Description

The hotel is on the seafront, in the quiet little village of Njivice, opposite Herceg Novi, six centuries old town history, developed infrastructure and nightlife. Surrounded by lush vegetation, picturesque Park, the hotel is surrounded by typical Mediterranean forest, which is rare on the Montenegrin coast. The hotel is a real gem of the Bay of Kotor, one of the most beautiful in the world. The location of the hotel is unique because it can be easily reached by taxi or bus to Igalo with a medical center and to Herceg Novi with a strong tourist life. And departing regularly from the hotel's pier, the ships can quickly reach the beaches of Zanjice, the mirište area of the city Rosa, the island fortress of Mamula and other interesting places of the Bay of Kotor.

Located in the small village of Njivice, a few kilometers from Herceg Novi and 3 km from Igalo, 26 km from Dubrovnik, 22 km from Tivat airport.

I liked it very much. The hotel has a great animation. Friendly and attentive staff. For those who don't like to lie around all day, there is always something to do. I recommend it to everyone. Beautiful place, clean hotel. We will come back again.. 😍

I really, really like the hotel. In a large picturesque bay. Everything is arranged here for a quiet and comfortable holiday. All-inclusive meals. Tasty and varied. Excellent coffee and alcohol! Live music concerts in the evenings. The beaches are equipped. There is also something for children to do.

Hello, I would like to comment on the spa, I did not expect such a warm welcome and quality service. A large selection of procedures, there are even separate ones for the face. Many different massages, peeling, wraps. You can even do lamination and correction of eyebrows and eyelashes. Friendly staff, all professionals, do their job well. I want to note the concessions in prices, and the discount is easy to negotiate or win in different games in the hotel itself, as I did, playing "Bingo". You can take a course of procedures, for example, rejuvenating for the face. Of course, you are flexible with the price, if you agree to the whole course. There is no point in doing some procedures once, yes, you will get excellent service, relaxation, water and cookies and the opportunity to buy organic natural cosmetics, BUT you must understand that a one-time visit to a rejuvenating procedure will not have a full effect. I liked the spa most of all of the leisure activities. It is worth the money (if they give discounts haha). Personally, I was at Cataleya Body Care, a wonderful procedure, I really liked it. Scrub plus wrap and relaxing facial massage. The skin is like a baby's after this procedure, soft, smooth and ready for an even tan. I recommend it, go and definitely try it! Super atmosphere, relaxing music, nice staff, clean, decent and most importantly high-quality services. Be sure to visit the Cataleya Spa in this hotel, you will not regret it!

+ The hotel will be good for everyone- couples, families (though the beach is not sandy), individual guests. I wanna thank the reception team for being so supportive and friendly, they organised the transfer, gave is free upgrades, were informing us on everything around, answering the questions, AMAZING animation team (Victoria, Esfir, Omar and everyone)- you can come on our own and never feel lonely! If you don’t like activities you can easily avoid them and enjoy nature and quiet beach. The team in the restaurant is superb! You can enjoy real fine dining experience or just chill on the beach and eat there, still enjoying great quality and choice. Oh, an there is an amazing roof top bar.

Thoroughly enjoyed a great 2 weeks at this hotel end of July/early August. Super location and lovely staff, we would happily recommend to friends and family. Major Positives: 1. The staff are brilliant. Special thank you to Adam and Victoria, in the entertainment team, lovely people and so friendly and made us feel very welcome. 2. Location: breathtaking describes it perfectly. 3. The Kotor Bay boat trip. Great value (€45 each) for a 8 hr trip. Nice snacks and drinks included. Time on Lady of the Rock, Kotor and the beautiful Perast, with a dip in the crystal like sea in between. Do it. Couple of minor negatives. 1. If you don’t like steps don’t go for the Stella block. It’s a challenge on the knees! 2. Little bit more attention to detail in the room cleaning, but that’s coming from a clean freak. Otherwise rooms were really good, with daily cleaning taking place. 3. Please ask the breakfast egg chef lady to smile a bit more :) You’ll love this place. We’d definitely return. Steve & Dionne

A beautifully located hotel in a location a little bit remote from Herceg Novi. Huge plus points are the team, the cuisine, the views over the bay and the gardens. Great animation team (Omar, Nikolas, Lido, Esphir, Maria, Naz and others), and the whole bar and restaurant team (I would have to name everyone ;)). They made the holiday super. Great food. Rooms are just ok, although could be better at a 4 star hotel. Disadvantage unfortunately for families with children is the lack of lifts to the beach or restaurants. With a pram going down the stairs or climbing up the quite considerable height difference is an effort, especially in the heat. Despite some drawbacks - I would definitely recommend the hotel. A good place to go in Montenegro!

First trip to Montenegro and stayed in early June for 9 nights and the weather was high 20s - low 30s. Lovely hotel, staff and especially the scenery around the Bay of Kotor. We stayed in the Luna building of the hotel on the top floor according us beautiful views and handy for everything. One word of warning - there are quite a few steps to get to the restaurant, most of the evening entertainment, and one of the bars. There are a number of boat excursions that can be booked near the pool with a really lovely and helpful person called Bobana - we went on a couple of trips and they were both well worth it. If couple of flights of steps doesn’t bother you then I’d very much recommend the hotel, We flew to Tivat which was fine, but some other visitors had flown to Dubrovnik (Croatia) and told me it was a bit hassle crossing the border. Best recommendation I can give is we will be returning.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The service was absolutely superb, with a special shoutout to the amazing animation team—greetings to Esfir for making it so fun! The food and restaurant service were excellent, offering a great variety of delicious dishes. The location is fantastic, peaceful, and surrounded by stunning views, though it’s a bit far from the airport (about a 2.5-hour drive). Housekeeping did an outstanding job keeping everything spotless, and the reception staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway!
