Hotel Admiral

Our stay was quite disappointing. While the room was clean and fresh (though the door was a bit sticky), many other things went wrong.
First, our pre-booked airport transfer was an issue. We couldn't find the driver at the airport because he wasn't holding a sign. He later showed up at the hotel, and I recognized him, but we had already taken a taxi. The hotel then tried to charge us, leading to a long, stressful negotiation about the amount of payment for 4 days.
Breakfast initially was bad – mostly oily pies, no veggies or eggs. When we complained and asked for a refund, the manager just told us not to come to breakfast.
A big concern was maids going through our belongings. They moved our items, and even threw away my perfume. When we told the staff, they basically said it wasn't their problem. We also found dirty cleaning rags on our toothbrushes and trash bags left in our room.
Overall, despite a decent room, the poor service and lack of privacy made our stay unpleasant.

The worst hotel experience of my life. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

We checked out early from our 1 week stay here due to horrific injuries incurred from a shower screen exploding mid-shower resulting in multiple lacerations.

Staff were dismissive and took no responsibility for the poor state of the hotel. Extremely negligent and lacked any duty of care.

The pool is out of operation despite advertising that the facilities were available on Booking.com.

This hotel is deceitful and misleading by nature as it is a 3 star hotel.

After a confrontational discussion with the manager, they reluctantly agreed to issue a refund after initially trying to charge us for “using their facilities” during our stay.

They are happy to lie and mislead customers to grab their money.

Our stay was so bad that we abandoned our booking, even though they refused to refund the unused days. We only stayed the first night as we had been unable to speak with the general manager on the day of arrival. Misleading Room Descriptions: The “comfort room” we booked was nothing like the picture. The actual room was much smaller and less comfortable. The hotel misrepresents itself in many ways. Rude Management: When we complained about the room the desk clerk admitted the room in the picture was much larger. However, he couldn’t help with reservations and promised the manager would speak to us at 6pm. By 7pm, we found out the manager had left at 3pm. When we finally tracked her down the following day, she avoided us and claimed all rooms are classified as “comfort rooms” regardless of the pictures. They refused to work with us or let us end the booking early, justifying it by saying the booking platforms list the square meterage. We happened to have a measuring tape, the room was 4 square metres smaller than listed even including the unusable closet space. There is no elevator, when we raised this with the general manager she insisted it is clearly listed on all booking platforms including the one we used and their own website. When we asked her to show us where it was listed, she finally admitted that it is not listed anywhere. Not a 4-Star Hotel: Despite its name, this is a 3-star property at best. Poor Amenities: The room lacked basics like instant coffee, sugar, or even a teaspoon. Minimal Cleaning: Room cleaning consisted of handing us fresh towels and an extra roll of toilet paper. Sub-par Breakfast: The buffet consists of 3 small tables of options, nothing is labelled, and any attempt at an enjoyable breakfast conversation was made impossible by their choice to blast Eminem at a volume that would be more fitting at a dance bar. Montenegro is a beautiful country with welcoming and friendly people, don't bother with this place it lets both its people and country down terribly.

I definitely think La-Crème is that too bad. They are not polite, they take the wrong order. The service is very bad. The place is very nice and it is obvious that money was spent. The food is very delicious but the employees spoil this beauty. I hope their bosses take into consideration what I wrote.

Very bad restaurant. Do not eat anything here. They are very disrespectful. Rude.

They are liars. On hotel site and booking appear big rooms, 26 sqare meters, but in reality rooms we got were much smaller.
