A very nice and beautiful hotel with a direct entrance to the sea and private area at the see. Unfortunately our room wasn’t completely clean when we arrived. We mentioned it at the reception and they handled it very professionally and reacted really friendly and directly took care of the issue.

While the room size is compact this is understandable due to the age and historical nature of the building. Having said that, it was a real gem and our stay was most comfortable. In my opinion, this is the perfect hotel. It’s just a 7-minute drive into the old town, and the hotel offers AC, a clean pool, and stunning views. I don’t have enough words to describe how phenomenal this hotel was. From planning birthday surprises to helping us acquire cabs (not easy in Montenegro) and preparing meals that I will be thinking about for years, this was one of the best hotel stays I’ve had. We had a great stay at this wonderful hotel. Breakfast food is well prepared and thought off. Rooms are clean and spacious, they use well branded shampoo, conditioners and body wash in the bathroom. The staff are amazingly attentive, polite, respectful and helpful. Being in the center of Old Town Kotor, it allows you access to everything you need during your stay.

I was very satisfied with Hotel Vardar. The rooms are very large and I had a beautiful view of the square and the walls. The breakfast was plentiful with many choices. In the maze of Kotor Old Town, this hotel is easy to find as it’s near the sea gate. I didn’t have any issues with noise, as others have reported, at the time of my visit. Highly recommend.

We loved our two nights at Hotel Vardar. The staff were very accommodating and upgraded us to a balcony room with great views of the square. The room was very spacious and the bed comfortable. It was also remarkably well sound proofed. We enjoyed the use of the gym (there is also a sauna) and complimentary breakfast which had a great range. We didn’t stay in the Hotel Varder but we had a wonderful dining experience in the restaurant. Great service, delicious meals with a beautiful setting. By chance we chose to eat lunch at the Varder when exploring the Old City in Kotor Montenegro. My group and I would make the Varder a destination next time in Kotor.

We needed to change hotels due to a mix up. Booked ground floor room I'm amfora (not sure of spelling) but their ground floor was up 2 flights of stairs which would have proved major problem for me with My mobility issues. Luckily our final destination was excellent, staff so willing to help exceptional position with great views. Food really good couldn't fault anything about the hotel or staff.

It is the best hotel in the capital Podgorica. The front desk is very polite and the English communication is smooth. There is no deposit. There is an underground parking lot downstairs, where you can park for free. The breakfast is also delicious.

The employees were amazing and very kind and helpful we came early from a long trip and asked if we could have an early check in and he was very understanding and had the rooms ready for us early. The place was also very clean . The only thing I was a little disappointed in was the blow dryers didn’t work well but they did accommodate me with a new one.
