This accommodation is close to the Old Town. The closeness to the Old Town brings high sound levels both from the main road behind the building and the street below - this is not helped by the terrace door being left open (lock is broken). Reception is open until 17:00 - not really a hotel. Accommodation is basic with a clear sign stating that rooms would be cleaned between 9-12 each day if you left the clean sign outside. We did this each morning before 9 and on no day was the room cleaned before 12. 1 day it was cleaned properly and 2 other days a towel was changed. On 2 other days the room was not cleaned. There is also a sign about not leaving melon out because of ants - we did not have melon, but there were a lot of ants. There is a reasonable selection of different foods each morning however the cooked food was always cold.

Excellent hotel, friendly staff, perfect cleanliness and plus there is a good track on the roof. The hotel is well located, about 5 minutes walk to the old town. My wife and I stayed here for two nights, everything was great. I rarely write reviews or recommend anything, but this hotel deserves a recommendation.

Amazing hotel, beautiful view, very clean and absolutely the best staff. I unfortunately punctured my tire very close to the hotel, the owner came and helped me with everything, finding a jack, finding another tire and even putting it on. He drove me around till I found a replacement, made sure I paid a low price on it and even helped me fix it back up!

Overall it was a decent place to stay. It was a little noisy at night but overall it was good.

We just arrived, but we were very satisfied. The view is excellent. The rooms and the bathroom are very clean. Also, the greenery are. 5 minutes walking distance to the center. There is also a parking lot. The hotel owners are very friendly and helpful. It is a hotel where we are very satisfied with everything.

This garni logistically convenient for visiting Budva (magnificent city) is located by making a small climb after a small church with cemetery. It is located in a modern building with reception. The rooms are large and clean easily reachable by elevator. The staff is friendly and even the language problem was easily overcome with the use of google translate. The optional breakfast is to be paid separately and is quite complete. There is the possibility of free parking in a basement .... a little difficult given the slightly narrow door. Reasonable price

Stopped her last week. The hotel is very nice good clean and rooms are a good size and comfy beds. Staff very friendly . Breakfast had plenty of choice for all pallets. The hotel is within walking distance to the main restaurants and beautiful harbour and the old town 10mins. Bus stop 5 mins walk down the hill will take you to Petkovic to go to Kotor need main bus station. We came into Tivat airport smaller and closer to Budva no problem coming but going a lot of traffic allow more than 30 mins or journey at least 60mins. All in all though great time .

All very modern and well finished. Offering a mix of 5 1 bed apartments and 5 1 bed rooms (which can be combined into 2 bed apartments). Includes breakfast during the tourist season (May-Sept). Apartments on the 5th and 6th floors (there is a lift) have the best views of both the sea and Budva Old Town. 5-10 minutes easy walk to a wide range of bars, shops, restaurants, the beach and Budva Old Town. Very friendly, helpful, multi-lingual staff. Whilst the breakfast was a buffet, self-service, it had a good range of tasty choices that varied from day to day. Good free WiFi. Rooftop terrace.

Very pleasant hotel with great view. Staff was very friendly. Clean and cozy room, decent breakfast, and a very adventurous drive-in garage. But great to have it and free of charge.

Very sweet receptionist. Huge and clean room. We had a great stay and recommend the hotel. The only downfall was finding the hotel. The city was packed with tourists and we had to sit an hour in traffic because of the sign being too small and hard to read at night time. The streets are very narrow. Hotel parking only had a few spots on first come first serve basis. We had to pay 30 euro for overnight parking a few minutes walking distance from the hotel.
