifully appointed with wonderful views. The food is usually good but inevitably can be a little repetitive. My partner would like a selection of nuts and dried banana at breakfast. The best bed ever to get a good night's sleep. Overall a wonderful stay.

A Nice hotel with friendly staff, good food (buffet) with new dishes every night. Clean rooms and a good locaton for daily excursions. Management of the hotel should however consider a non-smoking policy at the restaurant and by the pool.

Nice hotel. Great staff.. We had a terrible storm and my wife slipped on some steps. Staff were very helpful and fortunately my wife didn't do any long term damage to herself. The restaurant staff were exceptional in accomodating our garlic intolerance making us fresh meals of the buffet version had garlic. Very understanding. Thank you

Hotel has perfect outdoor swimming pool that we used every day. Staff was very kind and on full disposal all time. Our rooms were cleaned every day. Food was excelent. We had breakfast and dinner- wide offer of different dishes was every day. Highly recomend this hotel to everyone.

Excellent place to stay. Large rooms and excellent hot water, water pressure, AC, and the free breakfast. I took off one star because every time we tried to pay with a credit card, it was declined. I believe that they want cash.

Stayed 2 nights and look forward to returning. The room was very large and comfortable and the staff was always friendly and helpful. The restaurant serves very good food. Breakfast is included and the menu offers many selections. I also enjoy dinners in the restaurant.

The hotel is OK, the cleanliness could be better. We found several foreign hair in the room. The breakfast is good but the choice is not wide enough to eat it for a week every day I think.

Overall rating, excellent 10. Accommodation, location, cleanliness, restaurant service, everything is top notch. Wonderful people who received us, who satisfied all our wishes and made our holiday more beautiful, and to whom we are very grateful, and on this occasion we send them greetings. Great hosts, amazing view, next to the beach. Clean and simply perfect for what it is, top value. Spacious parking in the shade across the street, highly practical. Also, Kumbor is not too densely populated and is such a great alternative. Beachfront bars and restaurants below the property are great value as well.

This is our second visit to this extraordinary hotel over Xmas Eve and it never disappoints. The setting with the backdrop of the Lovcen mountain range and looking across Boka Bay is sublime. We got access for a small pool, not really cleaned with a lot of chemicals smell. The nice pools you see on the website - we have no access to them. It is misleading as you see beautiful pools that you cant use...if we knew it before we would take a room with a pool. The beach is very nice with good service and access.

To be honest, the only reason why I mention this place is because the resort is built on the spot where the navy headquarters once stood and I served there in the marine corps almost 3 decades ago. The location is amazing with a short walk to Porto Novi, if you drive, there is quick access to the main road. The host was really amazing, very helpful, and caring.

We stayed in penthouse few months ago and it was amazing. The terrace and the view were incredible. Felt bad that weather was terrible so we couldn`t enjoy it to the fullest!

We got the top floor. Amazing view, large terrace, spacious rooms and strong WiFi connection throughout the apartment. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Parking space was included. 4/5 for cleanness, but nothing that would affect our enjoyment.

Riva Residence was twice our home in Montenegro. We were here in February just before COVID 19 broke and then we came back again after COVID. They are very professional. Branca is very professional and hardworking. The price is very high compared to other places around.
