In general the service was terrible (especially in the restaurant), with the exception of Boris and Andela as they are very service orientated. We had a wasp nest in our junior suite and had to move to a standard room for which they did not offer us any form of compensation whatsoever, not even a drink or anything for our troubles.

The review is for restaurant, not the hotel itself.

An awful experience. Waited for a waiter for 10 minutes and nobody came. They just didn’t notice us.

Left the place immediately and will never return.

I stayed with my family for 4 days and it’s not enough to say we are in love with this place and are coming back next year! Best regards for lovely reception ladies, you’re doing your job great!

The worst dining experience ever. Terrible service, even when approached the manager, pushes it on the un-trained waiter, useless and unaware of what is happening on the tables.
Served without napkins, proper cutlery on the table, very slow service, when asked it takes ages and no one will even enquire coz they know how bad they are delivering. Such a shame.

Didn’t stay but popped in for lunch. Service and views are great. Food is very bland and my cocktail had no alcohol in. Not what I’d expect at approx €30pp for a main and drink. Bill also took ages to come

We had wonderfull time at Astoria Tivat. The location, the breakfast , the room was amazing. The staff was so kind, helpfull and friendly . I would like thank espacially to Nina at the reception and others ladys the names i couldnt remember. The restaurant meals was sooo delicous and the waiters was so kind. If we will come to Montenegro we will stay there again for sure. Thanks a lot for your hospitality..

I have never stayed at this hotel, however, I have eaten and drank at the restaurant. I have been twice before and was always very happy with my experience with friends. They have outside heaters and comfortable seating. However, the last time we went here we all hated our cocktails and sent them back to the bar to be re-made. We couldn't consume the second round so we moved to larger. The left the drinks on our bill but we refused to pay as we sent both rounds back to the bar. We asked the server why the drinks had changed and he said they had a new bartender. Unfortunately, we wont be going back due to this new hire.

No balcony.
Lovely big bath.
Restaurant was okay.
Reasonably priced.
Service was good.
Masha the waiter was excellent.
She made our experience much better than it could have been.

We just visit for dessert ıt was nice but machiato was so small and lattes were cold.
