I think it is a hotel turned into a villa, the location is 5-10 minutes from everywhere, the parking fee is 15 Euros, don't pay, there is a free parking lot in the neighborhood right across, there is the coastal road below, I recommend it for walking.

The Seaview Bay Deluxe Double Room is actually a house next to the road, what kind of sea can you see!! It's very noisy. The breakfast in the restaurant is very little, all cold, the stir-fried dishes are also cold, and the cherry tomatoes are not even washed! The front desk lady on duty on the 20th had very poor service and was very indifferent. She was perfunctory when asked anything. I have never seen such poor front desk service.

The hotel is very satisfactory. The room is clean and warm. You can enjoy the beautiful sea view from the balcony. The service staff are very warm and friendly. The breakfast is rich and varied. I am very happy to stay for a few days. I will recommend friends to stay here~

Great hotel, with a really good breakfast included. Location was brilliant, 40 minutes walk along the water front to Kotor old town. Incredible views from the hotel across the bay. Unfortunately the pools were out of action during our stay.
The beach was definitely the highlight!

Beautiful hotel and beach, we would definitely visit again - we had a garden room (which was nice) but we be had booked a sea view room!

I am a bit dissappointed by this on the pictures very beautiful hotel. First I was checked in an extremely loud room. I had to ask to get changed and was observed like Its not normal to expect to have a pieceful room. The hotel is supposed to be in an very relaxed area, the street behild is almost a highway.Extremely loud. The hotel was not fully booked and still they gave me a better version "upgraded" me, but I felt It was too much expected. As a customer you should never get this feeling! Well, this is supposed to be a 5 stars hotel! I had to remind that my room was not cleaned till 17.30h. Half of the saunas don't work. The cups for the tee in the welness is missing. At the end they wanted even to charge me money for something from the bar I haven't taken! What a service. So sorry for this experience. I wish it would have worked differently. In the neighbourhood there are plenty of hotels with much better standard I would book next time. As an entrepreneur I exactly know how the customer should be treatened. And if these guys would google me, they would have even gave me everything for free.

The hotel's beach construction is a bit poor. I sunbathed for an entire afternoon without drinking anything. Everything else is ok.
